I just wanted to leave this message for anyone out there's who's still sceptical about this short workout. I did 6 consecutive days of this workout when I was staying with my mother in London while she was recuperating from an operation. This seemed ideal as I had very little time, and only packed my gym sweats (no trainers) for my week long trip. I took my waist measurement, as advised (39", 99cm). Please note that this is the ONLY exercise that I did when I was away. So this morning, I realised that I hadn't done a comparative measurement. Bearing in mind that I only did 6 of these, with the last one being on Saturday, I was astonished to record my new waist measurement of 38" / 96.5 cm. A 1 inch loss in 6 days! I'm away in Spain next week, and I will be following Lucy's Metabolism Reset workout while I'm out there. Just do it - Lucy knows what she's talking about. This works!
For anyone unsure about Lucy's videos, I just wanted to say that I followed a series of these videos 4-5 days a week and lost 10kg in around 6 months. I wasn't very strict with my diet and missed a few days because I got busy with classes and assignments. I am now a healthy 52 kg! Thank you Lucy :)

I have completed your first 7min last 2 months ago and I found that I was full of energy everyday after doing it. Before hubby and 3 kids got up, everything done, making breakfast, feeding animals (chooks, pig,dog and a cat):), water the garden and washed up before helping our oldest to school. Thank you!. I found this video because I was feeling the weight piling on due to the Covid19 stay at home. Today is my 7th day and I'm happy to report that I've lost 2.5cm off my waist and 2cm off my arms. My starting waist measurement was 80cm and arms were 36cm each. I will keep going till I get to my goal waist size. Thank you, Lucy!!!
Hi! I did this workout “lose 1 - 2 inches off the waist” actually. Even though I haven’t done this exercise for 2 weeks now, I lost a total of 6.5cm for the duration of 3 weeks that I consistently did it. So it works. I have returned to start again.
I did the first challenge and I weighed 325 and the beginning of the challenge, now I'm at 312 at the end of the 7 days. Over 10lbs of weight gone. I know there's plenty more to go but I will keep pushing myself. It works, you really know how to work it Lucy. Thank you so much for the amazing help!

