    No joke, I've probably listened to this 10 times since it came out a week ago! It's just a really lovely Coherent Breath Practice! I love feeling/counting along with the four beats in and out. And it's just so perfect and simple (in a good way) and peaceful! Thanks so much Mike for the beautiful work that you do! :) :)

    This was amazing. I'm in bed with earbuds on and i feel my limbs got a slow vibration to them.
    Found this video through /r/whoop. One user said she's been doing this breathing exercise before bed for weeks and has been getting amazing recoveries.

    I've been using this every morning for a few days now and have started to feel like i've had a workout in my stomach area once it's done. That feeling remains for a while. Is this my diaphram getting stronger? It doesn't feel like i'm light headed so just curious!

    Towards the end of the exercise I was feeling cramps in my arms and legs, and kind of paralyzed. Amazing technique.

    Wanna do this, but i have problems with the inhalation, i only can make it to 3 or 4 seconds max

      this is no problem, take a little pause and begin with the exhale, practice will really help you slow down and you'll get there soon, Mike

    For me, a sign that my body switches to the “rest-and-digest” system is when i notice a lot more saliva produced in my mouth. This happens for me after 4-5 minutes of this exercise
