Been boxing for 10 months 3x a week now and everything you say about learning to fight is so true. No matter how much it improves your physique, punch power or anything on your body. It improves your mentality/confidence 5x as much. Truly became a different person through that.

Learning how to fight should be on TOP of the list for men. If you can't defend yourself as a man you can't defend your loved ones such as: your family, girlfriend/wife, and kids. Anyone could pick up a knife or gun but when you're in a situation without one that's when knowing how to fight comes in handy.

I play the saxophone, I can speak a bit of Spanish (I'm working on it) and I can drive a manual. I just finished high school so I'm planning to do some boxing training while I have the extra time. All of these desirable skills that you have mentioned for young men to deploy were already included in my Hyper Masculine Template, the one you put up on Notion in your other videos which I am currently towards for have them all under my belt at age 30 too. Being a great hand to hand combatant, a marksman, a fluent bilingual speaker, a professional driver/motorcyclist, great at sex, mastering the art of conversation alongside supreme intelligence, learning an instrument and a masseur will definitely put you at apex level of life.

Definitely made me think to carry on with Spanish as I've stopped after my GCSEs last May. Additionally for you younger guys in the UK Army Cadets is a huge advantage for weapons as you're trained on an air rifle at 12/13 years old and come 16 fully competent in using a slightly watered down assault rifle. Furthermore the level of battle drills put you near the level of a basic infantry soldier at the highest level of cadet training. As of next year when I'm 18 and I've got my physical conditioning better I'll look to start at a local boxing gym.

Great Vid!! Learned several languages, 2 Instruments (drums and guitar) and started boxing / Kung fu and stuff 3 years ago (getting better, starting some light sparing), feel a bit lost where my mission is since I have so many interests..and don't know where to focus after work...at the moment focusing on fitness but doing a variety of sports like lifting, fighting etc.
Don't know if I should get into professional sports (which in terms of fighting or Bodybuilding can be f*cking unhealthy for the brain or general health and don't feel specially talented for one of these) or focus more on business and money / getting better at my job and have my fun hobbies on the side..ofcourse still working out a lot and being in shape

I plan on being able to speak 5 languages by age 30. I'm from Belgium (Flemish) so my mother tongue is Dutch. I also speak English very well and this year I'm learning both Spanish and German. After I speak Spanish I will learn French. I'm quite embarrassed I don't speak French yet, because I didn't want to learn it when I was younger. Btw I've always thought and was told I' not good at languages, but I believe it's possible.

This list is good for starters, but I would also suggest learning a coding language or two. I'm learning Python now, and have plans to learn Javascript once I become fluent in Python.
Learn how to build your strength through bodyweight and weighted exercises.
Learn how to fix stuff, like building a shed for instance, or fixing parts of a car or motorcycle.
Learn how to cook and prepare meals. Your health will be a lot better off.
Learn how to invest. Start with ETFs, and blue chip stocks.
Most important of all IMO, learn how to embrace failure. There are many ways to do this, like doing a set number of push ups/pullups within a certain time frame and not meeting it. When approaching women, get rejected a few times. Etc.
These are just some additional suggestions that I have, but choose whatever you think is right for you. I know there are more, this is not exhaustive.

    4. I don't see how that is so special. Most people with a license can drive manual.
    7. Carrying weapons is illegal most places and that scenario sounds a bit Hollywood. Great if you're American though and can have a gun on you at all times. I've had plenty of weapons training in the military but that scenario doesn't sound like one likely to make it out of, especially with the "give her back" once you take the gun. If you are in the situation and actually manage to grab the gun without getting killed you need to shoot to kill, no warnings given.
