Happy Thanksgiving Dr. thank you for all your videos, so informative, and very appreciated. Maybe you could address Tourette’s and how to deal with this disturbance and it’s ability to ruin your life. I’ve been dealing with Anxiety/ Tourette’s since I was a teenager 13/14 years of age, and now I’m 61. I’ve been able to work before 2017, and in 2017, I had something happen that has worsened what I go through. I took these 5htp tablets from the fitness nutrition store, and after 3 and half weeks into them, I started having panic attacks, and things turned upside down. I don’t know if some chemical in them affected me because of having tics already or what. But anyhow, I have been to an upper cervical doctor since 2021, because I had six vertebrates out of place, 2 in my neck, and I had jammed my neck when I was about 12/13 years of age, after that is when I started having tics. But upper cervical has gotten my atlas straightened out so, I think I’m good with that, of course I haven’t been back this year anymore to get checked. I do know I’m low on vitamin D, so I’m taking supplements, D3, K2, and Magnesium malate, but before the supplements, I had seen a Neurologist in August of this year, and he said I have Tourette’s syndrome, so he put me on Clonidine. I haven’t taken much of it, just like a quarter of a tablet for two weeks, but when I started my supplements I quit taking it because I wanted to see what these would do. Now I’m thinking I should take the Clonidine, after my supplements. What do you think about that ? I’m just not a medication person, but I can’t live with the tics either, I haven’t taken enough Clonidine to even know if it’s going to work. He wanted me to take half a tablet each night for two weeks, but I chose a quarter piece, in which I can feel the relaxing effects of it, but I’m nervous about taking a larger dose, my body is sensitive since I don’t do medicine. My blood pressure is normal to on the lower side, and Clonidine lowers your blood pressure, so I don’t want to do it to much, because I don’t want it goofing up my blood pressure. Idk, I’m listening to your video about the vagus nerve and see what it’s about. ❤

Dr I had GBS Guillen Barre Syndrome. And it destroyed my Vagus nerve. I was in the ICU for 3 months on a ventilator, and then I was paralyzed for 2 years. I could not move or speak. even my face was paralyzed.😢 I had the worst form of GBS, I nearly died. That was 2019, but this year I finally recovered. I'm driving, walking, talking and working again. This video is exactly what I needed. THANK YOU! ❤ I want to maintain myself. Happy Thanksgiving!

One think You do not seem to know, is that stimulating the vagus nerve e.g. through massage of the glomus carotideus can cause a cardiac arrest and death in the abscence of a TEAM of formed reanimators !
So please instruct your followers to NEVER tingle their vagus nerve unless they are in a reanimation facility with a prompt intervening reanimator team !!! !!! !!!.
Those who propagate such dangerous maneuvres among the ignorant public should be denounced to the authorities and made unable to continue propagating unscientific ideas and potentially deadly manoeuvres..

The hot water tank broke down Monday. I was very upset while trying to find someone to replace the old hot water heater. Somehow, I already knew how to do what you told us to do here. I also prayed. When I calmed down, then I could think better. I contacted the right person. The new hot water heater was installed last night. Today is Thanksgiving. I am very Thankful for the five other people who jumped in to make my thanksgiving a much better one. It sure felt good to have running water in the house again; and, a hot shower this morning.

I’d like to thank your mother for having you! You are an inspiration and a amazing person. Your knowledge speaks volumes! As a person who has almost passed away a bunch of times while being in the hospital from complications from breast cancer implant surgery and a couple other things. I truly believe that your video is as exactly what I practiced while being in medical care. I think it saved me a lot too . I now have stage four and have tumors throughout my body. I believe in healing yourself. I believe that doing these exercises definitely helps! I was told that most people don’t walk when I was bound to the bed . If you have a will ! Anything can happen! I share this so if anyone else is going through something similar. Please breathe and do your part in helping yourself through. I did have one question. Is it possible to take BSO and oil of oregano in the same day. I have been new to following you. I definitely have learned so much from you! Your family is very lucky to have you in their life. As , we all are to share your wisdom and compassion! May you have a wonderful, blessed, happy thanksgiving 🦃 ! I am thankful I found you Dr WONDERFUL! Lol 😂

I’m very sad about your situation and amazed at your resolve! Praying for your full restoration!!
May I share some things I’ve learned but no one talks about? Please forgive me if you already know.
      1) Lymphatic massage over the entire body. This can be done while washing your body. Learn the lymph connections and the center. Do it every day because many of us have sluggish systems. I did before doing the massage every day. A few hours later, you may have diarrhea as the extra fluid is released into your gut.
      2) Remove soy from your diet. Dr. David Brownstein revealed a decade ago that soy has estradiol which is an estrogen by-product that causes breast cancer when the body cannot excrete as much as we take in. In the Far East, they ferment soy which removes this but not in the U.S. and it’s in most processed foods. Soy may be a protein but too much killed my own mother.
      3) Anti-parasitics like fenbendazole and ivermectin, together with other homeopathics, has shown promise in eliminating cancers quickly.
      4) Vitamins B, C, D, and K help the body’s immune system which is designed to destroy cancer.
God bless and keep you during this very trying time!!

