      @@tahirwani1335 I think for sinus you should 1st control all.. really all your stress and make your body very light so that you don't have any single problem and you will see your symptoms are reduced 70 to 80%. Do jogging for 45 minutes, in the beginning, start normal slow running for 400 m and then slow down and walk for 100 m then continue jogging for 400 m after then slow down for 100 m 1st do this thing and after a week stick to 1 hour .. 1 hour is minimum and 30 minutes stretching and normal exercise.. 1-month normal exercises and normal stretching after then increase the level of exercise slowly first 2 these things w8 1 more things when you doing any work, take a 10-minute break each and every 1 hour it will increase your concentration and efficiency to next level... That's it.

      Used the rub my ICU pts heads, face. Back of ears,pulling gentle on ears is HUGE, hands, web of thumb....washed their face and sang Everythings Alright for 30 sec.. often..Id watch their BP, heat rate, decrease
      ..and if get to decrease the iv pressors...

    Oh my goodness. The thumbs in the ears exercise stops my anxiety in its tracks. I do it several times per day and every time I do, my body takes a big relaxing inhale and exhale. Amazing. Thank you Dr. Mandel!

    I was this other video of yours in which the sinuses of mine were really opened up and by pressing down the space between my left thumb literally after a few minutes i felt drowsy and slept for whole 2 hours !

    It was the best feeling when I was in jail, I massaged my whole body from toe to scalp. Felt like a waterfall inside of me or floating on clouds. Removed all the physical stress in my body.

But if smone gives up totally,after facing constant multiple shocks,tragedies,lost family,kids,Bank Vp grade job,home,wealth,,etc,,fallen frm top to zero,,practically these lectures work if you remain little normal,but if you are alone n no one is taking care then Practically you need a true strong caring person to take you out from this situation when u r stuck in room for a year,can,t change,can,t manage anything,can,t go in day light,health going worse,always live n die every second,no hope,no goal,no one comes to c u,then Even Doctors Counsellers say that you need a strong caring guardian to recover you....Respected Bro..Will you truly help,, ... Can u take me away,keep me along for few days to follow ur normal routine...😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Waiting 4 ur Positive reply

    I did all the steps 60secs each, my heart rate got slowed down and the anxiety reduced. I was calm and then slept off . Thank you doc

    Wow, I felt like getting heart attack out of stress, this is why I was looking for videos covering the stress relief techniques and I am leaving this comment with a normal heart rate and light smile which appeared when I was pressing my upper parts of ears. Thank you:) Definitely better than Diazepam, even though we must, most of all, get rid of sources of our problems.
