    Normally I have a hard time focusing for 1 hour and I catch myself checking how long is left multiple times in one video. But this video went by so fast! Very relaxing and accesible, thanks!

    Wow woke up with incredible pain along my right shoulder blade, in the shoulder joint down into my elbow and my wrist….I normally follow Fightmaster Yoga (bless yogi angel Leslie) but I could not think of one of her flows that would help enough. While it isn’t gone completely (chronic issue for years) this flow helped tremendously. Going to have to save this as it was not too much. 0 minutes is typically my max but this was perfectly paced for a longer video for my body.

    That hand/arm stretch to the sides "as if someone were pulling both sides" was soo intense for me as well. I am a housekeeper so my arms and hands are in constant use. Wonderful video, will be revisiting this and checking out your others!

    Wow that was amazing. The leg folding pose is a little hard as a guy due to the obvious reasons but everything else was great. Back feels completely open and free. Thank you.

    Thank you so much! I did not even pay attention to the time! I feel wonderful and refreshed! I was so tight and woke up doing my normal favorite yoga warm up and whatnot. Then researched more on tension relief and you came up and what beauty I feel within! You define one movement to the next easily.     Hi! i was looking for a good stretching for my neck/ shoulders as i surf and they are getting super tight, i have also carpal tunnel problems lately and booom! i love this video and that arm parallel to the shoulder fingers facing down stretch feels like heaven!!!

    Just finished my first hour with you....
    yesterday I started getting back in shape after 2 months of "sweet doing nothing" and today my body was completely locked in his nerves and contractions. After my practice with you, wow!     Really enjoyed this video! My neck and shoulders have been so inflamed! I thought 10 mins went by and the video was ending you did amazing job at relaxing! The arm movements where unique and incredible and that last back bend I will continue to do as I have a herniated disc and haven’t felt a release like that in a long time. Thank you!

    This was a beautiful and calming yoga class. Just what my body needed today (feeling tired and 'meh' due to grey and cold weather). Thank you Candace 💖 Really loved all of the stretches and fun poses!

    I've been inactive and working from home and felt very weak and tight and sore. This is exactly what I needed to loosen things up before getting back into more strengthening routines. Omg my arms were so tight and tingly!

    Upper back and neck were bugging me all day. Just finished and feel great! Got plenty of intensity and I needed it! I hope you can fix that hum. Try plugging your recording device in on a different circuit with nothing else running. The hum comes from other things drawing power on the same circuit.

    The stretch with fingers facing the ceiling and the arm extended was surprisingly difficult, but now after the session my neck feels so much looser. Thank you :)

      Hehe, that is a tricky stretch, sometimes the tiniest adjustments make for a big stretch. So glad you feel better 🙌

    I have got this exercise agood remedy for upper body pains, keep it up & if possible for the next time
    stress on exercises to fix cheest pain which is related with shoulder pains !!! 10 Q !!!

    can you please do a 30-day yoga for head-to-toe healing? which will include yoga for headache, neck shoulder back pain, hip pain feet pain, anxiety, chakra healing etc also a bit of meditation at the end of each session would be amazing.

    I loved the beginning but then the practice just ended almost 10 minutes earlier :/ Thank you for your work, looking forward to more videos, but please say in advance that it's actually a 45-min practice.

    I found this practice to be very helpful for a tight neck, shoulders and back on a rainy afternoon in Illinois.☺️ Thanks for covering everything so well with your pleasant demeanor, specific instructions and modifications. I am 67 and have been practicing for years with various in-person and online teachers. One small suggestion is to drop the use of “guys” when you address participants. It makes me feel masculine and distracts me from the serious effort. How about “yogis,” “friends” or just nothing in its place? We know you mean us, the individual viewers. Also, I’d prefer not to hear the loud breathing, or so it sounded on my I-Pad. I know we should breathe a lot, but constantly hearing yours is a little too much. Thank you!

      @@YogaCandi I live very close to where this lady is from (Wisconsin vs. Illinois) and guys is basically a gender-neutral term used for everyone. I think it's fine. Your classes are some of my favorites!

    Hi Candace, your class was good but the downward dog, the dolphin, the frog, chaturanga and a couple other stretches are not good for shoulder pain because people have to put a lot of their weight on their shoulders. Please bear that in mind.

      Ah, yes, I hear ya, Claudia, this class was definitely not intended for people with shoulder, neck or back injury but instead for muscular tension/ pain caused from static sitting at a desk, etc. I will be sure to be more specific in future, so thank you for bringing that to my attention. 😊🙏

    It’s a deceptive title. The workout is longer than 45 minutes. Also, at one point she says this is are last pose and then goes on to do 3 or so more poses.
