If you spend 3k on a regular or 6k on an executive membership at costco the fee vs the cash back cancels out. I don't see why any business wouldn't reach that yearly. After break even you will build more cash back while at RD there is not such thing.
RD does allow you to shop sales tax free hence why a license is required, but then you become legally incharge of collecting that tax for the goverment as the final merchant in the supply chain. Not to mention you can have costco give you your account data for the year and deduct it on your taxes at year end regardless if you are a reseller or sales tax exempt.

I saw a half goat hanging up, tons of restaurant equipment, tons of candy and stuff you find in little convenience stores in office buildings, etc.
    The Costco Business Center:
"Costco's Business Centers offer a range of products - often in larger quantities - not usually found in a typical Costco. Among these products, Costco Business Center customers can expect to find office supplies, food-service equipment and resale-ready goods."
But, of course, Restaurant Depot is solely geared towards restaurants, which offers benefits as well.

Restaurant Depot is cheaper than Costco, but there are things that's cheaper if you also look at Costco Business. (For those who live near Costco Business Center). Costco has some sort of contract with producer in Egg's and Dairy so they are more immune to egg/dairy inflations when the bird flu hits.

I shop once a month at Costco for my big family and it’s much cheaper then any wholesale store I’ve been to. With 6 kids under the age of 10 I spend anywhere from $600 to 1000k and we are good to go for the rest of the month which is a lot less then the national average. All my children are homeschooled so I’m making breakfast lunch snack and dinner at home. And we eat organic non gmo which comes with a higher price tag in most stores. If you are on the fence I personally would go with Costco. And at the end of the year I actually get a check from them and part of it pays my annual membership in full.
