Take a look at the mida, on paper its only perk is slight movement speed increase, sounds shit but its also got a hidden perk wich is high caliber rounds so it staggers like hell at the same time as its fire rate is very high, but it can still four shot like a mid RoF scout, but its got the range of a sniper. Here is some advice for anyone trying to learn how to use TLW. Firstly, you have to be willing to die (a lot) if you want to learn the gun properly. It will take some time to learn when to aim and when to hip fire. If you find yourself in a fight where someone is standing still, aim. Start from the bottom (around the player’s hips or legs) and let loose. As you fire, your shots will rise and your final one or two shots will always kill your enemy. I use this technique, so I always purposefully keep my reticle low whenever I enter any firefights. Most people do not strafe in PvP when at close range, so anyone who stands still gets killed every time. Just remember not to start at the head if you fan fire while aiming. Your shots will go above your opponents head because the gun fires faster than you can pull it down. Now, when you are encountering a guy who likes to dance, do not aim. To move the weapon from left to right while fan firing and aiming is nearly a death sentence since your shots will almost always miss. Plus you will run out of ammo before your sights actually reach your enemy. The gun moves to the left and right very slowly when aiming so this is when hip firing comes in handy. You can follow any one strafing with absolute ease. Think of it as hip firing puts the gun in “horizontal mode” while aiming puts it in “vertical more”. Whenever I encounter an enemy, I always aim to start. Once again, this is because at close range, most people naturally stand still (or strafe very little). If that player makes any horizontal movement, I automatically go into hip fire mode so I can keep up with their movements. I suggest hip firing first, since it’s the hardest to get use too, then aiming. You mind will adjust and before you know it, you’re a machine. In any 1v1 situation at close range, where an opponent is not using a shotgun, i win around 70% of battles. TLW is that rewarding to a skilled hand. Also if an opponent has very little life, always hip fire since its easier to hit body shots and slow your shots. If you want to land a final critical head shot, aim. Hope that helps.
When im a bladedancer i use quickdraw and perfect balance And when im a nightstalker i use single point sling so that it comes out after shadestep instantaeneously but i always use soft ballistics

To all interested in using this weapon or who does use it, I HIGHLY recommend getting some trials of Osiris boots with the perk called"second wind" you are able to draw the last word within .2 of a second and your movement and stability is increased
I've had the gun for a long time. Agressive ballistics doesn't give that much of a damage upgrade. Soft ballistics and balance are the way to go. They allow for easy use at the hip and while ads.
my thoughts exactly. they always pair buffs with rough nerfs. should have left the blanket nerf off the legendary handcannon accuracy and buffed autos with the pulse buffs. then adjusted balance based on performance vs other weapons
Actually there are some mistakes made in this video. Perfect Balance is redundant if you exclusively hipfire because, as the unique perk states that hip firing increases damage and stability, it actually completely maxes out the stability when hip firing making Perfect balance useless in that situation. I tested hip firing both with and without Perfect Balance and the recoil was exactly the same. Furthermore most people use Soft Ballistics thinking that the extra range helps, but in reality there is barely any difference to range if you use Soft or Smart Drift Control. It's better to take Smart Drift control with Perfect balance if you want to ads and Aggressive ballistics for hipfire. The bullets are more consistent with Smart Drift Control. For pve, this weapon could be a godly weapon if it wasn't for the ammo drought that accompanies it. You can lay waste to bosses if you are a Gunslinger with the 2x incendiary throwing knife along with the Sealed Ahamkara's Grasps as you can throw one knife to the boss and then unload all your bullets into him while the exotic gauntlets automatically reload your TLW, when the damage over time from the knife runs out you throw your second knife and continue the onslaught. I believe that one whole mag of the TLW did about the same damage as a pre-nerf Gjallahorn rocket, but yeah you run out of ammo too much even before the TTK with this gun....
