      It doesn't just burn the calories but it strengthen the muscles and improve a better stamina and makes ur heart better and makes body in shape ..and eating donuts it gives u and energy and feeds ur muscles to workout better and when u workout better ur muscles will became stronger and bigger and when ur muscles work better ur extra fat will burn faster

      Your best bet is to get a calorie burner. I only burned 74 calories. It all depends on weight, height, body fat %, etc

    I am 5'5" 129 lbs and I only burned 70 calories with this workout. So it really depends on your height, weight, body fat, etc.

    As much as these workouts kill me, I know that being healthy and skinny will always feel better than eating a donut or a pint of icecream. And to everyone saying "it doesn't burn 150 calories" "she stopped and it kept counting down" "this is a lie"... It still burns more calories than you're burning commenting on her exersising. When you look like her, you can criticize her all you want! Love this channel though❤️

      Ya,this is a Hiit so even if u stop for sometime in between u will be burning calories since our heartbeat will be very fast.There will also be a good after burn.

    I did this workout 5 days a week, twice a day along with walking 1 mile each day and lost 30 pounds.... Unfortunately that was 3 years ago and now I've found those 30 pounds . I'm back 😉

    All of our routines are designed for one-a-day training, however, we can't anticipate everyone's fitness level. So if it is really simple for you, feel free to do it again or check out another workout. Just listen to your body!

    May I just point out, Rebecca is the only one I watch on this channel for a good reason. Her voice just motivates you to keep pushing and i love her short workouts because they may be short but they feature the hardest excersises. I already have abs but I want to maintain them so I watch your ab tutorials and hey really work. I'm going to try the 10 minute abs tomorrow. Thank you so much! I know a lot of people in the comments want to know if this really pays off and it DOES. You just have to do it frequently. I've noticed change. So thank you Rebecca! 💗💗

    This workout depends on weight, height, and age of course to see how much you burn, but it is a great workout! If you are a women, then I suggest you do this twice.
    Be sure to pair this with more workout routines.
    If you do this twice, I think you can burn up to 150. But do this workout for the sake of getting fit, not just to burn calories. As much as I love Xhit, I got to admit. One video isn't a miracle worker. Be sure to have a balanced diet as well. Good luck everyone!

    I would modify it a little bit, because several exercises in a plank position is just too hard for the arms for those who are begginer/intermediate, they start shivering and the following exercise isn't done well or to its full length.
    Otherwise, it is a GREAT workout routine, this is the first time I didn't even notice how the time flies. Did two of these,moving on to some toning exercises.

    To Allie A, drinking lots of water is always important, especially when exercising. Well done on being sensible and want I g to burn off your Halloween candy, but take it easy, as you are so young do stop if any exercises hurt, exercise should never hurt. I like working out to this, it's great way to burn off a doughnut in a few minutes .

    Ok that's a pretty intensive workout for sure! I've been doing it for a couple of months so I've got used to it but for those who just started, here's my tip: start directly from the 3rd exercice (burpees) and do the first 2 exercices (jumping jacks and cross jacks) at the end so you don't get exhausted from the start! :)

      Well in my case, this workout is more a way to stay in shape rather than to lose weight (because I tend to eat a lot XD) but every body is different so don't take it as a general fact :)

    And also in the last exercise I'm missing you saying "swap" every 5 seconds because while doing this exercise I don't look at the screen and I can't focus on time when I'm thinking about contracting my muscles so next time I would appreciate if you thought about it. These are just little details that make a workout easier and nicer :)

      Not to sound rude but that is why people gain weight. They think an innocent snack is just an innocent snack when really it is FULL of so many calories that go over your daily limit.

    Hi Everyone. Im trying to do this one a day followed by about 50 sit ups in 3 revs (15, 20, 15) and my weight so far is 89 kilos(178 pounds) Im 185 cm (6.1) so ill let you know If my workout helps me to lose weight. Im not following any diet but i might do that in upcomming days. ROCK ON!

      Update: my weight is now 88.8 kilos so in 15 days Iv lost 1.2 kilos as i started at 90 kilos (180 pounds). Will try another week and see what happens. ROCK ON!

    I think you should put a list of exercises you're going to do in the beginning of every video. It's really helpful when I choose the video because I don't need to skip each minute to see the exercises, I can just read the list. Think about it guys ;)

    Phew! Just did this routine twice and I'm pooped! On a good note though, I have twenty minutes of weights to do & I'm done for the day! And just a suggestion - can you guys make a 10 or 15 minute '200 calorie burning' exercise routine? Love it if you could! Thanks & love what you guys do! I use so many of these routines - the girls are awesome!

      i was anorexic at the age of 9 so my mom is paying for a doctor so i wont be anorexic again she doesn't know that anorexia can't be controlled by a doctor actually he gives me pills to make me eat more he comes to our home every week to make sure that i'm not on any diets what ever he will never know that i'm fat and i need to lose weight everyone says i'm not fat they don't say i'm skinny but i want to be happy so being happy is being skinny...

    I could have lived without the food shaming. The true key is to actually enjoy life, but to know moderation. One donut isn't going to hurt anyone. Turning that one into 5, though, eek! Please don't demonize food. =/! OTHERWISE this video is great, especially for a quick morning work out before work.

      Melissa Stevens I totally agree but I know I feel guilty after eating something like a donut... only because I know how long it takes to burn off the calories... maybe that's what they were going for. But I'll still have a donut sometimes :)

    With these kinds of workouts I learned I need to wear my running shoes or else my feet slip around a lot on the floor . Great workout!!

    If you really lose 150 calories and there are 3500 in a pound you need to watch this video only 23 times to lose a pound and 460 times to lose ten *grins wide* Im so gonna go for it.

    I use this as a powerful warmup for any low paced toning exercise routines I do. But I still believe that what you eat before a workout can make your workout worth it.

    @Rachel Khoo 1 pound is 3500 calories... Its not easy to get thin though, so if u wanna lose 1 pound in 4 days... Ur gonna have to do this exercise 6 times a day with a healthy diet... Thats 24 times in total :)

    I'm around 53kg and I'm trying lose about 5kg in two months.
    I do this after a 30 minutes workout and a stretching routine.

      I had to stop it because it wasn't good for my knee.
      I had a surgery in January, after I broke my cruciate ligament and my lateral meniscus during a rugby match.(obviously I do rehabilitation now)
      I did this workout just twice and I noticed my knee was in pain.
      By the way, I'm a very determined person, so I asked my physiotherapist if I could keep on doing this and he said yes.
      Nevertheless, he gave me some "devices".
      Soooo, I'll let you know if it works. :)
