This workout depends on weight, height, and age of course to see how much you burn, but it is a great workout! If you are a women, then I suggest you do this twice. Be sure to pair this with more workout routines. If you do this twice, I think you can burn up to 150. But do this workout for the sake of getting fit, not just to burn calories. I would modify it a little bit, because several exercises in a plank position is just too hard for the arms for those who are begginer/intermediate, they start shivering and the following exercise isn't done well or to its full length. Otherwise, it is a GREAT workout routine, this is the first time I didn't even notice how the time flies. Did two of these,moving on to some toning exercises.

Well done on being sensible and want I g to burn off your Halloween candy, but take it easy, as you are so young do stop if any exercises hurt, exercise should never hurt. I think you should put a list of exercises you're going to do in the beginning of every video. It's really helpful when I choose the video because I don't need to skip each minute to see the exercises, I can just read the list. Think about it guys ;)

I'm around 53kg and I'm trying lose about 5kg in two months. I do this after a 30 minutes workout and a stretching routine. I'll let you know if it works. :)
I had to stop it because it wasn't good for my knee. I had a surgery in January, after I broke my cruciate ligament and my lateral meniscus during a rugby match.(obviously I do rehabilitation now) I did this workout just twice and I noticed my knee was in pain. By the way, I'm a very determined person, so I asked my physiotherapist if I could keep on doing this and he said yes. Nevertheless, he gave me some "devices". Soooo, I'll let you know if it works. :)

Your best bet is to get a calorie burner. I only burned 74 calories. It all depends on weight, height, body fat %, etc

i was anorexic at the age of 9 so my mom is paying for a doctor so i wont be anorexic again she doesn't know that anorexia can't be controlled by a doctor actually he gives me pills to make me eat more he comes to our home every week to make sure that i'm not on any diets what ever he will never know that i'm fat and i need to lose weight everyone says i'm not fat they don't say i'm skinny but i want to be happy so being happy is being skinny...

I could have lived without the food shaming. The true key is to actually enjoy life, but to know moderation. One donut isn't going to hurt anyone. Turning that one into 5, though, eek! Please don't demonize food. =/! OTHERWISE this video is great, especially for a quick morning work out before work.
Melissa Stevens I totally agree but I know I feel guilty after eating something like a donut... only because I know how long it takes to burn off the calories... maybe that's what they were going for. But I'll still have a donut sometimes :)

If you really lose 150 calories and there are 3500 in a pound you need to watch this video only 23 times to lose a pound and 460 times to lose ten *grins wide* Im so gonna go for it.
I use this as a powerful warmup for any low paced toning exercise routines I do. But I still believe that what you eat before a workout can make your workout worth it.

@Rachel Khoo 1 pound is 3500 calories... Its not easy to get thin though, so if u wanna lose 1 pound in 4 days... Ur gonna have to do this exercise 6 times a day with a healthy diet... Thats 24 times in total :)

I'm around 53kg and I'm trying lose about 5kg in two months.
I do this after a 30 minutes workout and a stretching routine.

I had to stop it because it wasn't good for my knee.
I had a surgery in January, after I broke my cruciate ligament and my lateral meniscus during a rugby match.(obviously I do rehabilitation now)
I did this workout just twice and I noticed my knee was in pain.
By the way, I'm a very determined person, so I asked my physiotherapist if I could keep on doing this and he said yes.
Nevertheless, he gave me some "devices".
Soooo, I'll let you know if it works. :)