I have been playing around with TLW in patrol lately, and then yesterday I took it into the crucible. I was playing rumble with a buddy and I was using TLW to start an engagement, and then I would swap to my sidearm if there was still someone alive at the end of my mag. Very effective combo for rumble as long as you pick your fights and use cover to advance! I was using soft ballistics and single point sling, but now I just started trying aggressive ballistics. I believe it turns up your headshot damage from 99 to 107 from hip in the crucible, no? Pretty good. I didn't realize you were new to the weapon, Holtz. Good luck with it!
I tested it with a buddy in rumble. It did 106 and he had the ram on. I don't think the ram lowered the damage, it just adds effective HP I believe. So it can be 106-107 with aggressive ballistics. Overall I tried AB for a few games. I really wasn't liking it. Prefer soft and single point sling, I feel that with soft I can get away with more of those more mid range engagements as opposed to only close range, barrel-stuffing range. I took TLW into inferno rumble and I was being smart about hugging the edge of the map and taking advantage of close quarters rooms and engagements (although when special drops you should watch out for shotguns) and I was doing really well, played 4 or 5 games and won 3 or 4 of them. TLW really thrives in rumble, you also really get a chance to learn how to juggle multiple opponents. You might have to start an engagement with your primary or your special weapon and then switch to the other one until everyone goes down. Also try to combo it with your grenade and/or melee. I was having a lot of success with TLW/sidearm combo, just make sure you REALLY dont try anything outside of close to mid range, more on the close side if you want consistent downs. My buddy was killing me a lot using that combo too, he really liked it. Would recommend this combo for rumble, maybe not so much 3s. Sniper/shotty are just so good for powering through overshielded targets.
I really appreciate the tips on learning the gun. I just haven't been able to figure it out. I'mma throw on Soft Ballistics and P-Balance and get to practicing, and maybe someday I'll complete that damned Shindig in the Crucible quest.
No it's designed to win close quarters onevone if you have a skilled hand and can land the shots quickly on target. If there's more than one person your certainly dead and if their not close range your also dead. I'm so sick of scrubby fucks acting like its op
I don't use it anymore, but when I did, I used it as a semi-auto weapon and never hip-fired. I didn't even know until it starting getting really popular.
Ninurta RS Except it is true? It does and frequently does. Could be lag but if i have heavy i should be able to outgun a TLW at a 1v1 with us both hitting our shots.
Tbh, it should be nerfed.almost all top players use it, if you know how to use a last word it's op. All they need to do is reduce the damage of it as well as the blind fire bonus damage so it has a lower time to kill. Maybe even buff the aim assist a little, with all the lagg I can barely hit anything anymore.
+Its Vaylr wait,.... What? Dude before you try to talk crap, please understand what I actually meant. I said it's op if you know how to use it and that all top players use it. I didn't say it was op, that means that anyone can use and it's unbeatable, I meant it's a really strong weapon in the right hands and doesn't really need a nerf with all the other crucible problems in the way, but knowing bungie it's gonna get nerfed so don't get your hopes up. In actually fine with the gun, just make so that top tier players don't wreck with it as much, and most top players use aggressive ballistics with single point sling as mentioned in the video. They need to make sure it doesn't 2 shot kill and that it gets a lower time to kill average. Didn't mean to sound like a 12 year old cry baby, so sorry for that, lol.
+Its Vaylr I just want some under average players to have a chance against someone like maybe real krafty, do you think an average player can compete with him using last word? When I said top players, I literally mean the best of the best, not a above average pvp player. Also, it won't matter if the last word has no range, it can still hot players with a decrease to damage, it can still outgun other weapons easily if you have aim with it, even without the 2 shot kill. Like I said, the gun is not op, it requires skill and practise, but "top players" have what it takes, so they will easily out gun people. Do you see prodigy using a really bad weapon? No, he uses last word because he practised and now he's good with it, and he only uses op weapons, lol no hate on him. And what about the there hand cannons with the same damage? They are never used if used at all, There needs to be more weapon balancing or crucible will be broken like it is right now.
