  • It may sound crazy, but it's true. When you WANT to close the roof sale too much - the homeowner feels it. Like a bullseye on their back. Instead, we must practice NOT caring about the outcome. We do this by "selling like a doctor." Do it right and watch your closing rate shoot up.

Fear of loss before you have anything is one of the biggest obstacles! Thanks for all your help!

Adam, great post. Approach the prospect with unbounded curiosity. Be curious and listen. Approaching through a curious mindset you are immediately set aside from the outcome. The best close..."What do you want to do now?"

I love that close you brought up dude. Joe - you always engage with thoughtful responses that many others will benefit from. And I super appreciate that :) Thanks for sharing that one!

Really good stuff man. Posture was once explained to me as the difference of a dog and a cat. Dogs have no posture…they wanna be with you all the time even if you’re gone 5 minutes. Cats on the other hand, aren’t excited to see you all the time and show up less, maybe brush up against your leg and tease, then disappear again.
Made me think about posturing like a cat…
    Thank for the video🙏

Love that analogy. Thanks for sharing that one! I find "story analogies" like this are very powerful and help the point really sink in.

This is a good one brother! Laughed a couple of times, out load in public. 😂 and I knew you were gonna tell Neil no thanks. That’s what some of the best do, it really isn’t about the money if you already know it’s gonna be a mess. Those red flags show up quick & ive said sorry I can’t help you. And keep it professional. 🤷🏻‍♂️

😜Glad you got a chuckle on this one. And most importantly - glad you liked it! Agree 100% -- keep it professional - always.
