Andrew, if every family in America had work ethics and integrity and true love for family like yours we would all be lucky. Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of good people in this country. But yours is the best example.😊
It never ceases to amaze me how a pepper plant can be so short but hold such an abundance. I love watching pepper picking. Please show picking of all the other colours like the white bell etc. I loved seeing those tequila peppers!
Took the words out of my mouth. Pepper plants are so generous ! 😳😳😳😳😍😍😍😍
Andrew, all your family is great but your willingness to step in and pick today ( even that required you to work alone in the fields) makes you truly an invaluable member of the team!
Andrew you're not alone we're keeping you company and admiring the gorgeous veggies, wishing mine were as good, I dream of helping you guys with the picking, I would enjoy that! 😊❤
Me too, would love to help Grammy!
Watching your videos help my Brain relax so I can sleep at nigth. I live in denmark so your videos usually arrive around bed time.
I have always had trouble falling asleep so Thank you so much for your videos😊
They really help❤
So glad to see your farm doing so well
And everything growing so well🤗! I’ve missed quite a few weeks because I was recovering in hospital from an accident which I needed five blood transfusions before being released and now I’m doing rehab to get back to normal🙏! I missed your “Hi, my name is Andrew!”
His HI is very cheery!
Still can't get over how awesome this is!
We loved meeting you all. We are impressed with your work ethic ! You are such hard workers. We feel like you are a part of our family because we watch every video, we wait patiently each evening to see if there’s a new one. Becky, you are the sweetest lady, it was great getting a to meet you. My husband was so happy to meet everyone as was I. Thank you all for taking time to get a picture with us. 😊 See you next year !! It took us about 12 hours to get home (Greenville, IL)…. Now on to cutting up our veggies in the freezer & making chili sauce. Andrew, thanks for sharing your lives with us.
After all the hard work you all put in all season ..from seed to harvest it must give you all a tremendous sense of satisfaction and pride when you fill all those bins and baskets ..five thumbs up to the veggie boys and girls!!!
We drove to your farm yesterday (Friday 9/13/24) We enjoyed meeting everyone. Before we left home for our 40th wedding anniversary, we decided coming to your farm was #1 on our list. We went to Cape Cod,MA first then headed to your farm. It’s 800 miles from your farm to our home in Greenville, IL. We’ll be back next year. It was great meeting you all. I will have to call ahead so we don’t miss out on Grammy’s apple dumplings again.
The way you guys support each other is wonderful to see.
My favourite time of the day. Hello from Britain 🇬🇧
Look at Joel ! 🥰 All kicked back in the recliner !! ❤❤ y’all!
To the veggie boys and girls that was a 100% beautiful harvest..
Good day to all.
I've done a ton of canning this year, tomato's, beans, sweet peppers, carrots. I have an easy awesome recipe for canned sweet peppers.
Just watched a video on harvesting produce in the US. They had a short clip of you guys picking cucumbers.😊
Thise pepper plants are so delightfully full that the picking seems pretty darned easy.
Andrew, I hope you make a video of your canning and making your sauce and salsa. That would be so sweet
Thanks for your willingness go pick on your own!!! It's so nice to hear the peppers getting picked. Take care and God bless you and your family
What a lovely sound. The picking of Bell Peppers. 🤣 I love your videos Andrew
Beautiful pepper harvest, in my opinion.
I think so too!
Peppers sure do punch well above their weight in how much they produce per plant! Amazing 👍
The best thing about a garden is picking. I prefer to do it early in the morning or after sundown, I usually have to pick alone because my grandson and daughter don't like to be in the garden. But they sure like to eat the produce!
You are a ONE MAN picking machine 😁😁😁 👏👏👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉 Love from the UK x
The next generation! That ending was fun. Love seeing how you guys are able to get together. Is that Aunt Becky with Callie in the intro? She really knows how to make the "and girls" adorable! You rock Aunt Becky.