+Edris Fazelyar if you're really good player with last word, that's fine if you like the way it is, but a majority of others don't. I love using last word even before ttk due to the fact that I wanted to win no matter the odds, cough thorn, last word, and other old op weapons, I still love it and I use it a lot, but even I know that if a lot of player are doing extremely well with it and it's over used, it needs a nerf for rebalancing the crucible. Same goes to mida, no hate, but majority of players over use it and it's broken.
my first exotic, got it from a legendary engram back in february, I will never forget what you gave me, a truly exotic weapon, also I used to use it in pve, even in the raid, it was good, now I don't dare doing that though, but still is my favorite weapon.
i wish there was an option to switch the hands your character fired with... being left handed it breaks the immersion and makes gun in your hand look and feel weird. (sadly the case for all games i play)
DANGIT! Welp. brb gonna go take this off my list. I should have looked up the first perk and not just the others before putting it there, i admit. I had no idea that the last word was full auto! I just wanted a hand cannon with ridiculous impact and stability. I thought that the rof was weirdly high, but i overlooked it. I can always just go after the first curse that's been on my list for a while now tho. You watch. The next time Xur comes after I take last word off my list, he'll bring it.
Have to take exception to Patrick's definition of OP. If it is working within design constraints but said design constraints (map design) constantly favor the gun then the gun borders on OP regardless of whether it performs as intended. Being OP does not have to be an accident, On the other hand, I don't think it's OP but it is close. Once it's known that a LW is on the field, one just has to be careful not to let that Guardian get too close. Mida is a great tool for keeping LW at bay, though getting caught in close quarters with a LW wielder is not a fun place to be.
I'd like to think High Caliber Rounds is pretty useful for going against other Last Word users. I use High Caliber Rounds and Aggressive ballistics, and I win majority of Last Word vs Last Word encounters.
I've been using the hawk moon for a wile now and I must say that the last word is way more fun to use in P v E even though I've only had it for literally 30 mins. But I have to admit, the hawk moon is more useful due to its much larger clip of 13 shots. (When fully upgraded)
what if i pair agressive balistics with perfect balance? how will that work seeing as im a hunter and my setup pretty much gives all guns i have snapshot and quick draw?
QUESTION*** how can you get The Last Word if you didn't get it in year one?? I've been playing Taken King for a while and hadn't had any drops. Can anyone help?
the worst part about the vagueness of the full auto description were those people on reddit who didn't actually have the gun, but took the description literally. They would fight you tooth and nail stating that fan fire wasn't 'true' full auto.
I realized last week that this gun is pretty op. When I got it more than half a year ago I only used it without upgrades for one match, then I never used it until now. And yes, it's pretty op
Yeah, Bungie nerfed all handcannons when all they should have done was nerf the three godweapons (Last Word, Thorn, Hawkmoon). I tell people who still use Thorn to f*** off. There are two things I hate above all else in Destiny, Thorn and Taken Captains.
+Viktor Näslund No it isnt, if anything is OP right now , its the low impact pulse rifles. like Hawksaw, PDX, and the grasp of malok, they fuckin shred everything
+VadersMyUncle My experience with The Last Word is that no gun what so ever can outgun TLW in close ranges if you hipfire with it. And it's extremely easy to hipfire with it
Maybe it's because I'm salty of doing the Jolly Holliday quest but I really can't see what's great about this weapon. I really play a lot better when using nearly any other primary weapon but with this weapon I just couldn't stay alive for a long time, like I had a target on me or something. Fortunately I have finished the quest and maaaybe I'll take the time to use it but so far I'm not very fond of it and I do like hand cannons, like for example Hawkmoon, any Häkke ones or even the Omolon hand cannons which are very very good.
not related to the video at all, but I (finally) got my Chaperone last night. not long after I started using it, I realised that The Roadborn was proccing on precison kills from my primary (I assume MG's too) precision kills, not just precision kills with the Chaperone. Is this a bug or intentional? Other than that, I'm loving it. Haven't taken it into Crucible yet, but I probably will be soon.
it is a beautiful gun. i tried using it today in crucible and found out I'm shit at head shots and sniper rifles i need a full magazine just to miss properly. auto or pulse rifle and a shotgun secondary.