trying this for 7 days! waist: 38inch. lower belly: 44inch day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ please like to remind me🥺im also doing this combined with her other belly fat burning exercise. RESULTS: waist: 36inches. Lower belly fat: 39inches. I’ve also lost 7 pounds, this was including not dieting. I would 100% recommend this! I did her first 7 minutes workout to lose belly fat ( The one that had 16 Million views ) and this video today. When I finished the both it seems like I did a 70 minutes workout, I was breathing so heavily as well as sweating. When I was watching her do it, it looks as she was moving slow, not until I started doing it along with her that I noticed that she is fast moving, so I quickly adjust in order to move in the same pace with her. Two hours after I was done, I felt my stomach muscles were hurting. That was a good sign that this might work for me. So I would continue with this 7 days workout from tomorrow and would update my comment after 7 or 14 days. UPDATE: After 7 Days My sore muscles has now healed. I don't have a flat stomach yet. But I have noticed a significant difference in my body and stomach. 1. My food digest faster ( bloating and constipated stomach was what brought me to the video at the first place ) 2. My body and especially my stomach feels firm or tight and straight. 3. My face has tighten up a bit 4. My skin is looking more beautiful, radiant and soft 5. I have so much Energy like never before. 6. I started sleeping good through out the night. I have so much Energy when I wake up. Even on days that I sleep for very few hours. And lastly, I didn't change my diet yet, ( but I drink a ton of water the whole day ) because am a very skinny person since childhood. I never add weight, except a bit of fat in my stomach area and this has been so for the past 41 years of my life. I have done diet 2 times in my life before to clear my hormone Acne Cyst, I normally weigh 50-54 kg. At the end of the diet, I was so skinny like a skeleton weighing less than 50 kg, even though the diet included diary food, I still lost a ton of weight. That's why am careful with not changing my diet when going through workouts. Because my skinny body can't survive without real food. Nevertheless, I minimize what I eat, but still consume chicken, beef, yoghurts, potatoes, rice, kidney beans, wholewheat bread, nuts and some black chocolates. But I don't drink soda drinks, I drink More Water and Tea the whole day. I introduced water into my life in 2009 and I have never turned back to soda drinks ever since then. To each their own. Everybody's body are different. You just see what work out for you best. For some, completely changing their diet would produce more quicker results which is true. I love the results am seeing now and would continue with the workout and would update again..... Update: 12.10.2018 ( I lost count on how many days it had been since I last updated ) 1. Energy, Energy, Energy and more Energy!!! I can't stress this enough. I have Never in my life have such a gigantic Energy that I have been having since I started this workouts. It literally feels like am on some kind of drug to keep me so super energized. Mind you, I stopped drinking coffee and I noticed that I still have so much Energy like Never in my life before. 2. Sleep: I have had issues sleeping through out the night ( on most nights )for approximately more than 10 years or more of my life. At the earlier years I was even taking sleeping pills to help me sleep through out the night. Since I started this workouts I am beginning to have the best sleep of my life. Once I lay down in bed and close my eyes to sleep, am gone! I sleep through out the whole night and I wake up so energized! And this applies to whether I sleep for 5, 6, 7 or 8 hours, I wake up feeling energized and ready for work or the day. 3. Skin: My skin appears soft, glowing, tight and smooth. 4. Body and Stomach: My body and stomach is becoming more firmer. 5. Posture: My posture while standing and walking has become more straight! Am feeling much better and I feel like am in my late 20's again. I would update again... UPDATE: I have added another Abs Workout to my routine. Which is done on the floor, no standing required. Being that my right kneecap normally snaps whenever I bent, jumped or do squats and it does hurt afterwards, anytime I do any Workouts while standing. That's why I switched to this other one which is being done on the floor with a fitness mat. And I haven't had pain on my right kneecap since then, except after I do HIIT Cardio once a week. This "Intense Abs Workout Routine - 10 Minutes Flat stomach Exercise" is by Chloe on TH-cam. I have also introduced 'Intermittent Fasting" to my routine. I didn't change my food, but I just eat late. I eat when am hungry and I stop eating when i have eat enough. I have lost weight since adding this Regime to my routine and my digestion has never been better.
One more thing I wanted to add is that I actually saw a tremendous weight loss after I did HIIT Cardio Workout. That was a month or two ago. I stopped doing it because ( if you read my previous comment, I stated that am a skinny person. I don't need to lose weight, but just to Target my belly fat and tone my Abs. ) it made me lose weight super fast. I don't think HIIT Cardio Workouts is for a skinny person who is only trying to tone their Abs and get rid of belly fat. And I only did this HIIT Cardioit 3 times in 3 weeks ( which is once a week according to the instructor ). My whole body was SORE after each week I did it, especially my LEGS. My breast, chest, waist, arms, legs and face shrank following the second week after I did it. I almost looked like a skeleton when I looked at myself in the mirror 😲 lol, because my Bra's and panties were all loosed and looked big on me. You would know that it's working like crazy. guys, i have something very important to say, I am a teenager and since i was young i had a lot of trouble with my weight i tried many of diets exercises but nothing was working until i realised lucy wyndham workouts, I have been doing this workout since sunday and i am definitely seeing a difference i went from a waist size 38inch to a 36inch my advice is to you lot is carry on doing lucys workouts follow her diet plan and then you will see the magic happen.
I’ll be doing this whilst also doing Couch to 5K (week 6 and 7). Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ + Couch to 5K - week 6 day 3 Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ + Couch to 5K - week 6 day 1 Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ I did this and did notice that I my clothes were looser around my waist, but I didn’t measure myself, so can’t give accurate results. I definitely recommend it though, as my stomach did look flatter.
Day 1. I just did two of your 7 day belly burns I'm going to do 2 a day and give results at the end DAY 2 I did it!! Day 3 I already feel so proud of myself.

Hi Lucy! I just want to thank you so much for putting the effort to share your knowledge with us. It might sound like a cliché already but truly, coming across your videos changed my life. I have been all my life struggling to keep an exercise routine. For the most time I was very slim but having a larger chest area made me shy and weary to be in any gym or fitness classes and so I didn’t think about it anymore, days went by and I acquired some health problems and some extra weight. The doctor told me that I’m prediabetic and have high cholesterol and although I might not look like I’m overweight (61kg at that time and all the weight was around my chest and belly area) I needed to loose about 5kg and he was horrified when I told him that I actually don’t exercise at all. For me starting by just joining a gym was not an option as I know myself and even if I went few times i won’t keep on it. Few min in the gym and I just start yawning a lot until it’s too embarrassing to actually keep on working out. I tried a few videos on TH-cam and although I always chose the beginner level (it was high impact cause it burns calories ;-)), I still couldn’t keep up, always out of breath and sore knees, I couldn’t finish the workouts let alone thinking of doing it again. It wasn’t sustainable. I was under the idea that exercise is just not for me until the day when I came across one of your videos. I was able to finish it and not only, I was able to also pick another of your videos and continue with that. The march on the spot in between gave me enough time to recover instead of just completely stopping when I was feeling the burn. Also the fact that you give a modified version of the movements was a blessing for all of us that aren’t on our best fitness level. It just made the workout doable, enjoyable and effective. I have lost 6.5kg with some changes in my diet and following your wonderful workout routines. I’m super happy to have your very motivational videos Lucy. Keep up the good work and God bless you!
Richard jung khatri yes, it was possible. I’m super happy with the results. We just need to start somewhere, then sustain it while also moving forward. Many times a person might be skeptical and feel that it’s not going to make any difference for them but it will and I learned that the hard way. It will make a difference first of all in the sense of your wellbeing. It’s not as much about looks as it is to have the blessing of staying out of hospitals and away from doctor visits then add to that feeling and looking good. It just doesn’t get better than that!

