D coupling to NEM coupling

Not a perfect solution aesthetically but it works for connecting old rolling stock to new. Also, if you do not wish to hack up old carriages or locos, even if you are more than able ,you are killing any value they may have. I have old Hornby LMS carriages and all I have done is put the intermediate coupling R8267 on one and connected newer carriages with the NEM coupling and they all run fine.
