    Nostaglic...I recognize your orig sequence from how many years ago? My shoulders used to be so crunchy; today my core muscles are stronger. I am isolating that hard to describe pain and letting it go. Thanks for helping me to distinguish which things no longer serve.

    Thank you for this!! I’m a first time mom at home with my 3 month old …and with all the sitting and hunching that comes with breastfeeding, my shoulders, chest, and hips are so tight! This hit all the right spots and I’ll definitely be coming back to it many many times in the future. ❤