Oh my goodness! I am so sorry about your mom! I know that familiar feeling of losing family to this horrible disease! May I send you lots of hugs and prayers from my heart! You really touched my heart when I read your message. I am still trying to learn as I go through this journey. Your advice and guidance are very appreciated. I am going to research all of this. I do have a question! Do you know if I can take oil of oregano and black seed oil in the same day? Also, do you know if I can take it while taking blood pressure medication? I have read that you should not. I bleed a lot as well. I want to heal myself. So, I don’t understand why I can’t take these with blood pressure medication or having a blood issue. Do you know if maybe I can take just small amounts? I will ask my oncologist pharmacist. I am sure they will tell me I can’t take it. When I asked them two weeks ago. They said I just shouldn’t have turmeric. Which is a bummer. I have taken the immunity shots with turmeric and blk pepper and I felt fine. I don’t trust alot of doctors. I do absolutely trust Dr Mandell . I would love to chat with you sometime. Again, I am very sorry for your loss. I believe that our loved ones are around us in some form. I feel that they watch us all and hear our calls to them. I hope you have a good day today !

@@MichelleSmith-oo5vt Thank you for your sympathy but I take heart in relying on God for vengeance. I lost my entire family in six years and almost lost my spouse, as well; and the only way I made it through was by Faith!
I don’t know how oregano and black seed oil interact with any chemo you may be on. I do know that I have a genetic condition where my blood is thin and I take oil of oregano mixed with hyssop and water - Kara Vira makes it, too. Oregano is very hot! I use this every time I get a sore throat - I spray on the back palate. No ill effects for over ten years. But, a regular application? Not sure that’s good for anyone. If I spray twice in a day, I get a raw throat. Some take it in capsules.
There are plenty of new homeopaths (ex-MDs tired of the system) here to ask.
I’ve also never heard that turmeric is bad in moderation. Nothing should be done too much!
I just stopped a supplement drink by Chuck Norris that promised to ”help manage stress” because it messed with my heart rate! My heart still isn’t back to normal after four days. Easily triggered into unnecessary rapid heart beat. And, I live on acreage and work every day! Never had a heart issue.
So, after all I’ve learned, I can get trapped with “these ingredients are fine” only to discover that there’s obviously something not on the list!!
Be very careful and check with the expert docs who make videos exposing the lies of the M.D. system.

Also, for breathing exercises, I do three rounds of the Wim Hof breathing technique, about 15 min. It relaxes the body and increases alkalinity in the blood. It increases relaxation and I can usually get my pulse down as low as 48-50 during a session. Look up Wim Hof breathing.

Years ago I didn't know anything about the vagus nerve, but I did experience something that must have been from the vagus nerve. My oldest son died suddenly from a fall. The emotional grief was overwhelming, but I also had deep, physical pain in my body----it was in my lower abdomen, like the uterus or bladder or intestine. I had it for many days. A long time later I learned how long the vagus nerve is and all it 's connected to in the body, and I came to believe the mental stress of my brain & broken heart actually had caused my deep, physical pain through the vagus nerve.

I'm so grateful that you shared this. I have been searching high and low trying to figure out this problem that I am having. It involves my heart tachycardia Which can stems from the Vagus nerve. And I did not know exactly what to do to try to heal this problem. Or remedy it. The doctor's really had no solution at all other than to medicate. And I want it to try to heal this problem. It can be very stressful and debilitating at times. And very scary with your heart rate. Taking off without sometimes being able to control itself. So my prayers you answered today to provide this information that I have been praying and seeking answers to, thank you so very much. Now I will just have to start practicing some of these things to see if this will give me some relief to the problems that I am having once again thank you. Great video! I have suffered from bouts of sometimes debilitating anxiety my entire life. I can vouch that cold shock does work. Even better if applying to back and front of neck. Do this to prevent passing out if you suffer extreme panic attacks. Extremely, very extreme sour or bitter taste just under your tongue tip has a massive and immediate impact. The breathing works, but it does take a bit longer, and is not always realistic for someone suffering a truly severe panic attack until they can calm down first (cold shock, aggressive stretching)

I bought a Wav Watch (it uses sound frequencies for healing) and I usually have it set to the vagus nerve frequency. Among so many “healings” I’ve experienced with this watch, my blood pressure is perfect…even going to the doctor it was 102/70. I’ve had a long history of high blood pressure. ALSO, I have Left Bundle Branch Block and I was having “episodes” of ‘late’ heart beats on a daily basis (it was getting to be so debilitating). Upon wearing my watch for the first time and putting it on vagus nerve…I kid you not…within 15 minutes the episodes stopped and I haven’t had a single one while wearing this watch. The Vagus Nerve really does affect so many problems and I am happy to hear Dr. M. addressing it❤

Always on high alert: but most of the time in bed as I’m so tired at the same time. I take looooong hot showers as I’m always cold, after sweating like crazy during the night. Good part is I gave up smoking, caffeine, and alcohol. Plus I grow my own food. I’ll try a cold shower some day, loved them when I was younger. 😅

@ I started with utube breathing exercise videos by Mind Valley. I didn’t have to capacity to listen more than 10 minutes so it took time to refocus and ground. It will be a long journey, there will be times when you just can’t, just be patient with yourself. I’m still working hard to recover, it’s not easy. Lots of tears, lots of soul searching, lots of self love but grounding is the most important thing you can do for yourself, also be in nature, walk, run, scream, cry, refocus

Also I figured out that most of my vagus nerve problems are caused by a misalignment of my cervical vertebra as a result of sleeping in a bad position. When my neck is feeling 'off' I can realign my neck by laying down in my sleep position and they fall right back into position.

I started dipping into the sea this year, that feeling of the adrenaline pumping as you challenge yourself to get in - and then the sense of calm which runs through the entire body once you're in. That feeling lasts through the day, and I have an amazing sleep that night, (I have never slept well!) When I can't go in the sea I'll revert to cold baths/ showers, the feeling isn't quite the same but still helps.
