i do this with ab workout twice a week and other days i do her miley cyrus leg workout and flat stomach workout.. I got pretty visible results after two weeks even tho not the results i want but i feel much better so i'll keep going

It depends on your height. But it's good that you had a look at this video, and even better if you did it! It doesn't matter how much you pause, if you finish the video and work out regularly, you'll get stronger over time! Eating clean and exercising will do good.

Too bad that so many people just spend their time by writing negative and discouraging comments instead of using it to do something productive.
Really good selection of exercises, and the fact you can do this anywhere (at home, in a hotel, etc.) is a big plus. The only thing I saw that I didn't think was correct was the exercise titled Frog Jumps is actually Plank Jacks. A Frog Jump is getting in the push-up position, hands and toes on the floor (not your knees), and you jump both feet towards your chest, like the bottom portion of a burpee. You can land your feet in front of your hands, or out to the side of your hands if you have the flexibility.

What's the best way to get rid of leg fat/muscle? People say to avoid Squats because doesn't that basically give your legs more muscle making them look bigger than before when it was far? So you lose the fat and gain muscle, sometimes getting more muscle quicker than losing the fat so it makes you look bigger? Or is this theory people say is wrong? How to remove fat and not add too much muscle to make your legs look the same or bigger? Do you just do cardio exercises really quick? Like sprinting and jumping quickly, the mountain climbing exercise like you see on The Insanity Workout program?
I haven't worked out in a while and I will have to say that this exercise was very exhilarating. I'm 14 and very self conscious about my weight. Doing this exercise made it good.😁😁

I'm not sure if it's effective in losing weight, I've been doing in on and off for more than two years. Not sure about the weight loss part but it's definitely a good short workout for lots of sweat! Feels good every time after doing this.

Really good selection of exercises, and the fact you can do this anywhere (at home, in a hotel, etc.) is a big plus.
The only thing I saw that I didn't think was correct was the exercise titled Frog Jumps is actually Plank Jacks. A Frog Jump is getting in the push-up position, hands and toes on the floor (not your knees), and you jump both feet towards your chest, like the bottom portion of a burpee. You can land your feet in front of your hands, or out to the side of your hands if you have the flexibility.

What's the best way to get rid of leg fat/muscle? People say to avoid Squats because doesn't that basically give your legs more muscle making them look bigger than before when it was far? So you lose the fat and gain muscle, sometimes getting more muscle quicker than losing the fat so it makes you look bigger? Or is this theory people say is wrong? How to remove fat and not add too much muscle to make your legs look the same or bigger? Do you just do cardio exercises really quick? Like sprinting and jumping quickly, the mountain climbing exercise like you see on The Insanity Workout program?

I'm not sure if it's effective in losing weight, I've been doing in on and off for more than two years. Not sure about the weight loss part but it's definitely a good short workout for lots of sweat! Feels good every time after doing this.
