    Since everybody is so focused on the men in the background or saying how they're just sitting on the bed eating donuts while watching the video i'm going to tell you about my journey so far. I started this ab workout three weeks ago and I have been doing it once a day, 4 days a week. The first week I didn't see much of a difference but my family members and friends have been telling me since that first week that I look as though i've lost weight. Th second week I started to notice a difference in my stomach, it felt tighter and started to look flatter. It has been three weeks today and i measured around my waist and it went down 2.5 inches.Along with this ab workout I do 10 minutes of squats three days a week and I eat a low calorie diet and a salad for lunch everyday and three days a week i will go the whole day without meat. I can't stress this enough. YOU HAVE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! That is all i've been drinking for the past month and I feel amazing. If you want to lose stomach fat you CANNOT drink a liter of pop everyday. Don't drink you're calories guys. I will keep you guys updated, every week.! 😘

      Hey there! How are you going on your journey? I just wanted to give you a little reminder that you don't have to eat really low carb to see results. I personally had better progress when I actually increased my food intake. When we don't eat enough our bodies think there's a famine so our metabolism slows and we lose less weight (because our body thinks there's no food around lol, and keeping hold of body fat gives us a food source)

    As I am sitting on my floor typing this after finally pulling through 60 days. During my 60 days I did this workout twice, and her other "9 exercises for flat stomach" something along the lines. As well with walking/running for 30 mins + everyday, would rest Sunday as well. I also followed a diet which shouldn't even be called that because all I did was eat less and healthier along with lots of water. I was overweight and never took action, my doctor would tell me I need to but I never really understood. I was huge. But doing this for 60 days everyday besides sunday, I've lost 37 pounds and have a flat stomach with partially showing abs (: I'd say to myself before I started I was gonna write this comment and say that it was easy, but it really wasn't. I thought how would this even be worth it in the end, I would get made fun of at school for being overweight and I go to the beach every year so I'd look horrible. I'd cry so much but it's okay to cry because that shows you care so much about yourself, and I thought to myself, If I wanna stop crying and make a change, then I'll do whatever I can. And here I am just finishing day 60 with the body I always imagined. Anyone can do it, use your downfalls as motivation and keep pushing. Hope this gave hope to who read, and if you are a person who is discouraged and reading this comment, that's fate, showing you that you can do it. Good luck all (:

    Im a 14 year old boy, I weigh 50-53kg and I've been doing this for soon 2 months, I have skipped a couple days as well and still seen amazing results. I started seeing difference already after 1 week, and the results has just kept me really motivated to keep on going. I haven't stuck to a special diet or a calorie intake a day, I have been eating a lot of fruits though like apples, bananas and grapes. I am trying to eat healthy but it's not the easiest when you're 14 and live in a family where you can't really decide what you eat. I really recommend you trying this workout and doing it regularly because it does really work! I wish everyone who does this good luck! :)

      +Ahmed Alyousef I've just been eating what our family has been, which is nothing special. The result is that I've gotten a six pack, but I wan't to burn some more belly fat to make it more visible, which I'm probably going to do at the gym by running on the treadmill and so forth.

      Israa Samir yes, I drink lots of water, eat half from the usual meal I have before. I' m more on vegetables and fruits. And do exercise it really works.

    for people who have neck pain: tighten your abs and keep your neck as far away from your chest as you can, find a focus point on the ceiling or somewhere up high

    Just an update: I’ve been doing this work out for about 2 years. I’ve seen TREMENDOUS RESULTS. So thank you for that Rebecca! Also, to everyone feeling discouraged....every diet/workout, works...it’s the people that don’t work. Don’t be the “people”. Just stay disciplined...ask yourself: “How much will power do I actually have over myself?”🧐

    Hi!! I just wanted to let you guys know that I've been doing this workout for a year now and see immense results! Over time I've changed the exercises because they were hurting my neck/to make it harder for me/ to target areas that I want to target but I still use this video for the timer and encouragement! Even after doing it pretty much everyday for a long time it is still ALWAYS hard to get through it. I recommend!

      Both! I kinda already had a flat stomach (I'm a small frame person who has been in sports basically my entire life) but this workout helped me get defined abs.

    I used to do this everyday and off for 4 years, got pregnant and busy with my baby. Now I start doing this abs workout again, I keep coming to check this video again because of Rebecca, she talks a lot during exercise, it gives me the motivation. I love her energy.

    I don't find this hard because it hurts my ab area, but because it KILLS my neck!!

      Try to do the same movement but with at least one of your hands supporting your neck. I do it and it stops the neck from hurting so much :)

    Hey thank you for this excellent series of exercises .
    I've been doing this for 5 months now .Back then I could barely manage for 1 minute.Now I can do the whole workout with only one small break of 15 seconds in the middle.definitely this video helped me improve my core strength and tighten the ab muscles .This is one of my favourite workout videos on TH-cam.
    I'm writing this after one year, and I could do go through the whole workout without actually taking any break!

