Whale pumps are the best pumps BUT try a spray of lubricant spray on the actual caravan external electric connection. If they get dry they can tend not to worAlways run your taps until the spluttering stops on both hot & cold and only turn your water heater on after that, it has then filled the water heater tank. Also it's best to run the pump from the top of aquaroll, not side one. And always use a paint brush to clear out your guttering on a regular basis to stop any future damage. Good luck
I had a similar problem it was a loose wire in the water inlet. Then later (end of holiday) the main water pump in the van gave up. Both easy to fix. Your cupboard door knob just needs tightening up turn the centre to the right.
As I’m typing, while watching, I suggest you get a Multimeter out,and check for 12 volts DC at the internal pump connector,that will narrow it down to a faulty pump,if you have voltage there 😀
when I'm old enough I would love to have a caravan but I just couldn't handle the stress of having something like this go wrong with it and probably couldn't afford it either haha.. best of luck. 🤞🍀

Kenmore at Mirfield Roger there shop really good and if they haven't got in shop someone in service may have item Use them all time I keep new spare pump just In case pump fails Your pumps not making any noise are you sure it's not fuse Would check fuse on water heater as well (never know) I use puri lean before I use caravan if caravan been stood a few weeks because slime builds up in no time imagine leaving water In bottom of cup would soon turn to slime I know some people don't clean pipes as often but cleaning makes your water a lot fresher and safer to drink

Hopefully the Whale pump works well and/ or your direct to caravan hose set up. Just in case you ever have similar problem to me Ill tell u about it: Once after setting up my van my pump sounded like it was working but I was only getting a trickle of water through my kitchen tap. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, thought it might be a loose wire in the pump or something. It turned out to be the screw on filter on the kitchen tap and slightly, but less so on bathroom tap. When I unscrewed the filter I found lots of grit. Once I'd rinsed this away it worked fine. Found the bathroom filter was damaged too. Anyway bought new ones on Amazon and all working fine now. It was a real pain trying to work out exactly what size to buy though 🥴 Im sure a caravan accessory shop assistant would be able to help though, unfortunately I dont live near one. Hope you enjoy your holiday. Im going away in a couple of days. My car electric socket had seized up and couldnt full it down on its hinge. Tried wd40, brute lady force but couldnt budge it. A passing strong man managed to push it down though for me, thank goodness 🙏🤗 Im going to sand the rusty area and put oil on it periodically now so hopefully it doesn't happen again! Good luck!

What car do you use to tow your caravan? What weight is the caravan? If you decide to get a new caravan in a couple of years do you need a bigger car for a 4 berth? If so would you be looking at a VW Touareg or something similar?
A Skoda Karoq is what we currently have, though it’s been traded in for a larger more powerful Skoda Kodiaq. I can’t remember the weight of the caravan but I know Coachman caravans tend to be on the heavy side.
Have you "tweaked" the screw on the side of the pressure switch? It is a pressure adjustment. Turn it up & down and the pump should start- hopefully!! Also check the dc connectors to the pressure switch.

You wind yourself up, you mentioned a number of times about the travel restrictions (not travel ban) which means quarantine/tests on return and often countries we want to go to are making us quarantine on arrival. Now these restrictions are a real pain but you have mentioned on previous videos you prefer to holiday in the UK that's why you bought a caravan, you are going on like the travel issues are why you can't travel overseas and it's frustrating you like you had a bunch of foreign holidays planed, I don't think you did. Yours and many others mental health is in a knife edge, don't push yourself over the edge by creating issues for yourself that don't exist it's not at all healthy and it's clear watching your videos that the COVID situation and your feeling about vaccines and restrictions to stop spread have elevated your metal health issues. Look after your well-being and I hope a few caravan trips away help clear your mind and calm you down.

Use vasoline on the terminals and o-rings that way the seals don’t leak and you won’t poison your self

Resealing cost is outrageous. I was quoted au$1200. I am going to do it my self with Eternabond tape. Fingers crossed.

I am guessing your pressure switch needs adjusting which is easy to do with no tools.

I had that problem on my Luna and it was the pump because the old pump wasn’t turning faster enough

Thought you had a Skoda Kodiaq as your tow car? I have one and it easily tows a heavy 4 berth Bailey van.

I bought a new pump, but I think the problem was with the electrical contacts where the pump connects to the caravan.

The water pump will work from the battery if you are caravanning off grid.

A loose wire going into some box under the seat. We did buy a new inline pump which is better than the one that came with the caravan.