Does the Eirene RR4 have two appearances to it, because my Eirene RR4 has this cover on it like a test weapon omolon sniper. If u don't know what I mean by cover just compare the Eirene RR4 to the test weapon omolon sniper and see the difference between the two snipers appearance.
you might be playing on last gen, when I upgraded from 360 to Xbox one, my erine lost its barrel cover, thanks BUNGIE, never shipping my mail with you again
Hey, Holtzmann (or anyone else who wishes to answer), off topic question. What sensitivity do you use? (Primarily for PvP) I hear low sensitivity makes sniping easier, and I've found success on both high (8-10) and low (3-4). So I was wondering what you with?
This was my first exotic. I had to solo the weekly at a rather low level to get enough strange coins. Well worth it. (I even used it in PVE until I got a higher better weapon)
I use it hipfire only (unless I'm slowly tapping the trigger to kill a low health enemy) and use High caliber rounds with Aggressive Ballistics Is that good?
Few things: 1) why recommend soft ballistics over smart drift control? looks like SDC has a better pattern but at the cost of some range. which you've pointed out doesn't really matter anyway. 2) When doing those tests with perfect balance and the barrels was the gun upgraded fully already? You claim that perfect balance effects hipfire grouping. But the special perk on the last word maxes out the stability and accuracy for hipfire. So is it possible that you made a mistake here? 3) "it's not a situation of being over powered. But that the game supports it's situation frequently," THANK GOD people are starting to realize this. But i'm going to have to ask why you think shotguns themselves are still too strong or OP when this is literally the same situation. You can't pick and choose.
+mongrelshadow14 1) SDC has a slightly better grouping pattern, but sb does have more range. The range does matter when you are getting used to the weapon, and switching from the recoil of sb to ab is an easier transition than sdc to ag. 2) yes it was all fully upgraded. It is entirely possible that I made a mistake there. 3) I dont think shotguns are op. 90% of the time if you died to a shotgun it is your own fault for being over aggressive. the other 10% is one of those shady connection based kills where he was across the room on your screen, and you were in his face on his screen. I do complain about shotguns now because the only viable choice for one in pvp is the felwinters archetype. That one archetype has been the source of nerfs for the entire CLASS. So that archetype is fine, but the rest of the class is in a horrible place.
after wachibg this vidio decided I needed to get better at hip fireing using the last word, so decided to do the daley with onley hip fiering the last word. bad idea but ammasing fun!
I agree with most your points but I do think the gun needs even less ads stability and a slight range nerf it's still completely possible to kill from some stupid mid ranges and I feel that not what the guns for its very much a cqc weapon that might be useful at mid range but not as reliable in mid range as it is now the gun is almost perfect just those small adjustments and I think we will have a last word every one can be happy with
A few weeks ago I got a Last Word. At this time my crucible k/d wasn't very spectacular (around 1,0 average). Tried the Last Word in a few crucible matches after I got it. Suddenly average k/d of 2,1 with barely any hand cannon practice since i never really liked them. No this gun isn't broken at all.
I know I'm very late to comment but the last word is technically the only single action handcannon in destiny currently. The fan fire perk was a technique used in the old west to speed up the fire rate of single action revolvers and because the guardian "fans" the hammer, it would point to the fact that it's a single action hand cannon. I just wanted to point that out.
I agree that it's not the best for pve, but with high caliber rounds it staggers the enemy enough to reload quickly and keep hammering out rounds, so I find it fun to use.
+Pineapple Games/Gaming Reasoning behind this being that if you sit on the little "seat" thing on the opposite pedestal you're relatively close and hip firing the sister's in the head is easy
this Channel is fantastic...i got it with an exotic engram :) have it for a year and i infused it a lot now it deals 320 damage ,planning to max it to 400 if possible
Guys, I suggest using The Last Word with a good sidearm (Havoc pigeon, Jabberhakke). When your in a 2v1, kill one with TLW and when you have to reload, pull out your sidearm. It will save you
This is a great build but single point sling is not necessary ONLY IF you have quick draw on a sniper and quick draw is a bit better then snapshot mostly because if you have shortgaze but thats just my build
The reason I love watching your videos is because you aren't completely fucking annoying like most other gaming channels. Thanks for speaking in a calm consistent volume without the hype bullshit and clowny humor. Subbed.
