Hey Adam , thank you for this video it helped tremendous! I had a question about text blasting . What’s your thoughts on it? Do you think it’s a good way to get new leads ? I’m just looking for more ways to get leads to come my way.

GREAT question! Funny enough, I just met with Trey (founder of Spotio) yesterday to discuss this very topic. Now Spotio gives you cell phone data from homeowners (some - not all). They have integrated text functionality through the app. From what I'm hearing from his experience -- the more targeted and specific the message is - the better. In other words, "blasting" will lead to a lot of unsubscribes, upset people, etc.
Both Trey and I agreed that the best path forward is to integrate SMS into your "multi-touch" and "multi-channel" sales efforts.
Also - a new member of the Pitch Pro Movement is experimenting with "blast" texts (we talked about it yesterday). He is focusing on specific neighborhoods that he's already working in. More to come soon once he has some data!
