    This 28 day challenge has been a game changer for my flexibility. I can hold the poses much more confidently than regular yoga. LOVE IT!

    One more day! Thanks for this series. I can't lift my leg as high as you because my belly gets in the way but I did the best I could.

    So happy I started this challenge. One more day to go. This inspired me to sign up for a free stress relief yoga class at my library. I will continue with chair yoga also. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻🐞

    Wow, I made it this far! Not everything perfectly and because of backproblems my balance is not good but I try! And if it won’t succeed, I take a step back. Thank you Carol for these great lessons so far! Curious for the follow up for this challenge!!
    (Ps; for the first time in many years I can handle a trainings program!! Proud of myself.

      You are welcome! Tomorrow is a big day for you and I hope you will take time to celebrate your achievement! There are more than 450 classes to choose from so you can put together your own series. One idea is to do a class from each of the Body Area playlists which would give you a 9 day series. Then go back and start over, doing the second class in each Body Area playlist for the next 9 days, etc. I suggest looking through the playlists and find something that speaks to you and put together your own series!

      Hello Carol, Thanks for your reply….after perusing some of the videos I decided to try the “All around the body”. I started day one today and was really pleased as it was for the neck and shoulders. I have had neck and shoulder issues for many years (degenerative disc disease and both rotator cuff tears surgery). Looking forward to the rest of the body.

      I am glad you are enjoying the classes and will continue after the 28 day series. There are over 450 classes to choose from on the Bottoms Down channel at TH-cam.com/c/BottomsDown. You can choose classes by theme, body area, amount of time and if you want to stay seated or stand more. Check them out. One idea is to do the first class in each body area in sequence - that will give you 9 days. If one body area wants more you can stick with that, or continue to the second class in each body area. Let me know how it goes!
