    Hey Richard on splitting the intake I feel as if the hole is semi symmetrical and you cut that in half the flow should stay the same but the characteristics of the intake change which is really cool 😎

    I know these blower videos are from last year or so . That 2.3 L blower would be a great winter project if I can only find one that’s affordable. After all, after finding the blower, still need a intake base and a set of 100LB injectors. Maybe for sure a intercooler Then making a adapter for the LS throttle body. 😊

    From the GT500 world, VMP performance makes aftermarket eaton superchargers. Looks like only 2.65L at the moment. Just hope the new intake doesn't have that weird S-curve in it like ours does. 1320 junkie performance does good porting work as well (think you need to get in touch with him on facebook though, VMP would know).
    And KB and Whipple make head units that fit the stock bolt pattern etc . Just need to watch hood clearance.
    Just don't drive up the cost of my future Whipple!

    Hey I’ve got a question.
    There are inexpensive rotor packs online for m122 Eatons. But I have an m112.
    Is there anyone making a ten mm spacer plate to run the bigger rotors in the smaller case?

    I always thought putting one of those on a shallow spacer plenum on the vortec 5.7 marine intake would be cool. Or even on a super ram plenum. The possibilities are endless, and these supercharger can be bought used cheap.

    RICHARD. CAN YOU TEST ROCKER RATIO CHANGES IN THE 5.9 MAGNUM. 1.6:1 vs 1.7:1 . When i changed them on my 92 5.9 Magnum it picked up 300 rpm and 3ths in the 1/4 mije. This was with the Mopar proformce c8mputer, Try-Y headers, bigger throtgle body from Hennesey. I th7nk it 7ncresed to 50mm from the stock 48mm.

    Rich I need a lesson on LS stroker cam stuff and N/A vs turbo please.. I’ve learned a ton from you already in cam selection but I need a refresher befor I pull the trigger.. cuz bigger ain’t always better

    Cut some pulleys up and stack them and weld themFrom the inside and have two sets of belts

    Maybe stupid question. If my down pipes are only 1.75", same as the manifold outlets(Mercedes v8) is there any advantage to running larger exhaust tubing? I'll probably be running 2.5" but I was wondering. Future plans have built headers but it's time to put this motor in the car. Going from a 4.5 liter to a 5.6 m117. I guess flow drops as heat does so bigger is better?

      @@richardholdener1727 yep. Manifold outlets are 1.75" and so is the ID of the factory pipes that ran to a catalytic converter which is not going to be there. I'm guessing it would be smart to graduly step it up to keep velocity/scavenging?

    I see a bunch of the m112 blowers for cheap. But the gt500 blowers are more than a LSA unit. Lol

      Yeah I've seen plenty of m112's at the junkyard ... problem is Always they aren't the m112 that you need..always the funky version that jaguar used or range rover ...

      The m122 in the 07-12 gt500 can be had cheap. The 2.3 tvs the 13 and 14 had go for 1500-2000 grand and are obviously more.

      It is a tvs blower and vmp blowers are also based off the tvs which is why it looks similar.

      @@richardholdener1727 nope.....but it cares about flow. Which in this application it will care about which motor its on. You've been over this before when you strapped on a v6 supercharger to a v8.

      ​@HioSSilver1999 these blowers came factory on 2013 5.8L ford modular engines making an advertised 660hp from the factory.
      People overdrive them to make up to 800-900whp.
      So no, they aren't "too small for an LS"
      Not by a long shot.
