    Hubby and I just completed day 17. I am so pleased with my right arm that I had so much pain because of bursitis I couldn't even lift it above my head because it was too painful. Now I can lift it over my head and also put it behind my back ( which I couldn't do) and it's sore but nothing like before I started this challenge. I am getting so much flexibility now . I couldn't be happier and so grateful for you 💓. Thank you for sharing these with us !!! See you tomorrow

    Felt great! And thanks to being inspired even more to stick with more activity via this challenge, yesterday my hubby let me pick out my new bike he is giving me for my upcoming birthday! We will normally will just do it in neighborhood, but yesterday we broke her in at a not-so-faraway bike/walk path. It was glorious!

      Wow! So glad you are feeling stronger and are inspired to branch out to other activities. Keep up the great work! And keep up with your yoga. You'll want a good stretch after your bike rides. Plus, it makes you stronger to improve your confidence on the bicycle. Way to go!

    Thank you for the msgs at the end as well as everything else. I needed to hear that very thing... to try for 15 min n you might want to do more after that... bc I was gonna give myself a break today n changed my mind thinking it'll be better tonight n it was!!

      There is definitely a yoga breathing technique that is in through the nose and out through the mouth. Personally, I suggest breathing in a way that works for you and is comfortable.
