It's so important that men REALIZE what Jack is saying. To put in other words:
Make yourself your own mental point of origin. You can't do anything for anyone, including yourself, if you don't prioritize your own frame.
It's crazy to me how many men fail to find their purpose and mission in life because they're too busy making someone else (usually their woman) their utter and total priority.
We don't get taught it unfortunately, and I'll never blame my dad for it, so we run with emotions, some of us realize it as some point in our lives, & whether they try to fix it is up to them. I chose to start building my frame.
Man, I was doing the opposite you just said. I understand now, it makes sense why girls leave me. Although, they say I'm a nice man but I don't they're looking for that the man not just a man. It is important for us men to maintain a sense of calmness and remain stoic where a woman is being disrespectful or out of line which is not easy to do, but it will be worth it for your sake. Also, you need to communicate your boundaries in a calm and an assertive manner and to be willing to talk away from the situation if she does NOT comply. Now that is how you will be able to handle social situations with women(whether it's minor or major) with grace and composure.