I started this exercise didn't have any hope: 1st Day- exhausted felt tired 2nd day-thought to skip but it's only for 7days so, let's make a try. 3rd day--Felt light feelings near abdomen area, but didn't give any heck. 4th day-instead of 60 seconds did each exercise for about 2 minutes even though difficult, Tadaaa !after the workout I took measurement tape & measured it.Guysssss seriously couldn't believe I lost 2.5 inches of my waist it also worked on my buttocks wherein I lost 2 inches. To be on a high note following the diet with skipping dinner it worked for me within four days. 5th day- I will be doing now,m confident so please try just for 7 days, what's a big deal friendsus Lucy mam you are an angel for me, big thanks for putting an effort for us. @@sanyachugh8270 Normal diet is sufficient you have no need to bother about any special nutrition or diet......but one thing you can do.......try to skip dinner you can choose fruits and milk in place of heavy meals at night for starting two weeks then after two weeks you can take normal diet at night
Believe me I m following this schedule for last 30 days and u can't believe I lose approx 5 kg.......if you are doing morning exercises then plzz add Planks(Simple , Elbow , side and leg) you will get better results👍👍

since everyone is doing it i hope this gives me motivation im pretty skinny i just have a gut i already did this yesterday but ill try to update my waist is 35 inches day 1 - made me sweat but finished Day 2 - pretty bloated but i pushed through Day 3- forgot to comment but it was really good felt my stomach stretching and tighten up Day 4- it was alright but I feel like I'm doing it wrong cause I don't feel anything Day 5- way easier and felt like time flew by I might do this for the rest of the month Day 7 so mostly I forgot to do day 6 so I'm doing it twice today DAY6 BUT ACTUALLY 7- I'm high asf but it was easy you could feel your thighs jiggling lol Can we talk about the fact that my wait is now a 33 this really works and it doesn't always feel like it does but IT DOES I'm so happy and I'm going to continue to do her workouts

@@sonalii5527 i lost about 15 pounds after the first two weeks. I also did not eat after 7 and did the excercise every single day during the evenings before showering. I did this workout only in the beginning and then added some of her other videos for the areas where i needed help like my arms and my abs. Ive lost about 3 and a half inches total after 4 months. Buut i feel lk i could lose more if ate a little more healthier. Hope this helped
Absolutely amazing! Easy but powerful! And because she talks during the exercises it doesn't weigh on you and it doesn't seem like you do anything that you don't like, you just following her and listening to her talking. Love it. Thank you for the video 💕

Hey Lucy, I can't thank you enough for these 7 minute workouts. They are JUST great. I am a very active person but due to menopausal issues was slowing down and getting lethargic. These small workouts are proving their effect. Consistency is the ONLY key and the magic really happens. Merci beaucoup once again. 🙏 Note : First 2 days i had severe Calf muscles cramp, but then nothing at all. I am in day 8 and seeing results already. ❤️
Hey Lucy! You are a fitness LEGEND!!! I've done this workout for 7 days & lost 1.5 inches from my belly & 1kg in weight! What's more is that I have more energy, my legs feel stronger. My clothes feel looser everywhere! I tend to slouch less as my posture has improved & I feel taller! The only change I made was to follow this workout! I have a very busy job & I'm also looking after my mum who is very ill. So I dont have hours to spend in the gym or do long exercise sessions. I tried many exercise programmes in the past & done countless crunches which helped a bit but not as much as this! I've also been doing your arms n boobs workout for well over a year with great results! what I like best about your workouts is that they are easy to do - no equipment required & you can do them anywhere. Tried this for 5 days, now today on day 6 did it waited 1 minute and did it again. I will do this for a week and see what happens as I am 76 years old and find this easy on my joints and really gets my heart going.
OMG I am 52 and not worked out for quite a while but I have just finished my 7 day workout, over 9 days as it wasn't possible to do every day and I can safely say I have lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips. For 49 minutes exercise over 9 days that is amazing. Thank you so much. I've been stymied at my refection in the mirror and how my clothes don't fit the way they used to for the past few years. I always had a FLAT stomach no matter what, even after two children. Then suddenly I have a bowl sitting on my waist!!! What is this thing, I asked? Now I'm sure it's hormonal and I am excited to try these exercises! Did they help you at all?
The 7 mins workouts are brilliant. I get up out off bed and do at least 1 everyday. Sometimes 2 depending on time. It’s so easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. No excuses