    I like Rebecca ' s workout video so much ! I doing this for almost 4 months time (daily workout ) n i try to eat clean at least 3 days a week . Now I lost 3 kg and my tummy look flatter than before !! It's work ! If u have strong determination to do daily ! And all about dedication ! Yes it is hard when starting n i do feel neck n back pain ...If u keep doing this daily u won't feel that pain anymore n u ll get a better shape of tummy even I can see the lines n muscle building up.

      ***** I have been doing this exercise and some others once a day for two weeks now and in the first two days my abs really hurt, but then they stopped and now they don't hurt after I do the exercises. Does that mean I'm doing something wrong?

      Inesinha1200 its because your bodys getting stronger and more used to the exercise so just start doing more on top of that, i was the same lol

    So, what i have found best after doing these work outs for about 2 or 3 weeks now is that when working on your heel touches take the in between part of your pointer finger and your thumb and trying to get as close as possible to the back of your heel. I am not saying you have to, but if you want to work a little harder while doing them, you can try that. When i post this comment i mean no disrespect to Rebecca or any of the other Xhit girls/guys. This is just what i have found best when i do these. This is just my opinion.

    I am here from Monday to Friday without fail. This does wok PEOPLE! I have a 4 pack now, tummy snatched. So, I am now gearing up for a 6 pack. What you eat is important people. Your diet plays a huge role and before I forget my waist has that hourglass effect, Rebbeca you rock sis.

    I've been doing this workout for almost 2 years and it has definitely toned my stomach big time. I'm switching to a new workout because I'm pretty sure that my body doesn't feel the burn anymore. I'm telling you guys, Rebecca's ab workouts always work!

    One of the best! Thank you for not having super loud crappy background music. Bonus points for reiterating the importance of nutrition as ab workouts do very little to create a caloric deficit.

    LOVE this ab exercise! I have been doing it 5xs a week for 6 months and I definitely can see and feel a difference. I carry all of my excess weight in my stomach, so I have a long way to go still. My neck stopped hurting after a week of doing this consistently, you just have to learn what core muscles to utilize with each exercise.

    I did this abdominal workout series in 2019- 2020 before getting pregnant, and It worked. I had a six-pack. I started working out again postpartum as soon as I got cleared but haven't done this workout since then. I just did it for the first time now in 2022, and gah, it's still such a fantastic abdominal workout! I will start throwing it back into the mix again!

      eman jawad its normal, because u look at ur feet while lay down. let ur neck straight and relax. keep look forward. doesnt mean u cant watch ur feet. but not all the time. only if u feel ur leg not in correct position and if ur body under control then relax ur neck. u got it girl?

    Love this video, i like to switch up between this one and fitnessblender 10 min workout..and just as a tip i think it helps if u do ab work outs with my stomach showing ( in a bellytop/sports bra) because i feel it makes you focus on putting the tension in ur stomach

    I just read through a lot of posts and there are many misconceptions. Ab workouts are not major calorie burning exercises. A few people asked "If all I did was this, will I get a six pack?". That would only be a yes if you already had a flat stomach and a very low body fat level. We all have a six pack (8 pack actually), but it's underneath a keg in some cases. That's fine, but what we need to focus on is better eating habits. Don't eat before bed is #1 for me. Don't eat junk food, or much less of it. WALK. Walk after your meals, even if it's just a long walk after your main meal.
    People seem to relate the ab burn as if it were a frying pan and we were burning fat like in a skillet. Sure, it will increase your heart rate and will put you in your fat burning target zone. Some of us will put in the cardio zone for that matter. Ab workouts build our ab muscles, period. That alone will not show you your six pack. It's there, you just need less body fat in between your abs and skin.
    Ab exercises should always be a part of your workout because we use our core in most exercises. A stronger core means better form, less fatigue, more reps = more muscle, faster metabolism & better health. Once you've started to engage your abs your body will instinctively call on them more during workouts that you wouldn't think were ab related, and therefore you use them more and build your abs more.
    Not trying to discourage anyone, just the opposite. People get burnt out on exercises because they expect to see results and these workouts do indeed provide results, but if we're overweight, we diet and exercise. Not waste time on trying 5 different ab exercises for 3 days and allow ourselves to quit because we're not losing weight. Once we lose enough weight and we're down to about 20-30% body fat then yes! Do more of these and others (variety is the real key). After a couple weeks or so and you're bf is less, then you will start to see more results faster.
    If overweight, walk, drink water rather than carbonated anything and get motivated. It's much faster than you think once you stick to it. Push through the first week and watch how great you feel. Doing ab exercises thinking they are a good way to lose weight will only lead to disappointment which will lead to quitting, and eating donuts.
    Do things for your weight that will show you the best result. For any amount of overweight, try this for 4 days and you will find it hard to stop and feel great as well as see results.
    1- Don't eat 2 hours before bed. Water only during that time.
    2- Walk every day. Walking after a meal even 200' will help digestion. Walk a fast pace that you can handle but that pushes you and your heart rate.
    3- Don't make excuses. Rain or shine. You walk. No saying "well, I did good last night not eating before bed, so this bag of M&M's is ok.
    4- Do it for you, not someone else. Although looking good to make an ex feel bad can also be considered doing it for you!
    5- Stop focusing on your scale!!! Fat per sq inch is far less dense than muscle. If working out to lose weight correctly you will ALWAYS gain weight, but your body size will decrease and after the first week even, your metabolism can be boosted 200% - 400% which means you will burn more calories at rest.
    One trick, is peanuts. Peanuts are fatty, but it's a good fat. Peanuts help make your cravings far less. Still keep the no eating before bed rule, but for your last snack have a handful of peanuts. Personally, I wouldn't have been able to stick to the 2-3hr rule if it wasn't for peanuts ;)

