Wolverine was enhanced by Adamantium and Is an experto Martial Arts fighter. The Adamantium makes him almost indestructible with His regeneration Powers. Wolverine would be an Enhanced Beta level mutant. Probably making him stronger than alpha level mutants. Add the fact he has trained in all forms of combat. And he Is One of the Best hand to hand fighters in Marvel.
@@CameraPunk5049 Wolverine is Alpha. The classification is not only linked to the power level, but also to the generation of mutants. Since Wolverine, but also Mystique, Apocalypse, Selene and Sabretooth were among the first mutants of all, they're all alphas, regardless of their strength tables.
@@TheGamingCrow That's not how that works, classification-wise. Wolverine, though possessing a top=tier regeneration power, isn't an Alpha mutant -- it has nothing to do with his being a first-generation mutant but, as noted here and in somewhat-differently-phrased scaling, with his relative power level compared with the degree of non-variance to a consolidated norm of said mutation. He's definitely a Beta mutant in those scalings. There's nothing wrong with that. Though many Alpha mutants would have more potent abilities and more stable/integrated mutations, a given Beta mutant may have a stronger power level in relative context compared to a given Alpha -- the effective degree of power for a given ability isn't the sole aspect measurement in this regard. (The point I disagree with in terms of the video is the Gamma/Beta comparison -- Gamma mutants in prior unofficial scalings (as these scalings all started as fan-creations that the comic writers eventually adapted themselves because it really made sense in context to the prior-mentioned Beta/Alpha notations) were those mutants whose powers were unstable and often a threat to themselves and/or others (beings or the environment) that the mutant couldn't readily control: it wasn't just that they appeared unusual, meaning that Beast/Nightcrawler for instance would still be Beta mutants whereas Cyclops would more contextually/credibly be categorized as a Gamma vs Beta/Alpha due to his lack of control over his dimensional aperture/energy emissions but can be managed via his visor.) Now, having further enhancements and/or skills -- such as Logan's adamantium coated bones or his top-tier combat experience -- just makes him more dangerous/effective in the areas he excels at (laying down the whoop-ass)... but that doesn't change his relative categorization as a mutant. He's a Beta mutant.
Toad is also one of those who kept improving every retcon. He was originally pretty much a toadie, forgive the pun. He was originally just some ugly fat guy with barely superhuman jumping ability with acrobatic ability that one of his build couldn't normally do but not quite superhuman.
He’s amphibious, can spit venom, has heightened regeneration abilities, and has superhuman leg/tongue strength. It’s definitely not surprising he’s on the same level as them.
Is it really a "power level tho" It aint exactly dbz scouters. it's just a tier list is all. Toad would get bodied in a fight with Wolverine. He'd just get cut to pieces if he engaged him lol xD There are plenty of worthless ass characters in omega tier. The tiers dont mean shit imo. It's the character and whether or not they are written well imo :3. If wolverine was more powerful than he currently is, let's say we give him t he ability to fly. Well now he's like 100x as powerful as he was before. Or teleportation or super speed or super jumping like the Hulk or something. You have to have your characters within certain limits in order for the 'magic' of your universe to be respected by the audience. just my 2 cents :)
I’m pretty sure the scalings are just based off of what the base powers are not the strength of them because wolverine could easily be a beyond omega just from his healing factor which stops poisons ( can’t find the spelling of the metal ) 24/7 and once brought him back to life from just a single drop of blood so unless they erase him from the universe and plot doesn’t force his death he could theoretically live forever
Jean Grey and her entire gd bloodline are Omega or close to it. There’s a reason the phoenix force saw the Grey/Summers clan and was like “oh hey gurrrrl”.
Because they are pretty much the only mutants alive who can handle and be hosts to Phoenix Forces full power without it killing or driving them insane.

Yes and no. Jean grays powers without the Pheonix force are mutant powers. as a mutant she is certainly not beyond omega level. She is between alpha and omega. The Pheonix force is not a mutant ability for her, so it isn't really part of a mutant power level hierarchy. @@marlin9053 His entire point is that despite being beyond omega in pure power level (maybe), she is not an omega level MUTANT, because she's not at that level sheerly through her own mutant powers. She's just, like, a beyond omega level... person with superpowers... who is also a mutant. Like, if you gave a beta level mutant a universe-destroying gun, would they suddenly become a beyond omega level mutant? No, they'd be a beta level mutant who can do beyond omega level stuff... using their gun. And even if that gun was fused to their body and brain or whatever, making it basically part of the user, that gun would still be a power separate to mutant powers.
