That genuinely was so intense once i got past some resistance. Like I had been restarting the first 10-15 mins for about 45 mins before my mind finally committed to receiving this exercise. Then suddenly, I found myself tearing up! Both at the overwhelming feeling of love and security surrounding me and within, as well as a sudden release of past trauma. I feel like a part of me just healed itself and it feels the way people describe that sudden release of emotion stored in the body.
*update: two days later and there’s movement with sp!!! He’s asking to be together after a month of no contact!! He came is really loving and understanding! No seriously Shelly this MUST have been the key. I’ve been affirming for so long without movement that I thought I was doing something wrong and started affirming every hour on the hour. Then I started getting tired of it so I was making me spiral into doubt because not only was there mostly no movement but when there had been it was him going away from instead of towards me. We talked for four hours today and we’re going to see each other the next three days while discussing how to move forward!!!
Update three! Two days into us spending three days together and he’s driven me around to my errands, bought me flowers, macarons,wine, Starbucks and breakfast one day as a gift and yesterday he bought me some Lily Pulitzer clothes and we got back together officially! He’s calling me his babe again, telling me he loves me and repeating all my affirmations to me. He’s even cleared up some things that happened in the past which has helped me release some pain plus some things weren’t even what they seemed! I just had a poor self concept!
Also he apologized for the things that he did do as well and has even given me ways he plans to avoid those things and improve as a partner! This works! Please persist!

I am shaking ! I just did this and then went on tiktok and had a few laughs. Then I saw a notification and went about my day. Something told me to go check and it was him! Oh my god!!!

This was amazing. I could feel my SP's presence and us smiling and laughing with so much love. Truly emotional. Came across your videos late last week and did a different one. My SP made time for 2 short calls within a short time frame of doing that meditation and admitted to feeling guilty that he hadn't sooner. Tough with him being in the military, so his time isn't his own, but we make the most of it when we can. Finding this has been a blessing, though, and I'll be using this guided meditation regularly, especially in moments when I feel the most disconnected with him. I can definitely say when I think he'll contact me, he usually does and when I think there's no chance he will, it follows suit. Our beliefs and personal truths DO anticipate our paths.
I've started it. In the same week, SP has recommended your videos to a mutual friend without knowing I'm a fan. This meditation feels so good 💟

Have been listening to this every night. It is one of the most powerful videos I’ve heard. Tonight I felt that fatherly love. I can feel he provides me so much security and his love is so firm and steady to me, and I am so feminine with him!

Day 4： self love meditation x 1 in the morning
Day 5： living in the end meditation x 2
Day 6-8: living in the end meditation while talking a walk
Day 9: do shelly's manifest your love modules
Day 10: self concept meditation

I have been trying to manifest my SP for a month now..going thru all the motions of affirmations, meditation, scripting etc.But this has been the most powerful visualization so far. I have always known deep within that he loves me,but recent events and his actions had really shaken me up and hurt me. I was fearful of how awkard and painful things might be when i see him soon for Christmas, after 6months of separation. But this meditation has restored my faith in myself and i am going to keep coming back to this video till till I meet him at the airport. Will keep you posted on how things go 🙏🏼

the first time I did it, I had this feeling of fear of vulnerability but also a desire to allow myself to stop insisting on being so independent/self-sufficient
The second time I felt so much less resistant to the idea of dependency that comes with actually having a committed relationship and a willingness to let down walls.
I've never really dated anyone never mind been in a real relationship, frankly, i think i've always been guarded and gotten use to the idea of independence and the idea of intimacy just always felt weird. But i think exercises like this are kinda switching something in my mind to say "hey this is okay"
First time doing this and I wept and cried the entire time... At first my intention was to manifest a new love into my life but my ex kept coming up and I felt him holding me and telling all the things I wish before I wanted him to tell me. I was so emotional and wept and wept. Truly powerful...I am still crying.... Very deep felt. Thank you so much! I will update you with what transpires. amazing

This was my third time through. I’ve determined to continue listening many times a day until I stop crying when he says, “I’m right here. I’m not going anywhere. This is where I want to be.”
When I stop crying I’ll switch to only once or twice a day. Not because it’ll make him show up sooner, just because it feels natural and easy to sit there with him, on our pier, watching the water while we sip morning coffee.