A reason why I like the last word is the yellow reticle. It helps a lot because I'm red green colorblind
There's a color blind option for you (if you didn't know).
Just go to your menu and scroll all the way to the right. It's in there somewhere.
+SP- gaming that doesn't work on optics / scopes.
its yellow because its the golden gun super
+solar sentuary i still don't believe that rumor. how can it be golden gun? golden gun doesn't twirl.
+TheHappyCrafter its not a rumor, its the (half) truth. TLW and Golden Gun have the same model, but obviously they each have different animations and stats

I'm not sure "sadist" is the word you want there.
+athroughzdude Yeah I was thinking that. Masochist, more like.
Ninurta RS Yeah, that would make more sense.
+cckillbilliy your teammates would suffer when you can't dps worth a shit and they're constantly reviving you
It can only be used in vanguard legacy
+Nicholas Copeland naw man last word is fun in strikes
How do you GET IT
+Mason Munn Xur, Exotic Engram, Nightfall, etc.
Plz pray for me man, got an exotic primary engram
I got it from prison of elders.
+Adolfo Camacho level 35?
+Hakke_destiny I got it from lvl 28 prison of elders
I really appreciate the tips on learning the gun. I just haven't been able to figure it out. I'mma throw on Soft Ballistics and P-Balance and get to practicing, and maybe someday I'll complete that damned Shindig in the Crucible quest.
I do not quite follow this thinking: The gun is not op; however, it is designed to dominate one vs. one engagements on 90% of Destiny PvP maps.
+Nathan Roe ...you just explained an op gun
+Chris Crisco thats what hes saying
+Chris Crisco No. He gave reasons for why this gun is considered to be OP. If Destiny had Halo style maps, TLW would be average at best.
No it's designed to win close quarters onevone if you have a skilled hand and can land the shots quickly on target. If there's more than one person your certainly dead and if their not close range your also dead. I'm so sick of scrubby fucks acting like its op
+Alex Baker almost any primary you use you're fucked it there's more than one person and the maps make it op but guess what? it's still op regardless
I don't use it anymore, but when I did, I used it as a semi-auto weapon and never hip-fired. I didn't even know until it starting getting really popular.
"I wouldn't call this gun OP, it just works really well in 90% of the maps"
Yeah, it's overpowered
+Zanttu sälevä It works in 90% of maps because they're tiny and full of tight corridors, which is also why shotguns ruled the crucible
Just like any gun?
+Zanttu sälevä Or the map design is shitty. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the map designs could be better, especially for 3v3 game modes.
+MyakuHitotachi the map design for destiny is some of the worst in the genre. It's cancerously bad.
Lol thank you, well said. the rock...paper...last word, lol.
thank you! I'm working on my chaperone quests right now. 52% right now~! ^,^ half way thereeeeee.
I love dat ending doe
This is one of the best reviews I have ever seen! 👍🏽
TLW can outgun HMGs at almost all ranges.
= too strong
+CHEDDScast That was before the year 2 nerf. It is still very strong now, but nowhere near what it used to be.
+CHEDDScast But not Quellim's Terminus ;)
+CHEDDScast fucking. lie.
+UBCS Wraith hopefully it will be pvp nerfed
Ninurta RS
Except it is true? It does and frequently does.
Could be lag but if i have heavy i should be able to outgun a TLW at a 1v1 with us both hitting our shots.
Anyone know the name of the guitar music they usually play in the beginning of some of their other weapon reviews?
The Last Thorn FTW!