Just challenged myself! I did this 7 min workout, then the 7 min arm workout and then the 7 min leg workout!😂👏 When I first started these videos I definitely wouldn’t have made it through three of Lucy’s workouts!❤️😂
During MCO, I started to diet, take 3 boiled eggs for breakfast, drink 2 - 3 cups of green tea a day and not eating anything until tomorrow. Then I do this workout for like 3 weeks, but I didn't do it consistently. It's really hard, I didn't weigh my weight, I don't know if I lose any kgs. Then my country start to lift the MCO(I don't know the word 😂), so I need to go to school. I don't fit my school uniforms anymore. It's so big that I need to alter it, need to shrink it like 3 - 4 inches. I'm so damn happy. Thank you Lucy, I will keep doing this exercise 🔥
Dear Elsa, I get that you are happy because you lost weight. And I totally agree with you, Lucy's workouts are great. But if you eat only 3 boiled eggs a day, you'll lose weight no matter what, it has nothing to do with working out. And I bet that Lucy would be the first to tell you that it's awfully unhealthy what you are doing to your body. It's not dieting, it's starving. Sure, you can get results fast like that, but those so called results come with a price. And the price is that you'll totally ruin your digesting system if you keep going like that. Not to mention, the moment you start to eat even a little bit more (once you reached your dream figure), you'll gain weight immediately, because your poor starving body will store fat the moment you finally put something into it. This is the infamous yo-yo effect. Yes, if you want to lose weight, you have to change your diet. But you have to find a diet that you can stick to for the rest of your life (because it's balanced and healthy and nutritious), not just for a few months. Otherwise the yo-yo effect will never stop. You'll lose weight, then gain weight, you'll lose weight, you'll gain weight. I know it's none of my business, but seeing you happy because of losing weight in such an unhealthy way... I had to say something. I'm a stranger, so you have no reason to believe me. But ask other people then (preferably doctors or dieticians), and I bet my favorite Minion pyjamas that they will agree with me. Take care!
Dude this is absolutely magical . I measured myself 6 days ago and i was 90-91 in my lower belly and that's the place tha ti have most problems with . I did just one of her workouts a day and now I'm at 86 and I am genuinely so shocked about the results , I wasn't on a diet I can't even get I ate healthy and I don't have a fast metabolism. this was absolutely amazing and I'll keep doing it
I can't comment on the results yet as I have only recently started (I'm on Day 3.) But I wanted to say I love the way you have organised this video. I have followed a range of HIIT workouts but this has been so easy to follow as you show the next move first, you've adapted it, I don't have to keep rewinding & pausing etc. Thank you for making the workout simple to follow as it's giving the motivation to continue despite distractions (my hyper toddler) around.
OMG!!! I keep trying videos like this and am always disappointed but figured it's only a week so why not. I just measured the stomach and lower tummy before starting on day 1 and I checked today, which is day 7, and I lost 3/4 of an inch and 1 inch respectively. I am going to switch off with the other 7 min video and see how it goes. I can only imagine the results when I start doing the harder movements instead of beginner. I'm the type that needs immediate results or I get frustrated and give up, that's why I don't like to weigh myself so measuring inches instead helps me. I'm so happy I tried this and look forward to checking out more of Lucy's videos. Thanks Lucy, you're awesome!
Absolutely brilliant, Lucy. Thank you for a great, manageable work out. The knee crunches (No.4) are a bit of a challenge for my old creaky knees, but otherwise a great way to start the day!

Hi Lucy!!! OMG!!!! I CAN NOT believe my eyes!!!! From 28 inches to 27 inches in just a week.. I'm just... Wow!! I mean I was skeptical at first but I did it any way.. I love your exercises and especially the amount of time and number of body parts that are being activated and benefited from it. I can't say enough about each and every one of them! I do 4 different exercises for each part of the body the days I have time, and days I am pressed for time I just do one or two and call it a day! I did Lucy's 7min challenges a couple of years ago when I lost a lot of weight and wanted to tone with convenience and without getting on the floor. While living in a hotel rm with my family, on work break at the park, in the bathroom before a shower, in the kitchen while watxhing food, while my kids play at the playground... It worked. I fell off, but now I'm back and confident in seeing the results I want again.
During this covid time working from home i have gained a stone in weight, thought i would try this workout just to see if something would change and it has i have lost 2cm around my waist and was very suprised so thank you very much