    I am in my second week with this video, doing it five times a week. My first week, I was miserable but continued to push through it. Now in my second week, my strength is up and I am not as tender. While there are no visible results as of yet, I can feel a change inside and out. I can't wait to see the results in another 4 weeks or so.

    Ok, so here's to all of the people saying they aren't seeing any results. You can't do these excersises alone. You have to do cardio also. Doing cardio before an ab workout, will make you burn more fat, therefor you will get abs/a tighter waist. Also, I'm not saying you have to go on a diet or anything, but try to cut back on the sweets. Hope this helped, and good luck!!

      +KittyTrax you can do 10 min. it's just studies say that 15 min of cardio you will start to burn carbs and sugar and after 30 min you will enter fat burning zone. You can however much cardio as you like, just depending on how much you do you will see results faster.

      I'm not some model, but surely there are results :) For sure, I do another excercises as well and now I picked up doing bodypump Lessmills program so ... I'll keep trying. But it's one of the best excercises I've ever done (this video :) However, you need to exchange workouts to focus on every muscle, not the same group all the time.

      I won't attach a before/ after photo (I don't have any :D) but if you wanna know my impression about this- Let me say you REALLY will see a difference, my abs are not totally flat like Rebeca's (I wish they were-)- cause I'm not a real fitness-person like my diet is not perfectly healthy but I still workout like 3 times a week, and it's entertaining, it's my hobby so I'll keep it that way) but surely, my abs are more defined, flatter and also firmer. And a bonus is these moves are really easy, I've come across many excercises but some abs-workout are really too demanding and ... I think hence I can't do them properly the results are not that awesome. But if you're a beginner or you just discovered this video, keep trying and you'll definitely see results yourself. If you will be 100% focused on your diet and life style, results would be probably even better then mine. As I said, I try to avoid sweets, pastry, fat-infused junk etc blah-blah but I'm aware that my diet could be even healthier so I can't give an objective point of view. :) Cause we know it's to a certain degree excercise but also a lifestyle that form your body.

    Absolutely love her!!! I have been doing this workout along with another one of her videos and I can really see a difference!!! My stomach is visibly flatter and I’m going to keep going!!!

    this is my favorite AB exercise, I do it twice a day and it works! I recommend trying this workout to anyone. If your neck starts to get ABS instead, then don't try so hard and use your abdominals to do the exercises, don't try to use your neck to lift yourself up

    Been doing this for about two months I'm definitely seeing results I have cuts now in my abs that were not there before but definitely wouldn't be possible without eating clean

    I stared this workout yesterday and it was hard but I will keep trying! I'm going to do this workout for a whole year. I'm going to try and not skip one day. My workout stared December 29,2016 and I will end December 29, 2017. I will keep you guys updated. I started with 125 pounds, 12 years old and 5'4 let's see the results!

    Everyone is saying this does not work. Bruhh it does . But you also need to be drinking some water too. Its bad if you don't drink water. You're body needs water to digest and eliminate all that junk. If you don't poop💩 or doesn't drink water how is you're body gonna elimate all the junk. Also if you want a flatter belly stop eating process food and stop drinking soda. Drink tea or natural juice but soda seriously.

      +Ally plays Yep. You're right!! More Water, more natural stuff and less sugar, less artificial stuff.
      The easiest fat to burn is the superficial one. You just need to acelerate your metabolism, by doing the first!!

      You're totally right! I've given up processed foods and begun a plant based lifestyle 4 months ago and I've never felt better! I drink tons of lemon water throughout the day and my body feels fabulous. It really is a life changing experience. I workout sometimes twice a day breaking up my workouts and absolutely can see the difference. It takes lots of commitment and devotion to this lifestyle but it is totally worth it!

      +Ally plays exactly you need to watch your fucking diet too as well as run or jog and lift wights which helps your metoblism and you burn more fat per pound of muscle