+Kenshi0909 booooo
No. It's The Ace of the Last Hawkthorn= Most OP gun in game.
that actually sounds awesome
Caleb Fuller :D
+DerpyWoodoo The Ace of the Last Hawkthorn's Curse maybe? The First Curse perk is pretty useful, as long as it's not used on the first curse xD
i always use this when there's a Small Arms buff on Weekly Heroics.. me and my clanmates are having a blast..... as long as there's no elemental burn
I dont think the last word is op :)
+raul espinosa better than mida; mida is so easy to use and so boring to use
Same goes to mida, no hate, but majority of players over use it and it's broken.
im still trying to get this weapon.
:'(
Xur plz. Do your boi a solid.
in my opinion:
Ace of Spades > The Last Word
If you know how to use it, the ace of spades can be a beast :)
I m lastword for life....And NO...Ace of Spades isnt better than LastWord
Black Panther ex Evin Mwti Ik, But I'm a way better using Ace of Spades than TLW
first curse is ace of spades with bonus stat boosts when ads... in my opinion.
+Black Panther ex Evin Mwti i really love TLW, but i've being using the ace of spades and it's a really good gun, you can outgun almost everything :)
I remember when the Suros Regime was my Multi-Tool. That thing could be used in any and every scenario. God Bless Year 1
my first exotic, got it from a legendary engram back in february, I will never forget what you gave me, a truly exotic weapon, also I used to use it in pve, even in the raid, it was good, now I don't dare doing that though, but still is my favorite weapon.
What's a good secondary to pair with this gun
up until last week, I had no idea this weapon was full-auto. I've been semi-automatically shooting this gun since y1.
It makes sense that it doesn't work too well in 1 v 2 engagements - it's a duellist's weapon, for showdowns at High Noon and what not.
i wish there was an option to switch the hands your character fired with... being left handed it breaks the immersion and makes gun in your hand look and feel weird.
You watch. The next time Xur comes after I take last word off my list, he'll bring it.
are you gonna do another review since they changed the exotic perk? I heard the hit registration is alot better now.
Have to take exception to Patrick's definition of OP. If it is working within design constraints but said design constraints (map design) constantly favor the gun then the gun borders on OP regardless of whether it performs as intended. Being OP does not have to be an accident,
On the other hand, I don't think it's OP but it is close. Once it's known that a LW is on the field, one just has to be careful not to let that Guardian get too close. Mida is a great tool for keeping LW at bay, though getting caught in close quarters with a LW wielder is not a fun place to be.
will aggressive ballistics actually take a shot off to kill in PvP? if not, then why would I not go for more stability and range?
I'd like to think High Caliber Rounds is pretty useful for going against other Last Word users. I use High Caliber Rounds and Aggressive ballistics, and I win majority of Last Word vs Last Word encounters.
Does single point sling stack with quickdraw from the Bladedancer subclass? Thanks :3
I can see a little bit of a Remington revolver coming in with the design. Probably because of how the top of the Last Word is designed.
the worst part about the vagueness of the full auto description were those people on reddit who didn't actually have the gun, but took the description literally. They would fight you tooth and nail stating that fan fire wasn't 'true' full auto.
anyone here still play around with the Khostov? (don't know if I spelled that right)
Why does mine only do 160 damage then when I upgrade it it only goes up by one damage
I know this is old news, but its worth mentioning that Gunglinger's Golden Gun is Last Word
guys which way is more easy to get The last word? I know,to farm for primary exotic, but another way?
my first exotics thorn, paitence and time, and the last word (always a place in my heart when i play this game).
I am a pretty good sniper, but I usually run blade dancer with QuickDraw so should I still use single point sling. Or perfect balance?
how to balance this gun? make it hip fire only since the gun is focused on hip fire.
If I get Thorn from a legacy engram I would instantly dismantle it. I would just make sure that I get the grimoire.
+VadersMyUncle My experience with The Last Word is that no gun what so ever can outgun TLW in close ranges if you hipfire with it. And it's extremely easy to hipfire with it
+Ilpo Surokivi Lol I also get pissed when people use thorn. It's not that it's op, it's just that I hated thorn before and will always thorn now
What sniper is that at 4:45
TLW was my first exotic just weeks after vanilla launched. I used it religiously in both pvp and PvE.
