So... out of all the items, the hardest one to get is sand. All because it requires an end dimention to be loaded.

When bro explained what "afk" is, I knew this is about to be the most cracked, broken and polished farm ever.
and we all know it's going to take longer than 11 years before the fletching table is useful
I'd honestly see a way of adding renewable sand into fletching.
Like, crafting arrows in the fletching table, but the dust from the reshapen flint is gonna fill a slot like the Composter does. Creating more arrows means creating more sand.
It gives reason to craft arrows instead of using a skelly farm, it gives reason to enchant arrows more often and another function could be crafting bows, which will also fill the dust for sand.
Honestly, this could be implemented within the next update. Fixes 3 issues at once.
We just need more special bows and arrows, I'm still waiting for a grappling hook!!
Update: as of april 1 the fletching table now has a use in the april fools snapshot
Minor potential improvement: don’t use coal to smelt the glass, use *blocks of coal* to do it. You can now get those infinitely automatically too.
if you really want to be fancy you could use lava too

Also I prefer blocks of coal anyway because it’s more smelts per *stack* even though lava is more per item, but I understand other preferences there.
@@cilantrogames1055while you can generate lava with cauldron and dripstone, you need a player to collect it.
I don’t even play the game anymore but I still watch these videos. It’s really cool seeing people push the limits of the game, using technical mechanics to their advantage. Good job, looking forward to seeing what else you create

It’s so impressive how such an oh redstone technical TH-camr still takes the time to think about all the things new people would not know. I was surprised at how thorough it is and noticed that things that are second nature to me have to be explained at some point.

You should use a mod to remove the heavy fog in the nether, I think it would look at lot better!

I knew it! I remember commenting somewhere once that beacons can now be farmed. The replies told me it was impossible because it would be very manual even with the crafter, but here it is! Literally what I described! Hahaha, they thought soul sand couldn't be farmed. They completely forgot about piglin bartering drops

i don't get how someone could spend this many hours mastering mc game mechanics this much to be able to get endless beacons, but im super impressed that he can, and has the ability to automatically make a lot of these items, its awesome tbh, and I couldn't imagine learning how to do this kind of thing.

Man, I play modpacks, so all of this stuff is designed to be automated in a dozen blocks at most. That you've been so dedicated to work on this for so long, and to actually get it working fully AFK with the only caveat being needing a second account to keep the End loaded? Incredibly impressive.

My preferred wither skeleton spawning method is finding two adjacent crossroads and building up platforms on both, placing wolves on outer corners to force them into range for the piglins. More real estate without sacrificing the center

I swear, technical Minecraft players secretly hate the game. They make the coolest stuff just to not have to play anymore.
Seriously though, the fact that this is possible at all is awesome. Really cool video.
It's just fun to make them. I built a slime farm and within five minutes had more slimeballs than I could ever possibly need in a single player world. It would have been easier to just kill the slimes but this was a lot more fun.
Building farms IS fun for some.

can you do a challenge with the MOST consecutive automatic farms running near the player utilising the player's input as a bonus?
you can run as many farms as the server hardware can handle. it's not much of a challenge as it is just doing things until you lag the game out

Arent the rates of the wither skeleton farm impacted by the player loading the end? Or do the items still travel outside the mob sphere
POV: Minecraft suddenly became Factorio
You can use a chunk loader for the wither skull farm, and a wither cage-based obsidian farm
(which are easy to get a wither into because you have basically infinite chances)
to make it only barely need human action.

While this is a great proof of concept, in survival it's very luck based/rare to be able to have such an ideal world where the world spawn point(where items from the end will appear), the portal, the nether fortress with the nether wastes biome(for zombified piglin), the bedrock formation to kill the wither. All of these variables have to be perfectly accounted for to make this farm a possibility, a rather very rare chance.
@@RaysWorksi mean you’re definitely right, but its still going to be stupidly hard to find a very specific bedrock formation which happens to be directly above a nether fortresses + intersection
@@RaysWorks i think the bedrock pattern is the same no matter what minecraft world you're in, right? there was a story about people finding a secret base in 2b2t because someone had screenshotted a small portion of the bedrock in the area, and all of the bedrock in every world is the same, so they just generated a world and found the coords

Finally, after 14 years, we finally have auto crafters
Next challenge: Make it produce shulker boxes, each containing a beacon, enough gold blocks to build the beacon base, and a stack of gold ingots to fuel it.
You'll need to add a shulker farm, a nether tree farm and a fancy shulker loader to the existing setup. Seems simple enough! 😄

so in order to make this you need, a specific bedrock formation, over a fortress, preferably above a lava lake, in a nether wastes?
I mean yea but it honestly isn't THAT rare, a large amount of the nether is lava, nether waste is the most common biome, and that bedrock formation can be anywhere close enough to be loaded in while you're afk, so it may take a handful of fortresses to find one suitable but it's not completely unreasonable

If you alt+tab out of the game you need to press f3+p first to make sure the game doesn't automatically pause and if your back in the game press f3+p again to revert to normal
19:46 how did you break this one bedrock from BELOW? I know the general setup for breaking bedrock on the nether roof using pistons, obsidian, tnt, trapdoors and a lever. But how do you break a bedrock from the bottom? Surely you couldn't have broken it from the top, because there are the the end portal blocks.
Great video and awesome ingenuity. I just feel like it would realistically be impossible to make in survival. The stars would have to align to have that special bedrock formation over a T in a nether fortress relatively close to world spawn.

Something that could be improved on is having a separate crafter to make blocks of coal for fuel or a crafter to make gold nuggets to gold ingots.

There's no need to make the duplicator be in the stronghold though, you could use the exit portal in the end dimension to duplicate sand instead.

It's technically renewable via wandering traders.
I know the ender dragon loads chunks, but does it do so only when a player is in the end? If not, there might be a way to respawn it while managing to prevent the portal from fully regenerating. If it only chunk loads while a player is in the end, though, then that's sad.
Would it be possible to create an end chunk loader by having same mechanics for nether/overworld chunk loading through nether portals but through the end portal from the end, and then having them get loaded by overworld chunk loading to a nearby end portal?
