    TECHNIQUE (5 x 3 Minute rounds, 30 seconds break) 13:23
    Round 1: Jab Cross + Counter Punch (add footwork) 13:40
    Round 2: Elbow + Opposite Knee + Jump Knee 17:08
    Round 3: Jab + Teep + Thrust Teep + Leg Kick 20:38
    Round 4: Lead check + Switch Fake + Cross + Rear Kick + Pendulum Cross 24:18
    Round 5: Rear low check + Lead High Check + Lean + Jumping Elbow + Spin Elbow 27:39

    10 Double Crunches

    Hey, guys! I'm in Brazil and looked through a lot of TH-cam Muay Thai classes to find one with a good atmosphere and good teachers. I'm loving these ones! Keep this going, if you can, it's really brightened up my quarantine!

    Man that was a long arse warmup!! the warmups are longer than the skill drills! well done guys. but a video that last just over 30 mins need to concentrate more on skills drills rather than warmup.