staring this work out today will post to update daily as a soft journal / force myself to be good good and come back again tomorrow. TMI weighing first thing in the morning after using the bathroom, usually have 1 meal a day no snacks, only 1 cup of soft drink (if any) 166cm tall, knee/ankle/hips/lower back -- all having issues supporting my body (doc said i need to lose weight, i've been yo-yo trying for 3 years now, hope this works) if this works i hope it motivates others too :) DAY 1 (78.9KG) - 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout - berocca (it's christmas day, so meals wont be as "healthy", we're having kbbq 🤩) DAY 2 (80.5KG) - body aches a lot, gonna push through and try again today - 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout - berocca (nothing planned for meals today, probably gonna have instant noodles with frozen pork dumplings for lunch) DAY 3 (79.3KG) - aches are gone-ish but shoulders hurt today - 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout - berocca (thai place for lunch today, will get the usual green curry chicken with rice 😁no sides because trying to be good >< - 1 min jog on spot - 7min workout (had 2 curry puffs, nasi lemak with beef rendang and ice ribena today) DAY 6 (80.1KG) - starting to feel like this is more than 7 days excercise - 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout (was really hungry last night around 10pm, had some instant noodles with beef strips) DAY 7 (79.7KG) - happy new year eve!! didnt physically lose weight on a scale, but waking up much easier with energy, more hungry and definitely noticed after walking 30 mins (flat / slight incline up-down) without pains or huffing and puffing like i ran a marathon im going to keep up this 7 mins every morning and monitor weekly my weight, i'll try to reduce fast food / fried food / alcohol after this new year week. will come back to update here at the end of jan hopefully with some good news

I just finished doing this work out for 7days straight . Including her slimming thigh workout, back workout & a 4min arm workout. I did these in the mourning the minute I wake up . (25min mourning workout in all ). I read it’s better to do cardio in the mourning on a empty stomach. Beside that I did not measure myself (I’m weigh 210 , age 17) but I did I see results in my lower stomach. Creases I had around my lower belly was disappearing ! In all honesty you will not to see drastic results in 7day but you will IMPROVE physically & mentally. Healthy weight loss takes time & consistency and motivation. If you want that dream body.... CHASE IT !

I did this work out with the 7 minute arm workout for 7 days and after 2 weeks I nearly lost like 2/3 inches. I tried wearing one of my old T-Shirts to compare and I was acctually looking like I lost so much extra fat. On top I walked every morning for 30 minutes, thankyou lucy I am really focusing on me and now I am in a better relationship with my helth and body. Love you

Doing this for a week, combine with a few others Lucy's 7 minutes challenge, also change my eating habit and consume healthier food. I lost 1.5 kg in a week and lost 2 cm in my stomach. Also I can feel my energy level improving. The result got me more motivated, it actually works! Will continue to do this for another three weeks. Thank you so much Lucy!
I just wanted to leave this message for anyone out there's who's still sceptical about this short workout. I did 6 consecutive days of this workout when I was staying with my mother in London while she was recuperating from an operation. This seemed ideal as I had very little time, and only packed my gym sweats (no trainers) for my week long trip.
I took my waist measurement, as advised (39", 99cm). Please note that this is the ONLY exercise that I did when I was away. So this morning, I realised that I hadn't done a comparative measurement. Bearing in mind that I only did 6 of these, with the last one being on Saturday, I was astonished to record my new waist measurement of 38" / 96.5 cm. A 1 inch loss in 6 days!
I'm away in Spain next week, and I will be following Lucy's Metabolism Reset workout while I'm out there.

For anyone unsure about Lucy's videos, I just wanted to say that I followed a series of these videos 4-5 days a week and lost 10kg in around 6 months. I wasn't very strict with my diet and missed a few days because I got busy with classes and assignments. I am now a healthy 52 kg! Thank you Lucy :)

I found this video because I was feeling the weight piling on due to the Covid19 stay at home. Today is my 7th day and I'm happy to report that I've lost 2.5cm off my waist and 2cm off my arms. Hi! I did this workout “lose 1 - 2 inches off the waist” actually. Even though I haven’t done this exercise for 2 weeks now, I lost a total of 6.5cm for the duration of 3 weeks that I consistently did it. So it works. I have returned to start again.
I did the first challenge and I weighed 325 and the beginning of the challenge, now I'm at 312 at the end of the 7 days. Over 10lbs of weight gone. I know there's plenty more to go but I will keep pushing myself. It works, you really know how to work it Lucy. Thank you so much for the amazing help!

