After my first big relationship I read and watched a lot of red pill content and it transformed me. I then got a small rotation of girls and one of these girls was a really great girl with a lot of feminine qualities. She loved me a lot and did everything for me but I eventually lost her because all this red pill stuff gave me a false impression on what a men should do and how a man should be. I was very cold and didn't appreciate her very much for all the things she did for me. Eventually she lost all of her self esteem and thought what the fuck do I need to do in order to make this guy care for me and left.
That was the best lesson of my life because you need to have BALANCE. It's very simple, never be rude and never lose your temper. Reward good behaviour but also set clear boundaries and enforce them. Don't let her disrespect you and always be willing to walk away even if you love her dearly. You are not a simp by being a gentleman and rewarding your girl with things or stuff they like IF THEY behave good. You are a simp when you do these things without getting anything in return.
So you need a balance between ROMANTIC TOXIC that will keep them hooked for life

This video is so frickin good, so good. The "She is the one" philosophy also reminded me of my first relationship - I fell in love so much with a girl that I basically was her pawn you can say. I didn't wanted to lose her cause I thought "that might never come again" . And she lost interest in me. Don't make this mistake, you are the man in the relationship and YOU lead your relationship.

I gave her too much attention and like you said, lost feelings. I also wasn't getting half the affection and attention I gave, was prepared though but holy hell 1.5 month first relationship. DO NOT THINK SHE'S "THE ONE", play it cool and prepare to walk away at any moment, you should be your own first priority.

This girl started working at my job a week ago and in our first interaction I got her number and we planned to meet a few days later. I had this happen, where a girl and I were really touchy yet didn’t want to kiss me when I first tried. Because I was having fun (for context we were golfing and alone and decided to make the move for it), I still kept my carefree, nonchalant attitude. We ended up going to a cafe, getting more touchy while keeping that attitude of I could care less of whether I got it or not: I was having fun. At the end of it, we made out in the Ferris wheel and her car. But, even if it didn’t happen, I would have been satisfied with how the day went.

I made a mistake once where I thought a girl was the one; it was a bit of a stupid situation.
A few years ago in school, I was put in a group with a girl whom I had a crush on. She was probably a 9+/10 but her character made her a 10. She fit basically all the requirements in my head to qualify her for wife material. (Never label a woman as wife material so early on.) We worked well together and she helped me with some stuff relating to the work we were doing. Since I am mostly blind and since no one offers to help or speak to me, that meant a lot. The next year, I am put right next to her for a quarter year class. Once again, even more this time I was thinking constantly about her and being a weak little dumbass. I wanted to ask her for her number but didn't because of my anxiety and depression. After wallowing in my stupidity for the rest of the year, the next year came around. I was put in a math class with her but we were vurtual (still somewhat annoyed about that when looking back.) That year ends as well and I hear she is going to go to a different school and I was very sad. Within the following year I got over her but when we had a fair in our town, she was there. I didn't see her but I heard from many people that she became big-egoed and a not great person to be around.
Hope that reading this teaches you some kind of lesson.
The lesson I learned is that
1. School isn't a great environment for high value relationships.
2. I will meet many more girls that will fit my requirements for wife material but I need to level up if I want to get into a good relationship.
So you didn't have a relationship with her, can't judge if she would have been a good fit because you were too scared

had real trouble balancing both for couple of months but i found a nice spot changing my workout program from bro-splits(much more workout volume per day per muscle group) to full 3days-rest-3days full body, it actually made me improve some lifts as its less damaging and increases frequency