8:35: “Omega level mutants can cause widespread destruction and are easily considered a global threat if things turn sour.” Yep, Storm is the weather part of Mother Nature, and she can definitely cause widespread destruction and can be a global threat. People are affected by the weather all over the world every single day. It's a good thing for Planet Earth that Storm doesn't get angry like the Incredible Hulk does.
Wolverine’s healing ability is VASTLY underrated as OP. You can beat your superiors by outlasting them, outliving them. While more powerful mutants age and die, Logan is still alive. And therefore wins on a very important level. He’s still there. Also, never sick, near endless stamina, healing of ridiculous injuries, immune to poisons, no chance of Alzheimer’s etc. Amazingly strong mutation.
@@c.ladimore1237 You know, that’s not the mutant ability, that’s Logan trying his best to get killed 110% of the time. As a regular person with ambition and a drive for knowledge and health, I would choose the healing factor over any other mutation. What am I gonna do with magneto’s power in this world? Be a lab rat? Be a indentured servant for the US military? No thanks. I’ll just live long and prosper.
@C. ladimore well I guess the ability is not invincible as adamantium managed to overwhelm his healing factor over time and ended up poisoning him, but other than that, it is OP. Besides, Logan knew he was dying from adamantium poisoning, but he chose to die/there wasn't much he could do about it.
@@uriel9777 That’s what Logan believed it was revealed later in the movie that processed goods had been mixed with mutant power reducing chemicals. Wolverine may not be an Omega mutant due to his power not directly causing wide scale destruction immediately but his healing factor and strength prove his ability to outlast seemingly stronger opponents. I think his ability to take on opponents like the Hulk who we all know is notoriously busted in many continuities prove his strength.

Beast only became a blue furry animal when he experimented on himself. But he already had animalistic traits before, he just wasn't the blue beast in the begining.
I've always thought Beast was kinda like spider-mans webbing. Yes, he wasn't born furry but he does have a Mutant brain that I think inherently created the formula.
Interestingly, she is classified as an Omega in Nate Grey’s self-made reality. That’s as good as we will ever get in confirming what class Wanda would be if she were still a mutant.
Jesus... This video confirms this is nothing but a farm channel. My first gripe... Beast didn't turn blue because of his Mutant ability. That came from a coloring error, which was written Canon as an experiment gone wrong that he did on himself.
Omega-Level is the final and absolute level for mutants. There’s no beyond or God-Level. Now Storm is God-tier as she has absolute control over all forms of weather be it natural, cosmic, universal or dimensional. God-tier is it’s own category like Iron Man became Iron God, Spider-Man became God-Spider (or something), Storm ascended into Godhood.
One of the listed criteria for the Omega level is that they are effectively immortal. That describes both Wolverine and Magik (Ilyana Rasputin). The three Sommers brothers are all immune to each other's powers, so they can recharge each other or set up a wicked overcharge attack against someone by attacking each other first. The rebound effect is nasty. Does anyone know if Christopher Sommers is immune to the attacks of his sons?
I LOVE Wolverine! One of my favorite characters. But... hard to justify more than a Beta level when he can be nullified by staying 6 feet away from him or floating 10 feet in the air. All he could do is throw rocks and sticks at you 🤷
@hulkslayer626 Well, his leaping ability would allow this 5'3" fellow to dunk a basketball, even if it was twice as high. There is also the fact that he could jump from a helicopter at something akin to 2000 ft and be able to fight. His mutant ability will also tell him by smell when you are attacking and from where, so hitting him if he doesn't want to be hit is virtually impossible. See, every system in his body is so hypercapable that he can physically do nearly anything he wishes and come out safe on the other side. He is either one, the irresistible force, or the immovable object, depending on need. There are other ways he is not limited to your mere 6 foot/10 foot range. He and Colossus have this one attack they call "the Fastball Special" that they commonly use. What happens is that Colossus picks him up and throws him at the target person or object, and Wolverine goes, "Snickt, Schwack, yeah, buddy." They have other similar maneuvers. We saw one such in the first X-men film with Storm doing the flinging. The factor that increases him at least to Alpha is that he is unkillabe. He is effectively immortal. Oh, and as for the throwing rocks and sticks thing, his musculature and reflexes are such that if he throws a pebble at you, it will likely have the ballistic characteristics of a bullet fired from a gun, and a stick would hit you with a force far greater than any arrow. He is also the consummate warrior in both attitude and training. Additionally, when he throws those missiles, he will NOT miss, unless missing was his intention all along, say a distraction.
