honey peach When you feel that urge, take note of it and try to channel it somewhere else. That’s not hunger, it’s emotional eating. Find the cause of it and address that. We’ve all had binges like that and they leave you feeling like shit and they fuck up your insides. Yoga and meditation helps.

When I was 14, I went to New Orleans and ordered myself a large bowl of gumbo. The woman was surprised asked me if that was what I really wanted, because the dish was really big (it was) I said yes and ate the entire thing, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had.

Last year when i was in portugal with my family there was one of the cutest bakeries I've seen so far. We bought a box of 15 lemon cookies that had a sponge cake texture, they were shaped like a round seashell and had icing on top, they were fucking delicious and I ate them all in one sitting. Oh Yeah I'm a big advocate for the keto diet.. I've been living the lifestyle for 3 years now. It really saved me. When I was 14, I went to New Orleans and ordered myself a large bowl of gumbo. The woman was surprised asked me if that was what I really wanted, because the dish was really big (it was) I said yes and ate the entire thing, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had.

I've eaten 12 cheese stuffed breadsticks from little Ceasar.
Biggest dish... all you can eat buffet and several plates. Eating Shrimp and okra kept me within my "acceptable weight".

My largest meal... Two buttermilk pancakes with cherry compote, 2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices of bacon, hashbrown casserole, grits, and 2 (maybe 3) biscuits.
Last year when i was in portugal with my family there was one of the cutest bakeries I've seen so far. We bought a box of 15 lemon cookies that had a sponge cake texture, they were shaped like a round seashell and had icing on top, they were fucking delicious and I ate them all in one sitting. Do waste your money on lemon cookies beacause the're absolutely worth it!
