After the required adjustments on my Swatch Irony all works fine except for the hand of the 1/10 sec. counter (stands still on the "8" no matter which button I push) and the calendar which I have to change manually. The watch never fell down or was exposed to water, just went crazy all of a sudden sometime ago. :)

The moonswatch is a chronograph. The top pusher starts and stops the chronograph, the bottom pusher resets it. When it is on, the big seconds hand will move, indicating how many seconds have passeed. The top left subdial then shows how many minues have passed. The top right subdial is for displaying 1/10 of a second. It only shows that after you've paused the chronograph. So everytime you pause, you should see it move. The bottom subdial is your normal seconds indicator (for normal timekeeping, not for the chronograph function)

When tha chronograph is reset, the 2 top subdials and the big seconds hand should all point straight up. You start/ stop the chronograph with the top pusher and reset it with the bottom one
This was very helpful. It told me that my MoonSwatch was fake! If the upper right dial does not move when timer is started, you probably have a chinese fake watch. Be careful!
You can pause the chronograph with the top pusher and then reset it to 12 o'clock with the bottom pusher. If it still doesn't go back to 12, then you will have to follow the instructions in this video
Is the hour hand really misaligned with respect to the minute hand? If it is, that can't be easily fixed. You have to go to the shop and try to get it replaced under warranty... :(
I got my moonswatch the other day, I'm a bit disappointed you don't seem to be able to maintain accurate time on the main dial if using the chronograph function. I would've hoped the small dials worked independently of the main one.
It doesn't bother me but I already had another swatch chronograph, so I knew what to expect. It would be nice to see the subdial do a full turn every second but I guess it would consume the battery quicker.
@@TimeHeim I have the same problem with my omega X moon watch speedmaster mission to Uranus. When I stop the chronograph, the 1/10 doesn't move. When I change/adjust the time, the 1/10 moves slowly with the time. If I set the time to 12.00 the 1/10 moves to 12.00 too. Please help me
Did your watch get misaligned? I misaligned mine for the purpose of the video, so I don't know how probable it is that it happens. On my Swatch Irony watch the seconds hand got misaligned to the 59th second, but on the Moonswatch it hasn't happened yet.
This happens to a lot of chronographs. My friend's Tissot, Victorinox, and Seiko do this too. The misalignments here and there isn't really a measure of quality, just chronograph things.
Absolutely disgraceful that there is nothing included in the box to explain any of this. The online pdf manual is shit too. No reference to the Moonswatch at all. Cannot make sense of it.

After an hour i managed to get exact seconds to the hour on my watch, still dont understand the left dial but i left it looking straight up.

Is that normal for the second hand not to be at 12 o'clock? I tried to adjust both my Saturn and Earth, both are off.
You can pause the chronograph with the top pusher and then reset it to 12 o'clock with the bottom pusher. If it still doesn't go back to 12, then you will have to follow the instructions in this video

It should only move once you've stopped the chronograph. Does it do that?