I use soft/aggro with perfect. Or maybe that's just because bladedancer comes with quickdraw. (I am a hunter main)
+Redteku quickdraw doesn't effect switch times. haha
Tony Scimeca It affects ready time. Which makes the spin faster, too.
The hip fire range on this weapon is really good. I don't feel it's op anymore though for the reasons mentioned in this vid
i remember getting my first one in the treasure in the prison of elders when the house of wolves first came out
Does the Eirene RR4 have two appearances to it, because my Eirene RR4 has this cover on it like a test weapon omolon sniper.
Know whats also pretty good? Agressive Ballistics and Perfect Palance
This was my first exotic. I had to solo the weekly at a rather low level to get enough strange coins. Well worth it. (I even used it in PVE until I got a higher better weapon)
How to get this weapon?
Did you throw a knife at S.A.B.E.R.-2 (3:58)? I bet it was tickly.
Can you guys a review on Y2 Bad juju?
I use it hipfire only (unless I'm slowly tapping the trigger to kill a low health enemy) and use High caliber rounds with Aggressive Ballistics
Is that good?
Few things:
1) why recommend soft ballistics over smart drift control? looks like SDC has a better pattern but at the cost of some range. which you've pointed out doesn't really matter anyway.
+mongrelshadow14
1) SDC has a slightly better grouping pattern, but sb does have more range.
Patrick Casey I appreciate the reply. Sorry for assuming you thought shotguns were a problem.
The last word is now good for PvE and PvP in destiny 2
Damn I remember when this gun was ridiculous. Fun times on a bladedancer. Might come back to Destiny just to mess around again.
after wachibg this vidio decided I needed to get better at hip fireing using the last word, so decided to do the daley with onley hip fiering the last word. bad idea but ammasing fun!
No this gun isn't broken at all.
now to last word vs first curse, the current now versions
I know I'm very late to comment but the last word is technically the only single action handcannon in destiny currently. The fan fire perk was a technique used in the old west to speed up the fire rate of single action revolvers and because the guardian "fans" the hammer, it would point to the fact that it's a single action hand cannon. I just wanted to point that out.
I agree that it's not the best for pve, but with high caliber rounds it staggers the enemy enough to reload quickly and keep hammering out rounds, so I find it fun to use.
is there any other ways to get the last word besides xur or is xur the only way?
This is good if you don't have Touch of Malice or Black spindle for the sisters.
+Pineapple Games/Gaming Reasoning behind this being that if you sit on the little "seat" thing on the opposite pedestal you're relatively close and hip firing the sister's in the head is easy
+Pineapple Games/Gaming and reload all day. sisters is the only fight I think malice is mandatory
It's good if you DON'T have ToM.
where did your intro music come from?
this Channel is fantastic...i got it with an exotic engram :) have it for a year and i infused it a lot now it deals 320 damage ,planning to max it to 400 if possible
Guys, I suggest using The Last Word with a good sidearm (Havoc pigeon, Jabberhakke). When your in a 2v1, kill one with TLW and when you have to reload, pull out your sidearm. It will save you
how do i get the last word? grinded for months when the TTK came out and never got it or saw a quest for it.
Jacob Michael it's a random drop
lol just a question - is sector 618 a PlayStation exclusive map? I play Xbox and I've never gotten it...
So is the Last Word easier to use than the First Curse?
In house of Wolves, the last word was by far one of the best hand cannon ever. Esspecially equipped with the LDR.
I still have my year 1 last word. won't it still be just as effective in the crucible?
This is a great build but single point sling is not necessary ONLY IF you have quick draw on a sniper and quick draw is a bit better then snapshot mostly because if you have shortgaze but thats just my build
Finally someone who realizes that you have to work for this gun. Took me forever to learn how to use it properly
The reason I love watching your videos is because you aren't completely fucking annoying like most other gaming channels. Thanks for speaking in a calm consistent volume without the hype bullshit and clowny humor. Subbed.
