Declutter the mind has the perfect balance between guiding your meditation and leaving silence for you. No music, no ads, no fluff, just meditation at its purest. I do this one every day and still get something new out of it every time. Keep up the amazing work 🙏🙏
1. Get in position 2. Body scan 3. Attention on breath 4. Notice the difference between being in thought, and observing it from the side 5. Place attention on strong feelings, if there are any 6. Watch if it changes intensity 7. Once it weakens, go back to observing breath 8. Open your eyes and notice how you feel
As an older person I can still benefit from DeClutter the Mind guidance. You're never too old to benefit from this channel if you are willing to put the effort into it.
There are challenges at every stage of life, from early childhood until late in life. And, in my opinion, everyone could benefit from watching and listening to this wonderful channel.@@parrymahashay7940

I've been following this channel from a year, and owe all of my past meditations to you. Just came from my first 7 day Vipassana course as a teenager some weeks ago, and now this. What an amazing coincidence.
I wonder how many teenagers would be interested if they had a chance to run into it? I ran into it in college and did it now and then and only in my dotage did I get consistent - better late than never! 🤩
Thank you so much for your meditations. I don’t like the ones where people are constantly talking to you, or where there’s music in the background. But when I meditate without guidance my mind often wanders around without me realizing it. So this is the perfect balance between reminding you to stay mindful and meditate and silence to do so. Thank you!
Thank you for this. It was a awareness of how my mind wonders, but though breathing I can come back to center. I want to practice this daily. That is something I intend on doing.
I listen every day to your meditations and i can say you really changed my life in a very positive way. I now have the ability to notice negative thoughts in daily life and let them go because i see the thought from the outside and not from the inside ❤
Best channel on TH-cam. I am now preparing myself to my second 7 day Vipassana retreat, so gradually turning form mindfulness to the traditional Vipassana practice. This is exactly what I needed and I'll slowly raise the duration. Thank you guys so much for allowing us to enjoy your free content 💙💜💚 Endless LO♥️E from Israel ☀️🤗😙
With other (Declutter the mind) meditations I've found myself trying to shut out other thoughts and distractions so that I can concentrate on the breath. With this one I seemed to 'get' for the first time the idea of allowing them to appear but pass by unexplored as I keep my active attention on the breath. I'm starting to see the difference between being inside of and outside of a thought. Thanks.
Thank you! It helped me gain a lot of awareness regarding something I’ve experienced today that annoyed me. This awareness lead me to develop compassion for the others, instead of just looking at my own perspective and feelings about it. It only took this 15min meditation 🙏
I am happy to have discovered this channel. The guiding voice is amazing and the type of meditation is very well suited for me. Thank you for bringing this to us. I hope many people enjoyed this as much as I do.
I like the visual countdown. The silence space in between is EVERYTHING ❤ When I was taught this meditation in Kelseyville, California, where you can enjoy a 10 day sit. The teacher taught me to focus. My breath on the cool air that would come through the nostrils. Focus on that tiny detail really helps anchor my monkey mind Thank you for this Shared meditation on TH-cam Perfect for a busy morning 🎉
thank you for this technique I don't know why but i started to cry after completing your guidance... looking forward to get in depth and heal myself Namo Buddhaya 🙏🏻
Hello, what a great session this was. I really enjoyed this meditation but this was not Vipassana in a true sense. I have attended a 10 day, 3 day and a 1 day course at Dhamma centres. If anyone is interested in learning the technique of Vipassana meditation please search for nearby Dhamma centres you can enroll in. Thanks
That was the hardest 15 minutes of my life. I do so much thinking in layers. I look forward to this every day on my lunch break and slowly surrendering until I think of nothing but the present moment.
Wow! This was the first 15 minute meditation that felt like less than 5 mins for me. I find it hard to concentrate even in 5 minute meditations. But this one was awesome ❤
Thank you for taking the time to make this available. I found this practice really calming. Spending a few minutes focusing on a single thought or process is so calming, so necessary in a troubled world.
Great work, he is not so stuck up either with a normal voice, not your typical pseudo shanty guru tone or those hyper melloe female voices, kinda funny too, in some videos he talks too fast...yet it makes him feel like one of us. Good job
Been having trouble with this because whenever I notice my breathing I automatically start breathing manually. Trying to focus on the feeling of air moving in my nose to combat this.
I am trying it since past few days.. it’s amazing though but I feel like my whole body is shaking .. is it something supposed to be during this meditation practice??
it would be helpful to understand what the difference between being inside or outside a though..ie specific example, similarly towards the end, speaks of placing awareness.on an object?? example plesas to being inside or outside an object with open awareness.? thankyou.
I think when they talk about being inside or outside of a thought, they're referring to "experiencing/feeling" a thought vs "observing/acknowledging" the thought. When we're "in" the thought, we're often not aware of it, so being "out" of the thought is like practicing awareness (just an idea, could be wrong).

Amen you are right because the silence is very important thanks for the post Jonathan
I would argue that music can be used as an anchor during meditation.

My first introduction to Vipassana meditation . What a lovely vacation of my busy mind to the presence of myself !
I felt so much peace doing this meditation. Thank you 🙏🏼

It’s… simple and pertinent.. thank you.. still IN the thoughts.. will sit again 🙏🌺
I need to do this twice a day to keep myself from getting caught up with all of the triggers of life.

I realized it in the first minute. Might be great (I have not continued), but releasing the tension you feel is not opposite of vipassana technique…
oh my god. the peace i feel. I am so grateful
I love this meditation. I pray for more.
Thank you so much❤ I love how your channel has both guided meditation and space for taking our time. I find something like this!

It was my first time doing a no music meditation. It was certainly different, but I enjoyed a lot! I’ll be coming back for sure.

its important to mention that in Vipassana we begin at the top of the head and bit by bit scan down and then back up again bit by bit.
useful input.

Recite God name with each breath is meditation
I always drift off into a half dream state during these. Not sure if that’s a good thing?
Bring it back to know your breathings.
I am trying it since past few days.. it’s amazing though but I feel like my whole body is shaking .. is it something supposed to be during this meditation practice??
For some reason I am finding that I am not getting the beginning of meditations that I want to tune into! Please check this out. Thanks.
