I'd just like to say how amazing this workout is. I do this one and '9 exercises for a flat stomach' and sometimes some jogging on the spot. I have seen a change in my belly after two days. Its still pudgy but it alot straighter rather than rounded. I feel as though after about 2 weeks ill see a huge change. Ill keep you updated if you want me to! I'm 15 if you wanted to know!

I did lose 3 pounds over those 2 weeks. And i wouldnt say i ate healthy stuff cause i still ate like ice cream and all that stuff but i did cutt the white stuff like white rice,white bread etc! I replaced them with salad! It really worked trust me. But i think the lemon water that i drank really also made a big difference so i would suggest you would do that! And drink like tea whenever you can but dont forget to drink plain water cause thats what flushes out the toxins in ur body!

A lot of you guys have been asking about the results. So I was doing this for about a week every day and I couldn't see any change, of course. Since she has been doing it for so long, her body can tolerate more compared to a body that has been doing it for a few weeks or so. If you do these exercises for a longer period of time, you will notice that it will be going a lot easier and smoother compared to your first day of doing the exercises. Hope I helped.

I'm going to do this daily and keep updated and I started yesterday. I do this 2 times a day in the mornings and nights . I will keep updated for 2 weeks. Day 1: after doing this I am a little tired but nothing that I can't handle. I did this for 30 days!! It was hard the first two weeks but with decent healthy eating and cheat meals once every two weeks, my stomach was flat and my lower belly pooch was almost not seen! Love this workout and. Be sure to do cardio.

I have been doing this workout along with a 5 minute workout for both my legs and arms as well, and I can say that the results do show! My abs are much more defined now, along with other muscles as well.
I love this work out =). It's simple, fun, and I've felt like I've got results in just 3 weeks. One of things I look for in female fitness instructors is if that they have a similar shape to the ideal one I want and I would be more than happy to have hers, Excited for spring and summer!

Modify it by stacking your knees together instead of your legs if that makes sense. So your legs are on the ground with your knees bent instead of up in the air stacked

I’m really starting to feel the abs shape in after doing this twice a day for 4 days. I think this is really effective and would definitely recommend. After the first days of doing it u should b able to get all the exercises in perfect form and your abs will start toning in quicker.
Starting today, I'm going to do this 3 times a day, spread out so 1 time in the morning, once at lunch, and once at night. No diet, just this. I'll keep you guys updated(updates like 4 times a week) so far, I did it once(in the morning) and it's amazing!!! Edit: At the end of Day 3, no significant change. I'm gonna keep going though. This workout activates your core like anything will definitely give definition and strength but mix a 20 min cardio every other day and bam... abs and inches off your belly.. remember one thing in d beginning u will have cheat days, water retention and sore muscles because your body opposes to come out of the comfort zone, that is what you have to sideline and focus.

I’m that one comment that actually talks about their results lol you can stop scrolling if you’d like. To start off I’m a fairly skinny person so i don’t have any problems with weight. I come to these videos to gain some muscle instead of being plain skinny. The day after I did this workout for the first time, I felt really really sore and if I pressed hard enough I can feel my stomach begin to harden and form more muscles. This totally works if you push through the whole workout and rest properly afterwards. For me I always take one or two day breaks after an intense workout session so my body can heal. Also, last thing before I go, drink water so you don’t feel dehydrated and get enough sleep so your body can rest and get better faster. To those that are watching these videos and eating, you got this lol.

Always remember ladies, it's also about getting into a caloric deficit! No caloric deficit, you will not be able to lose weight. You must burn off more calories through exercising and metabolism than you take in through food and drinks to lose weight.

I've been doing this for about a week and a half and I already see improvement! My muffin top has gotten smaller and i see a middle line going down my stomach! I changed my diet while doing this, I ate fruit and crackers with cheese throughout the day when I was hungry and I went on the treadmill for a half hour and did some leg workouts. This is amazing for beginners so don't give up!

Be sure to eat healthy also because then you will have abs under fat and they wont show. I eat a grapefruit everyday for breakfast along with either two eggs or frosted mini wheats, but you can do whatever you like as long as its proportioned. Be sure to get outside everyday and shred calories instead of staying inside because then youre gaining weight. Drinking green tea speeds up your metabolism naturally so you lose weight (which is why its good to eat breakfast everyday- your awakening your metabolism) So basically for your meals all you need it a balanced diet, dont eat too much dairy and bread (wheat only) but eat a lot of vegetables and fruit then a little less but still a good amount of proteins like beans, legumes, and nuts (almonds are great, you can eat 25 for a good snack

Bạn có thể tập bất kể thời gian nào rảnh trong ngày, tránh tập ngay sau bữa ăn hoặc khi quá đói để tránh đau bụng. Mình tập một lần cả 4 bài tập 5', 7' và 10' nhưng bạn chưa quen tập lâu thì có thể chia ra để tập. Nói chung lúc rảnh không làm gì thì mình tập thôi :3

Modify it by stacking your knees together instead of your legs if that makes sense. So your legs are on the ground with your knees bent instead of up in the air stacked

I’m really starting to feel the abs shape in after doing this twice a day for 4 days. I think this is really effective and would definitely recommend. After the first days of doing it u should b able to get all the exercises in perfect form and your abs will start toning in quicker.
Starting today, I'm going to do this 3 times a day, spread out so 1 time in the morning, once at lunch, and once at night. No diet, just this. I'll keep you guys updated(updates like 4 times a week) so far, I did it once(in the morning) and it's amazing!!!
Edit: At the end of Day 3, no significant change. I'm gonna keep going though. I'm gonna do this for at least 10 days

Day 1: pretty easy
Day 2: it’s easier today, and I also did the Bailey Brown lower abs workout
Day 3: everything burned today, it was hard . I also did the lower ab workout again
I did it once, and I have that feeling that my body totally changed :D
This workout activates your core like anything will definitely give definition and strength but mix a 20 min cardio every other day and bam... abs and inches off your belly.. remember one thing in d beginning u will have cheat days, water retention and sore muscles because your body opposes to come out of the comfort zone, that is what you have to sideline and focus.

I’m that one comment that actually talks about their results lol you can stop scrolling if you’d like. To start off I’m a fairly skinny person so i don’t have any problems with weight. I come to these videos to gain some muscle instead of being plain skinny. The day after I did this workout for the first time, I felt really really sore and if I pressed hard enough I can feel my stomach begin to harden and form more muscles. This totally works if you push through the whole workout and rest properly afterwards. For me I always take one or two day breaks after an intense workout session so my body can heal. Also, last thing before I go, drink water so you don’t feel dehydrated and get enough sleep so your body can rest and get better faster. To those that are watching these videos and eating, you got this lol.

Always remember ladies, it's also about getting into a caloric deficit! No caloric deficit, you will not be able to lose weight.
You must burn off more calories through exercising and metabolism than you take in through food and drinks to lose weight.
Also its not about losing weight its more about losing fat and building muscle.

I've been doing this for about a week and a half and I already see improvement! My muffin top has gotten smaller and i see a middle line going down my stomach! I changed my diet while doing this, I ate fruit and crackers with cheese throughout the day when I was hungry and I went on the treadmill for a half hour and did some leg workouts. This is amazing for beginners so don't give up!