Loved seeing the variety of fresh produce being harvested, especially those giant pumpkins! Andrew hugging that big old pumpkin made my day. Keep up the great work, Veggie Boys & Girls!
Watching you is helping me get through Hurricane Francine! Came a shore as a Cat2. Should be getting to me in about 2 hrs!
I hope you were safe.
We set our "Mega Pumpkins" on A Pallet before they get too unmanageable...... Then we just snip and fork up with the Skid steer......
Sounds like a good plan!
Love your videos of you your farm and all the family
I love to see those big, beautiful mitts picking those peppers.
Everything in the fields look so vibrant and healthy. I have to say I love the sound of those eggplant being picked - there's just something about that sound. Beautiful produce!!
Congrats on your dog visitor! We like to see all members of families!
I love watching all the harvesting
Aside from seeing the beautiful vegetables, it is so satisfying to me to hear the snap of the vegetables as they are being picked.
Your channel is AWESOME
Those eggplants look beautiful ♥️♥️. Makes me want to make eggplant rollatini.
Love your veggies
I missed the sounds of pepper harvest last year. I am sooo glad the harvest is better this year. Thank you for the video.
You guys have the most beautiful produce ive ever seen in my life. I would especially love to buy some of your green bell peppers to make stuffed peppers for my family. I love your channel! 💙
Beautiful harvest and a beautiful family
If my garden was like yours, I would be over the moon. Picking would be fun all the time 😊
Great production. Like printing money as you harvest. Continued successes 👍👍👍
Those are so superior green peppers than we are offered in stores in Las Vegas! Congrats for your hard work.
485 is my like number today. I have shared and now am commenting that I really appreciate farmers for the food they grow for us. Hugs from Esquimalt
Great Job Andrew
Those peppers are beautiful!
Visited today. Lovely family. Grammies banana and zucchini bread is just like grandma used to make.
Callie loved her monkey I made. The veggie boys took selfies with us. Thanks for being so nice.
You did an excellent job solo picking veggies, Mr. Veggie Boy! Glad you helped with the potatoes and the market too. Your peppers are extra nice! Like the family's greeting at the end bye-bye.
Cell phones are a blessing for farmers. What did farmers do before having one? If someone at their house needed help. Or store in your case
I'm 74. We had farms for generations. A farmer alone was dangerous.
Andrew What do you do with all the ones you don't pick? Do you have a Pick you own Produce, for people, There. or do you give stuff away to your Communities?
Together or apart, your family always works hard.👍👏
Absolutely the best farm videos.❤️
Andrew you are a wonderful person. God Bless you and your family.
I had two dragon pepper plants in my home garden had 5 gallon size bags and still had more on the plants😊 😊
Lol, a Jimmy Durantee egg plant..😮
I truly love the chickens .
Thank you for uploading your videos, always enjoy them
I just discovered your channel and I love it!
I so enjoy hearing those Peppers SNAP!!!
Glorious veggies ❤ hi from England
You were one busy man today !! 😀😀
You are never alone remember God is with you always. God bless.
Loving farm life. Greetings from kenya
Here in south Louisiana we make shrimp and corn soup in the summer, it's so good, cut the corn off of the cob and scrape the knife to "milk" the corn, talk about good sha, make yo teeth slap yo gums!!!!
Need that recipe!
@@johnr3603 , here’s the recipe with frozen corn and canned corn, it’s still damn good, but fresh sweet corn is the best!!! You can double triple quadruple the recipe or tweak it to make it your own !!Bon Apetit
Corn Soup
2 lb. Shrimp (70/90)
1 (24 oz.) bag frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 can Cream style corn
2 Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can CrushedTomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel Tomatoes
1 1/2 (32 oz.) Cartons Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Cajun Seasoning To taste
1½ Tbsp. dried Parsley
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. Butter
* This recipe may be doubled, tripled, etc
Heat the butter over medium high heat in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic and cook until tender.
Add both tomatoes and stir well. Then add the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Add shrimp or meat, Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Taste and adjust any seasonings if needed.
