Hey Wesley, I just found out I have a full tear after playing soccer on a partial tear for 2 years... I would love to see a video on prehab for ACL if possible. Also, anything on the pros/cons of surgery vs no surgery... Thanks so much, I'm finding your videos helpful in this tough time..
