@@estrelladowling5587 of course, they both know what they want and know that it isn't easy to find it. However, all they will need is to meet each other and look into each other's eyes. They will test each other, and make damn sure but once those tests are passed it will be a no brainer and the will both be intelligent enough to realize that. The hard part is them finding each other in a sea of brainwashed idiots.
I believe we all are high value, you arent worth less because you chase someone, you just may have wrong beliefs and experiences in love.

Also, a high value person will never ever ever say they are high value, but they will show it. They will also never say everybody is high value because they want to see it, not hear it. You unfortunately have the wrong beliefs. I have studied high value people.

Today I finally gave up the chase of the man I love , when I asked him to give me an answer to either commit in a relationship or go our own separate ways, although he was apologetic he still came up with excuses and tried to blame me, I accepted his not wanting a serious relationship with me, despite him previously saying how well we get along, liking so many things together and pleasing each other. I NOW will be following and getting all the encouragement from you Shelly and your classes especially believing I don’t need someone else to love but love and believe in myself first then I will attract love coming to me ,

I needed to hear this today I really did, I so want to stop chasing him, he tells me he hates me 😔 I beg him to love me....I know I'm pathetic but I can't shake this need to try and help him to love me.. It's ok, we love you. I have been healing my inner child with the help of Shelly's videos. Check out her Playlist for healing the inner child. Have an inner conversation with that hurt little girl inside yourself. Cry it out, and know that no matter what you can heal, it's never too late, age means nothing. You are loved bc you are love expressing itself as consciousness!! Heal the inner child first, that is what is helping me, thanks to Shelly for her work!

You can actually take a shower and imagine the water is love. Feel how the warm water surrounds your whole body with love and affection.
If you have problem with catching the feeling of love, think of someone you love. A pet, friend a person or family. Then hold your hands straight out with the palm facing you. Instead of beaming love out, send it right back to yourself

Love yourself as if you are a stranger. Do things for YOU that you'd like done. Look in the mirror throughout the day, saying I LOVE YOU.
wanting someone so bad it makes you cry is so overwhelming especially when you know they like you and have been intimate with you but go back to their husband they want to leave because they want you but their husband uses their kids to emotionally manipulate her, it so much some times not to burst into tears
