Thank you. I never meditate because it's too open ended. The fact that you gave 3 simple instructions makes this very accessible for me.

I’m loving the BYU paced breathing mp3 and the tip to relax the neck and jaw to reduce the monkey mind! I’m trying it out tonight! Thanks!

Very helpful thank you, especially cooling the neck. Some friendly feedback seeing as your channel is quite new… Personally I much prefer videos without music. On TH-cam folks seem to think adding music and sound effects is cool or necessary, but I find it just detracts from the content and makes it difficult to focus on what you’re saying… which is the important stuff. So I love that this is just you talking and if stays that way i’ll definitely be watching more of your videos.

@@HRVHackers I've had Apollo a couple of months and HRV has almost doubled from low teens to mid/high twenties. But I've been doing a bunch of other things to increase HRV too, so it's hard to know what's doing what.

Glad to hear that your hrv is going up! If you'd like to share other things you are doing to raise your HRV please do, I am always looking for other experiments to try and share with others for my channel
