This video saved my weekend away, first after lifting the travel restrictions. Basically our Bailey Unicorn 3 with Whale waterpump wasn’t pumping or making any noise at all. Tuned out to be a stuck impeller and managed to free it thanks to this video. So happy now and saved us £50 and all the hassle of the trying to get a replacement. Thank you so much for this and taking the time to make and post this video, it's really realllllly appreciated 👍👍👍😀😁😀😁😀
.......and if that doesn't solve the problem.....remove the pump and test it by hooking it up to your 12 volt battery (after checking the connections). Mine was, in fact, a pump fault. I always carry a spare pump so no problem there but you should always try to find the reason for the failure. I suspect that my tap was knocked to the "on" position so the pump may have been run dry whilst travelling.
None of my taps work and they all have micro switches and I don't think they would all stop working. Plus I was holding the wires as I didn't know I needed to turn the power off and I didn't get a shock, so I'm guessing the problem is there is no power going to them... Could there be a switch or a fuse and I would be super happy if anyone could tell me where to find it.... Thanks
dunno if you guys gives a shit but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can watch pretty much all the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been binge watching with my brother for the last few days :)

Hi John, I'm struggling to wire my 12v water pump and micro switch tap. The pump works fine if attached straight to the battery. The switch works if i attach it to a usb - i can turn the port on and off. if i connect the two together they don't work, i have checked the fuses and replaced them but still no luck.
RIP John, im new to caravaning, so new i haven't taken the van out yet and your videos are still helping people .

It could aLso be the filter if it’s been allowed to dry up and restricts the flow which has happened to me in the past
my tap doesn't has a cable. what do I need to make my tap work?
This guy should be reading stories to children
Good info but need more close ups of the detail of what your doing. Cheers

your camera needs to zoom in more so we can see what is happening better.

@Gerardo Myles Yea, I've been watching on instaflixxer for since november myself =)
submersible pump does nothing. I put it on water, connect it to caravan, go in, press pump on and - dramatic silcence - nothing.
