    I've been doing this for two weeks! I feel better about myself inside and out like I used too! When I did this for about two months awhile ago, I lost 35 Lbs! Stay consitant!

    This Workout is honestly amazing. In the past 2 days I’ve lost 2 lbs by doing it twice the first day and once the second day. So far in my journey I’ve lost 5.8 lbs! I’m extremely proud of myself. I wish you all good luck in whatever your goals may be. I’ll keep you updated if I lose anymore weight.

    In just 5 minute workouting on that i thought i will just pass out and i wanted to stop doing exercise that i had to, but i just said to myself: how will i get a sexy body, -5kg if i don't sweat and sore ?
    that was my motivation to the end. Now i'm easier for just 200 kcal, very little number of lbs, so what? I can't expect to lose 500 kcals in 5 mins... but, sure, i'm one step closer to my goal. Guys, do this workout if you don't cause you will feel great and fit! Don't wait!!!!

      +Mairi Do Agree, Kelsey is great. Rebecca I've always hated - how many of her videos does she say stuff like "No water!" or "no pain no gain!"? That's just not safe.

      Rebecca is Super enthusiastic and kinda like machine not easy to follow and sometime I feel envy with her strength, energy and she can speak loudly along the way. I have not see trainer like her in many work out video. But I still like her video admire her. It’s really highly motivated me although not easy. I wish one day I can fit like Rebecca

      it makes it harder thats because your muscles grow. If you stop for 15 days and try again it will be easier. Basically its level 1 to level 10 every day you go on next level. If you make a break you lose 1.

    This is my first time getting through the whole video without stopping. Even cried at the end a little. Stick with it even when it gets tough and you WILL be rewarded, hard work pays off. I'm so happy with the progress I've made :)

      I didn't finish it either the first time I tried. First time I managed 12 minutes (those lunge & kick exercises were too much for me), the second time I managed 17 minutes, and the third time I managed to finish. I guess that's the important thing, being persistent. I'm not fit enough to do this workout comfortably, but some day it will be my warm-up :-) So, kudos for trying again, if you push, you eventually make it :-D

      the burpees is what gasses people. Just skip the burpees and you should able to finish.

    These videos on XHIT have really helped me the past two months I haven't dropped much weight but I can see and feel the results, I am much more toned and generally happier, I do this specific video about 3 times a week and I do the 7 minute ab video 5 times a week, yet starting this week when I do the an video I plan on doing an arm work out video as well. XHITdaily has been really helping me reach my goal, I want to be back down to 134lbs by the middle of this summer, right now I am 18 years old 5'1 and 145lbs (yet take into consideration I have a G size bust with a 34 inch waist band) but I know I can get back down to my previous weight from last summer with XHitDaily

    i seriously hate the burpees and inch worms the most.. But it feels realky great after the wotkout!!^-^ Hehe when i saw burpees i go and do one song of kpop music (which make me calm and relax) then try my best for burpees then i do the same thing on inch worms too... ^-^ I weight 60kg.. 156cm.. aged 13.. I really wanna lost weight.. well this is day 3 for meh!^-^ Hope i can to the end of this year...

      Focus on losing fat percentage. Muscle mass weighs more than fat, and if you do this type of workout you are likely to gain weight, while getting thinner. Plus, remember at your age you are growing up, you are likely to gain weight (hey, I grew my last inch at age 21, of course I put on weight). Does your scale measure bodyweight and body water? If it doesn't, please don't obsess with weight. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, and us women are likely to get between two and four pounds of bodywater before menstruation. Make sure your scale can measure those changes, or don't use it: use a measuring tape.

    This video is such a great way to start exercising. I started doing this video around 5 times a week after probably a year (years???) of never exercising. It gave me a goal to work towards- doing this entire video without taking breaks. Probably within 3 or so months, along with trying my best to cut out sugar, I had dropped 10-15 lbs. Now I don’t do this particular video much, as I feel comfortable diversifying my exercise, such as hiking and jogging. This is just such a great video to kick start exercise and make you feel good in your body :)

    where do you get your information because I highly doubt this burns as much as 200 calories.. maybe 100.. 20 minutes on the exercise bike for me burns less than 200 calories and I do extreme intensity.

      +Adam How much do you weigh? And can we define "extreme" intensity? You're right that this video at this speed probably isn't going to burn 200, unless you're very overweight. But 20 minutes of (any) high intensity exercise is going to burn 180+ calories, regardless of weight.

      +Adam 200 seems very accurate for this they even count down the calories. im like out of shape as fuck and died after like 3 min so 200 seems very doable to me

    I went down 16 pounds within 3 weeks. Just good eating, active work outs like this and your good to go! I go to classes like this and three times a week and 1 kick boxing class. It's amazing!!

    This is a good workout. I personally don't like a lot of talking and sound effects during the workout, it was a little distracting. Other than that, I'm definitely adding this to my workout playlist.

    You can combine videos however you like or space them out through the day for a combined total of 30-60 mins of exercise!

    The first 2 times I tried this I could not get through the first 3 mins. I finally got through this after months of moderate exercise. Very proud of myself! it shows how far I've come because this is definitely not for beginners!

    I have to admit I barely did half the first time and got winded towards the end on my 2nd try right now. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, but this proves not fat doesn't always mean fit! I think I'll rest a day and give it another try on Thursday. Great video!

      Try #3: I got through everything, but those mountain climbers! What gives? All the other upper body stuff is cake for me, but my shoulder are on fire after about 10 seconds of those! I'll check my form before try #4 and hopefully get it all right that time. :)

    I am doing this for 5 months ! I've never been in this shape I am now ( I weigh 49 kg) I'm so happy ! ^^ this workout feels like it would be 10 min or less it just goes so fast !

    No, protein shakes will not be the variable in you getting results - they are often a good alternative for people who need something quick, or to substitute their normal source of protein, however, I generally encourage most folks to get their protein from lean sources such as chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, and the occasional lean red meat. Don't be discouraged one bit.

    I just finished this workout in one go without having a water break. This is what happens after I eat I become sugar high and super energetic ^ ~ ^ the workout was pretty fun! I recommend you guys to try it~

    Just finished Marching band camp for my senior year, lost about 50 pounds since freshman year. Figured since I just built up my stamina from band camp and seeing as this is my last year and I dont have my once a year for 2 weeks excersize I should get into actual workouts. I was able to push through just about every set except burpees -had to take a quick waterbreak for that haha- hopefully Ill be able to get to 170 before senior year ends. I started my freshman year at a peak weight of 251 pounds, I was about 15. and now I'm almost 18 and just 2 weeks ago I weighed in below 200. havent been below 200 since 5th grade! Idk I ranted, im interested in other peoples stories if anyone would like to share, lets motivate eachother :)

    This is perfect, I have been doing a circuit of 4 exercise with timed intervals for my cardio but, I was beginning to feel it not being effective any more. I like this workout because it incorporates so many different workouts in and in the short burst I like. This will be added to my weekly workout routine, and my favorites.

    I really like this workout and I've done it many times when I'm not able to go out and do cardio or go to the gym, but despite all of that I still can't do a single proper pushup. I've been having to modify it by using knees or only going halfway down.
    (So unfortunately, these burpees are all wasted on me.)
    But your arms are practically holding all of your weight when you do a pushup, so is it really that bad that I can't do one? Eh.