I did her first 7 minutes workout to lose belly fat ( The one that had 16 Million views ) and this video today. When I finished the both it seems like I did a 70 minutes workout, I was breathing so heavily as well as sweating.
When I was watching her do it, it looks as she was moving slow, not until I started doing it along with her that I noticed that she is fast moving, so I quickly adjust in order to move in the same pace with her.
Two hours after I was done, I felt my stomach muscles were hurting. That was a good sign that this might work for me.
So I would continue with this 7 days workout from tomorrow and would update my comment after 7 or 14 days.
UPDATE: After 7 Days
My sore muscles has now healed. I don't have a flat stomach yet. But I have noticed a significant difference in my body and stomach.
1. My food digest faster ( bloating and constipated stomach was what brought me to the video at the first place )
2. My body and especially my stomach feels firm or tight and straight.
3. My face has tighten up a bit
4. My skin is looking more beautiful, radiant and soft
5. I have so much Energy like never before.
6. I started sleeping good through out the night. I have so much Energy when I wake up. Even on days that I sleep for very few hours.
And lastly, I didn't change my diet yet, ( but I drink a ton of water the whole day ) because am a very skinny person since childhood. I never add weight, except a bit of fat in my stomach area and this has been so for the past 41 years of my life.
I have done diet 2 times in my life before to clear my hormone Acne Cyst, I normally weigh 50-54 kg. At the end of the diet, I was so skinny like a skeleton weighing less than 50 kg, even though the diet included diary food, I still lost a ton of weight.
That's why am careful with not changing my diet when going through workouts. Because my skinny body can't survive without real food.
Nevertheless, I minimize what I eat, but still consume chicken, beef, yoghurts, potatoes, rice, kidney beans, wholewheat bread, nuts and some black chocolates.
But I don't drink soda drinks, I drink More Water and Tea the whole day. I introduced water into my life in 2009 and I have never turned back to soda drinks ever since then.
To each their own. Everybody's body are different. You just see what work out for you best. For some, completely changing their diet would produce more quicker results which is true.
I love the results am seeing now and would continue with the workout and would update again.....
Update: 12.10.2018 ( I lost count on how many days it had been since I last updated )
1. Energy, Energy, Energy and more Energy!!! I can't stress this enough. I have Never in my life have such a gigantic Energy that I have been having since I started this workouts. It literally feels like am on some kind of drug to keep me so super energized.
Mind you, I stopped drinking coffee and I noticed that I still have so much Energy like Never in my life before.
2. Sleep: I have had issues sleeping through out the night ( on most nights )for approximately more than 10 years or more of my life. At the earlier years I was even taking sleeping pills to help me sleep through out the night.
Since I started this workouts I am beginning to have the best sleep of my life. Once I lay down in bed and close my eyes to sleep, am gone! I sleep through out the whole night and I wake up so energized! And this applies to whether I sleep for 5, 6, 7 or 8 hours, I wake up feeling energized and ready for work or the day.
3. Skin: My skin appears soft, glowing, tight and smooth.
4. Body and Stomach: My body and stomach is becoming more firmer.
5. Posture: My posture while standing and walking has become more straight!
Am feeling much better and I feel like am in my late 20's again. I would update again...
UPDATE: I have added another Abs Workout to my routine. Which is done on the floor, no standing required. Being that my right kneecap normally snaps whenever I bent, jumped or do squats and it does hurt afterwards, anytime I do any Workouts while standing. That's why I switched to this other one which is being done on the floor with a fitness mat. And I haven't had pain on my right kneecap since then, except after I do HIIT Cardio once a week. This "Intense Abs Workout Routine - 10 Minutes Flat stomach Exercise" is by Chloe on TH-cam.
I have also introduced 'Intermittent Fasting" to my routine. I didn't change my food, but I just eat late. I eat when am hungry and I stop eating when i have eat enough. I have lost weight since adding this Regime to my routine and my digestion has never been better.

One more thing I wanted to add is that I actually saw a tremendous weight loss after I did HIIT Cardio Workout. That was a month or two ago. I stopped doing it because ( if you read my previous comment, I stated that am a skinny person. I don't need to lose weight, but just to Target my belly fat and tone my Abs. ) it made me lose weight super fast. I don't think HIIT Cardio Workouts is for a skinny person who is only trying to tone their Abs and get rid of belly fat.
And I only did this HIIT Cardioit 3 times in 3 weeks ( which is once a week according to the instructor ). My whole body was SORE after each week I did it, especially my LEGS.
My breast, chest, waist, arms, legs and face shrank following the second week after I did it. I almost looked like a skeleton when I looked at myself in the mirror 😲 lol, because my Bra's and panties were all loosed and looked big on me. You would know that it's working like crazy. It would be great for someone who really wants to lose body fat in a whole.

Hi Lucy! I just want to thank you so much for putting the effort to share your knowledge with us. It might sound like a cliché already but truly, coming across your videos changed my life.
I have been all my life struggling to keep an exercise routine. For the most time I was very slim but having a larger chest area made me shy and weary to be in any gym or fitness classes and so I didn’t think about it anymore, days went by and I acquired some health problems and some extra weight. The doctor told me that I’m prediabetic and have high cholesterol and although I might not look like I’m overweight (61kg at that time and all the weight was around my chest and belly area) I needed to loose about 5kg and he was horrified when I told him that I actually don’t exercise at all.
For me starting by just joining a gym was not an option as I know myself and even if I went few times i won’t keep on it. Few min in the gym and I just start yawning a lot until it’s too embarrassing to actually keep on working out. I tried a few videos on TH-cam and although I always chose the beginner level (it was high impact cause it burns calories ;-)), I still couldn’t keep up, always out of breath and sore knees, I couldn’t finish the workouts let alone thinking of doing it again. It wasn’t sustainable. I was under the idea that exercise is just not for me until the day when I came across one of your videos. I was able to finish it and not only, I was able to also pick another of your videos and continue with that. The march on the spot in between gave me enough time to recover instead of just completely stopping when I was feeling the burn. Also the fact that you give a modified version of the movements was a blessing for all of us that aren’t on our best fitness level. It just made the workout doable, enjoyable and effective. I have lost 6.5kg with some changes in my diet and following your wonderful workout routines.