@kevechevroletcoupee4621 Thank you for that recipe. It sounds delicious.
This year has been wonderful! Such a blessing! 😃😃
I see a huge difference between field plants and home garden plants. All the garden videos I’ve watched of how to prepare fluffy soil and prune or not prune and then I see how this farm does it-rocky soil, grab a plant and shove it in a planter 😂. Your plants are a lot tougher because if I yanked on my very nice large pepper plants I’m certain I would be holding a branch😅. I’m sure variety has a bit to do with the difference.
Great video. Really enjoy watching all the picking. You guys keep it up. Can not wait till the next one. Thanks for sharing.
Obligatory comment. I would rather be picking veggies.
lol thank you
I bet they get fans/viewers showing up at the market asking if they can go out to fields and help harvest lol.
Lol
Love your videos. Just curious. What do people do with those massive pumpkins?
Your never really alone. We're here or your just talking to yourself. Ha! Love those peppers.
My peppers sucked this year so I’m happy to live vicariously through you today 😊
Your videos are the best advertisement for the market
I love the video. All those vegetables make me hungry. Your family is so awesome. Love them all. Big hugs. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great Day❤️ a Veggie Boys and Girls vid to unwind and enjoy simple, beautiful things.
You are pickn' and grinnin
I’m ❤ this site. We just recently found the site. Question: does the Veggie Boys take individual order’s online? If not maybe consider offering. I live in small town in Florida, no way to find beautiful veggies like yours. Thank you for answering.
8:26 big and beautiful eggplants
Such a beautiful family. ❤
Great picking today! Wish I lived closer, I would LOVE some of your produce. But, Maine is just a tad too far.
With all the bountiful veggies you have right now, you should make some ratatouille and watch the movie with Callie.
I would love some banana peppers to freeze. I love to cut them up in my scrambled eggs.
Love watching your videos!
I didn’t know that I love the sound of peppers hitting each other.
Say what you want Andrew. Next to you, Matthew is my favorite. & Grammy of course!
The front of the store is looking good.
Thanks!
Really enjoyed watching 👍👍
One thing I would like to see is for you and Matthew to make the cowboy candy you had talked about a while back. It would make a great episode. So would other videos of you canning and preserving.
Or Daniel and Sadie could do it on their channel.
And cooking some of those beautiful peppers.
Sometimes you just have to appreciate the quiet of the Day God hands you ….
Help Andrew grow the channel...SHARE!!!!
Wow, those peppers look amazing! But then again all your produce looks amazing! Do the other area farmers grow peppers like yours?
Well Andrew ,you got your twin with you 😊
Personally, the Green bell peppers are great for frying because they have a good strong flavor, the colored ones are milder and sweeter better fresh in salad. Ive eaten a lot more Green peppers especially young at home because everyone liked them
Yo
WOW… HUGE pumpkins 🎃
I love your intros to your videos, would love to hear Mimi and Grammy in there, too♥️♥️
Some relation of mine raises the big pumpkins and watermelons. Takes to various events including the state fair has a number of purple ribbons. They are very delicate...believe it or not. He made a sling with a bottom...and you treat them very gently..state fair is 120 miles away, so he has foam for then to ride on....one year a mattress was put in the pickup bed and pumpkin put in that way...but make sure you have loader to unload...state fair one year had a huge pumpkin...something went wrong and dropped it and broke into several pieces..
Huge pumpkins! I could watch you pick vegies 8 hrs a day. Its relaxing to watch someone else do it lol
Hello from Nairobi so good to see Uncle Trey 🥰🥰🥰 watching you harvest produce alone was strange but cool 😊 kept thinking about a scary scarecrow creeping up on you 😂
Awesome video! What does one do with giant pumpkins? Are they pie worthy? or simply Jack-O-Lanterns?
Thank you for sharing your world. See you in the next one.
Not good to eat ,looks only
@@johnr3603Cow feed after being a decoration.
A small potato picker upper might be a good investment, productivity .
