And clashed equally with kuzan after getting stab by shiryuu too. If he was really serious at fighting kuzan he whould be hitting him with galaxy impact and divine doing insane damage beacuse them attacks are potienally acoc attacks. I would say that Garp in their fight was stronger. Aokiji could not do anything to him and it was a fight between him and the entire crew minus a couple titanic captains. Rayleigh was sweating as an old man who is 30 yrs his senior. Both garp and Rayleigh stated that they aren’t as strong as they used to be both in pre and post. As far as zoro, we do not know if aoc has the same touching of the subtle body that armament has. Kuzan is not as durable as king or kaidou. His devil fruit is what makes him have durability feats. By your logic he would be stronger than Roger and whitebeard since they only fought for 3 days when they meet and he got oden to join his crew. I would agree he could beat the current garp & Rayleigh, I doubt he would beat them in their primes. He is weak to fire and we seen his attacks get melted by ace and he lost to akainu who uses a fire based df. It would come down to haki and we know sabo uses advanced armament too. Nothing is conclusive to say that he could beat sabo who has a df type advantage.

Mid diff at best, if Zoro could use KoH non stop. As for Lucci, the fight against Zoro was absolutely a high diff. Only ppl with a durability hax resist multiple blows from him, but as soon as he figures out a counter to the hax, it takes him one blow, typically. Three max. As a swordsman, his attacks are supposed to be lethal. The difficulty for him typically lies in actually overcoming the adversary's defenses, and landing those attacks. Lucci and him kept blocking and parrying each other's attacks, who knows what a blow from Lucci might have done to Zoro. But that's not how a swordsman fights. A swordsman blocks, parries, avoids blows, so that's what he did against Lucci. Until he got a rival boost and finally managed to land one named attack clean. It's high diff because he struggled a lot to land that attack.

Zoro at his limit, with a last-ditch ultimate attack, only managed to damage Kaido's skin permanently, aka scar him. He couldn't even knock him off his feet.
It wasn't a speed blitz, Kaido was pushing back his attack with random kanabo swings, until a parry left him open for the strike to land. Kaido's real speed is displayed when he uses fast attacks like variations of Thunder Bagua, or when he blitzed G5 Luffy. At no point of the rooftop battle did Kaido focus on fighting Zoro. He landed a total of one attack on him, and that was game over for Zoro (and yes, I know he was already in bad shape at that point). In an actual 1v1, Kaido probably low diffs Zoro. Mid diff at best, if Zoro could use KoH non stop.
As for Lucci, the fight against Zoro was absolutely a high diff. The difficulty of a fight doesn't depend solely on how many attacks landed were necessary to bring down the opponent. Zoro typically ends his opponents with very few blows, often just one. Only ppl with a durability hax resist multiple blows from him, but as soon as he figures out a counter to the hax, it takes him one blow, typically. Three max.
As a swordsman, his attacks are supposed to be lethal. The difficulty for him typically lies in actually overcoming the adversary's defenses, and landing those attacks.
Lucci and him kept blocking and parrying each other's attacks, who knows what a blow from Lucci might have done to Zoro. But that's not how a swordsman fights. A swordsman blocks, parries, avoids blows, so that's what he did against Lucci. Until he got a rival boost and finally managed to land one named attack clean. It's high diff because he struggled a lot to land that attack.