We just need to start somewhere, then sustain it while also moving forward. Many times a person might be skeptical and feel that it’s not going to make any difference for them but it will and I learned that the hard way. It will make a difference first of all in the sense of your wellbeing. It’s not as much about looks as it is to have the blessing of staying out of hospitals and away from doctor visits then add to that feeling and looking good. It just doesn’t get better than that!

what did you eat daily during the challenge
I started this exercise didn't have any hope:
1st Day- exhausted felt tired
2nd day-thought to skip but it's only for 7days so, let's make a try.
3rd day--Felt light feelings near abdomen area, but didn't give any heck.
4th day-instead of 60 seconds did each exercise for about 2 minutes even though difficult, Tadaaa !after the workout I took measurement tape & measured it.Guysssss seriously couldn't believe I lost 2.5 inches of my waist it also worked on my buttocks wherein I lost 2 inches.
To be on a high note following the diet with skipping dinner it worked for me within four days.
5th day- I will be doing now,m confident so please try just for 7 days, what's a big deal friendsus

@@sanyachugh8270 Normal diet is sufficient you have no need to bother about any special nutrition or diet......but one thing you can do.......try to skip dinner you can choose fruits and milk in place of heavy meals at night for starting two weeks then after two weeks you can take normal diet at night

@@sonalii5527 i lost about 15 pounds after the first two weeks. I also did not eat after 7 and did the excercise every single day during the evenings before showering. I did this workout only in the beginning and then added some of her other videos for the areas where i needed help like my arms and my abs. Ive lost about 3 and a half inches total after 4 months. Buut i feel lk i could lose more if ate a little more healthier. Hope this helped

I've done this workout for 7 days & lost 1.5 inches from my belly & 1kg in weight! What's more is that I have more energy, my legs feel stronger. My clothes feel looser everywhere! I tend to slouch less as my posture has improved & I feel taller! The only change I made was to follow this workout!
I have a very busy job & I'm also looking after my mum who is very ill. So I dont have hours to spend in the gym or do long exercise sessions. I tried many exercise programmes in the past & done countless crunches which helped a bit but not as much as this!
I've also been doing your arms n boobs workout for well over a year with great results! what I like best about your workouts is that they are easy to do - no equipment required & you can do them anywhere. They are very quick - even I can fit 7 mins exercise in my busy schedule! I also love all your motivational talk!

Tried this for 5 days, now today on day 6 did it waited 1 minute and did it again. I will do this for a week and see what happens as I am 76 years old and find this easy on my joints and really gets my heart going.

OMG I am 52 and not worked out for quite a while but I have just finished my 7 day workout, over 9 days as it wasn't possible to do every day and I can safely say I have lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips. I've been stymied at my refection in the mirror and how my clothes don't fit the way they used to for the past few years. I always had a FLAT stomach no matter what, even after two children. When I first started these videos I definitely wouldn’t have made it through three of Lucy’s workouts!❤️😂
During MCO, I started to diet, take 3 boiled eggs for breakfast, drink 2 - 3 cups of green tea a day and not eating anything until tomorrow. Then I do this workout for like 3 weeks, but I didn't do it consistently. It's really hard, I didn't weigh my weight, I don't know if I lose any kgs. Then my country start to lift the MCO(I don't know the word 😂), so I need to go to school. I don't fit my school uniforms anymore. It's so big that I need to alter it, need to shrink it like 3 - 4 inches. I'm so damn happy. Thank you Lucy, I will keep doing this exercise 🔥
Dear Elsa, I get that you are happy because you lost weight. And I totally agree with you, Lucy's workouts are great. But if you eat only 3 boiled eggs a day, you'll lose weight no matter what, it has nothing to do with working out. And I bet that Lucy would be the first to tell you that it's awfully unhealthy what you are doing to your body. It's not dieting, it's starving. Sure, you can get results fast like that, but those so called results come with a price. And the price is that you'll totally ruin your digesting system if you keep going like that. Not to mention, the moment you start to eat even a little bit more (once you reached your dream figure), you'll gain weight immediately, because your poor starving body will store fat the moment you finally put something into it. This is the infamous yo-yo effect. Yes, if you want to lose weight, you have to change your diet. But you have to find a diet that you can stick to for the rest of your life (because it's balanced and healthy and nutritious), not just for a few months. Otherwise the yo-yo effect will never stop. You'll lose weight, then gain weight, you'll lose weight, you'll gain weight.
I know it's none of my business, but seeing you happy because of losing weight in such an unhealthy way... I had to say something. I'm a stranger, so you have no reason to believe me. But ask other people then (preferably doctors or dieticians), and I bet my favorite Minion pyjamas that they will agree with me.

