Yo I remember getting these books when i was younger lol. I can tell from the way you build everything you had the same problem as me where it only shows you half of the damn diagram because of the camera angle.
Well from a practical standpoint, the number of situations where a computer or a calculator are both useful and the best way to do something are very limited. Even something highly complex like a quarry, a flying universal 3D printeror etc doesn't really require a full on CPU to control it. The former barely requires any external controls and the latter basically just needs to be hardcoded to read from line memory. The number of applications where the *best* solution is a machine with fully addressable ram, an assembler, an ALU and etc is very few. Really the main reason for a universal computer in survival is if you have a lot of machines you need to have interacting with each other in a programmable way.
I worked hard on a obsidian 4 by 4 door for hours with no guide no youtube just extreme calculations. And just seeing this makes me understand how i could do a 8×8 obsidian door

Remember when Minecraft first came out? How it was such a big deal and our parents thought it was either amazing or that it would corrupt our minds? Yeah... Good old days. Wait.... That's still the case.

Why did I watch this? I don’t even know how someone doesn’t learn how to do this stuff in their first day of creative mode, it doesn’t take more than half an hour of experimenting to figure most of this
@@James2005. it’s only a matter of logical approach: slime blocks and honey blocks, could use piston extenders or simply just flying machines, but why would anyone bother with that? Two command blocks one leading into the other through a notgate first one fills the area with air other clones in the door design, or you could simply use gravel or to be fancy could make a cobblestone machine with flying machines to to remove them to open or you could use structure blocks... oh that’s an idea, a water fall door with a mob with frost walker coming from the bottom going up. So it dramatically freezes it’s way up the waterfall to close, that would be impressive looking

I’m also interested in history and had a war with 2M players, the very smart redstoners would create tanks, op weapons and very helpful things intnhe war. Why not? Redstone isn't super intuitive. Despite playing off and on since launch I don't know how to do half this stuff, some people just don't use Redstone often and thus don't know what to do with it.
