At Close Range 9. State Of Grace 10. Casualties of War.. One of my favourite ever film actors. In a way Brando was to actors in the 50s , De Niro/Pacino in the 70s , Penn was in the 80s/early 90s. A hero to other actors. Genius. And he's clearly a great human being as well

I’ve been a Sean Penn fan since his movie, At Close Range. Shout out to his late brother Chris; who was also in the film. Almost forgot to mention Christopher Walken too.

Just saw The Accountant again. Bernthal was excellent in it as was everyone else. Under-rated movie. Great script and acting.

Shout out to Sean Penn for sitting through the most unnecessary exposition to a very simple question. My dude should study the pros like Charlie Rose and get to the meat of the question. Otherwise just make a vlog about yourself.
When you give your own exposition before asking a question, you are encouraging your guest to go long form as well. And if you give a personal anecdote, you encourage vulnerability.
Pat McAfee does this as well. It’s why he gets so much out of his guests.