Dude this is absolutely magical . I measured myself 6 days ago and i was 90-91 in my lower belly and that's the place tha ti have most problems with . I did just one of her workouts a day and now I'm at 86 and I am genuinely so shocked about the results , I wasn't on a diet I can't even get I ate healthy and I don't have a fast metabolism. this was absolutely amazing and I'll keep doing it
I can't comment on the results yet as I have only recently started (I'm on Day 3.) But I wanted to say I love the way you have organised this video. I have followed a range of HIIT workouts but this has been so easy to follow as you show the next move first, you've adapted it, I don't have to keep rewinding & pausing etc. Thank you for making the workout simple to follow as it's giving the motivation to continue despite distractions (my hyper toddler) around.

OMG!!! I keep trying videos like this and am always disappointed but figured it's only a week so why not. I just measured the stomach and lower tummy before starting on day 1 and I checked today, which is day 7, and I lost 3/4 of an inch and 1 inch respectively. I am going to switch off with the other 7 min video and see how it goes. I can only imagine the results when I start doing the harder movements instead of beginner. I'm the type that needs immediate results or I get frustrated and give up, that's why I don't like to weigh myself so measuring inches instead helps me. I'm so happy I tried this and look forward to checking out more of Lucy's videos. Thanks Lucy, you're awesome!

Lucy thank you so much, this is going to help me in so many ways to battle my depression and anxiety, yesterday was a really bad day for me I could get out of bed and I was just crying out loud did have no desire to be in this world. Thankfully my friend came down. my place and after talking to her she motivated me to start exercising. I found you and started my routing exercises yesterday and felt much better and today I done 3 sessions of 7 min. and I feel amazing!

I love your exercises and especially the amount of time and number of body parts that are being activated and benefited from it. I can't say enough about each and every one of them! I do 4 different exercises for each part of the body the days I have time, and days I am pressed for time I just do one or two and call it a day! I did Lucy's 7min challenges a couple of years ago when I lost a lot of weight and wanted to tone with convenience and without getting on the floor. While living in a hotel rm with my family, on work break at the park, in the bathroom before a shower, in the kitchen while watxhing food, while my kids play at the playground... It worked. I fell off, but now I'm back and confident in seeing the results I want again.
During this covid time working from home i have gained a stone in weight, thought i would try this workout just to see if something would change and it has i have lost 2cm around my waist and was very suprised so thank you very much
It works!!!! 👍👍👍 I was having a healthy diet and I did not lose fat! But with these 7 minutes I lost my belly fat and my legs look more toned!!! It's perfect!!! Only 7 min!!! And this workout is good because make people who don't enjoy workouts to move from their sofa!!! Luccy is so encouraging!!!!!

166cm tall, knee/ankle/hips/lower back -- all having issues supporting my body (doc said i need to lose weight, i've been yo-yo trying for 3 years now, hope this works)

(it's christmas day, so meals wont be as "healthy", we're having kbbq 🤩)
DAY 2 (80.5KG) - body aches a lot, gonna push through and try again today
- 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout - berocca
(nothing planned for meals today, probably gonna have instant noodles with frozen pork dumplings for lunch)
DAY 3 (79.3KG) - aches are gone-ish but shoulders hurt today
- 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout - berocca
(thai place for lunch today, will get the usual green curry chicken with rice 😁no sides because trying to be good ><
- 1 min jog on spot - 7min workout
(had 2 curry puffs, nasi lemak with beef rendang and ice ribena today)
DAY 6 (80.1KG) - starting to feel like this is more than 7 days excercise
- 1 min jog on spot - hydralite - 7min workout
(was really hungry last night around 10pm, had some instant noodles with beef strips)
DAY 7 (79.7KG) - happy new year eve!! didnt physically lose weight on a scale, but waking up much easier with energy, more hungry and definitely noticed after walking 30 mins (flat / slight incline up-down) without pains or huffing and puffing like i ran a marathon
im going to keep up this 7 mins every morning and monitor weekly my weight, i'll try to reduce fast food / fried food / alcohol after this new year week.
will come back to update here at the end of jan hopefully with some good news

I just finished doing this work out for 7days straight . Including her slimming thigh workout, back workout & a 4min arm workout. I did these in the mourning the minute I wake up . (25min mourning workout in all ). I read it’s better to do cardio in the mourning on a empty stomach. Beside that I did not measure myself (I’m weigh 210 , age 17) but I did I see results in my lower stomach. Creases I had around my lower belly was disappearing ! In all honesty you will not to see drastic results in 7day but you will IMPROVE physically & mentally. Healthy weight loss takes time & consistency and motivation. If you want that dream body.... CHASE IT !
