      @What's Working!
Please stop using your dog as a prop/piece of furniture for views. This dog is clearly completely bored out of his/her mind, and would rather be off with a fellow dog playing or laying outside in the grass and sunshine, etc., not being made to sit indoors one spot in front of bright lights for hours at a time, all the time. Try to have some empathy for the dog. It’s a living creature, not a prop to make your video look cool.
In fact, I can’t watch anymore of these videos because of it. It’s too selfish and disturbing. I mean, even when you pet him/her once in awhile, you’re not even connecting with and LOOKING at the poor thing. It’s more like you are petting the dog for YOU, to feel the fur, not to make the dog feel nice. This dog deserves better.

13:37 You won’t even let him/her get down and walk around and have freedom. Unreal. Who’s idiotic idea was this??

15:59 “Calle” does these yawns and keeps panting a lot - they are a dog’s way of showing ANXIETY. I’m sure it’s due to having been made to stay put in an invisible cage all this time and might as well be the wallpaper with how she’s not even looked at the entire time. Is this plastic guy from Los Angeles or what?

I self isolate and since I was 14 I had a habit of pinching my throat. I am trying to use these techniques and I believe It worked. In fact I applied it right now when I was feeling low and was thinking of ordering something rather than cooking but I knew I needed to eat something soda free and I almost half cooked my meal while watching this Video and I believe it works

I am a recovering drug addict, and I have now been binge eating (which is kinda scary cause I also used to be bullimic) very late at night because that's when I would get high. I'm gonna try to use this stuff, thank you as always guys😍

I eat my emotions big time. I also am a horrible procrastinator. How about trying to establish a habit that will help you or that you want to create?

    Tips:
    1. Remember it all starts with your thoughts
    2. Question what happens before the self sabotaging behavior occurs
    3. Evaluate the consequences of what happens whenever you slip
    4. Go over the emotions you go through when the bad behavior is happening
    5. Prepare your mind by telling yourself, if this happens, I'll do this..
    6. Sing a mantra on repeat to remind yourself of your plan (eat greens, you'll see)
    7. Replace bad habit with a better habits
    8. Analyze all the negative reasons you might fear being successful
    9. Overcome each fearful thought with a more accurate productive one
    10. Don't give yourself limiting labels, reframe your image of yourself

Dear Kyle, The problem is that you are using crochet hooks instead of knitting needles. Crocheting is fun, and I think easier than knitting.
Good luck with whichever you choose :)

I used to need a cup of milk tea atleast once a day. But then I saw if i missed that i would suffer from terrible headache. So I wanted to change it and totally cut of milk tea from my diet and replaced that with green tea. But now I became addicted to green tea as well. How can I fix this?

Having too much of tea increases your pulse rate(upto 99). And your muscles start to contract. That's when you feel like doing something all the times
Replace tea with a cup of lukewarm water.