@heinleinreader All of your examples are predicated on him being able to touch you, which is why my point was if he can't, he's useless. I understand he is a great fighter who has had over 100 years of combat experience and is extremely deadly... but you can't be Alpha if you can be nullified by social distancing. You can't be Alpha if you need another person to help you (Colossus/Beast with the Fastball Special). Think of a 1v1 fighting game like Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. If it was Wolverine vs any mutant that can fly or telport and they said "Ready? FIGHT!" And the other person just flew up or teleported away, Bam! Fights over! Draw! Melee mutants are limited to Melee combat. Once it's at range... that's it.
@hulkslayer626 What you fail to grasp is his reflex control is so precise that if he missed, it was because he intended to miss, as with a distraction. If he wants to hit you, he will hit you. It is that simple. His musculature is such that he will hit you with a thrown pebble, and the force will be akin to that of a bullet from a high power rifle. A thrown pencil will strike like a crossbow bolt. So no, he isn't limited in range. He could throw that pebble from half a mile away and hit you with pinpoint precision. That incorporates his extreme training as a warrior to his mutant abilities. Can you say that a sniper is the most useful or least valuable man in a unit? I would call him the most valuable because they generally have close quarters training like the rest of the unit as well. This is what makes Hawkeye so valuable despite just being a normal man.
As soon as i read the title of this video i knew the comment section was going to be full of corrections. This content farm channel needs a writer that really knows and likes comics and doesn't just copy the MarvelWiki.
I feel nightcrawler should be classes higher. Just for the fact that when he teleports, he doesnt warp space, he opens a pocket dimension that can be lived in. I believe hes trapped ppl there before
Its not power based despite the title. It's mastery and control of their powers that makes them their levels. That and how their powers effect their lives. Betas like Wolverine can't choose NOT to heal for example. Kurt can't choose to look normal like Rogue can't touch people without taking their powers and lives. They're gammas because their powers don't make up for their drawbacks. Colossus and Kitty can turn their powers off and on as they wish and don't effect their lives negatively in any way.
@@TerryB01 Nightcrawler is Gamma because of his appearance. The same goes with Beast, Mystique, Azazel. Wolverine is Beta. Rogue was Beta, but since she can control her power, she’s Alpha
i would suggest that in the most general terms a power or set of powers is more advanced the more utility it has, ie a run of the mill power, like electricity generation and munipilation, sounds simple you can shock people, likely from somewhat of a distance, but thats not all such a power could be used for, it could be used to resistate recent heart falure, and could easily be exploited by the user to endlessly power all manner of on person electrical devices, ie, never paying for a ride ever again with an electric car, effecting the eletrical paterns of the brain for all manner of effect, alturing personality, copying a mind... as you can see, a powers worth cant be truly messured until it is fully explored and perfected. edit i see the topic of the video is spicificly xmen comics lore not a general idea of power ranking, ^^ kk.
I’m over the omega classification at this point. Every new writer wants to make their favorite an omega level. Every character doesn’t have to have god level abilities. It’s more fun when they have limits and have to struggle to overcome their shortcomings.
Legend is debatable. Very powerful but his mental instability makes him not in control of his powers so he is similar to rogue pre control. Cyclops is not an alpha level mutant since his powers have a pretty bad side effect of not being able to ever not wear glasses so he doesn’t have complete control with the help of tech. However, I think there should be a separate group of alpha level mutants who are not alpha or omega themselves but whose gentetic makeup ends up creating powerful mutants. Like the Richards family, Cyclopes, Wolverine etc.
Cyclops is an Alpha level mutant. His inability to shut off his optic blast have nothing to do with his mutation. It’s a psychological thing for him. Also he is officially classified at this level by the comic writers and Apocalypse himself. Wolverine is not a powerful mutant and his name doesn’t belong in the same tier as Cyclops, let alone Franklin Richards. He belongs in beta tier.
@@Aureilius2112 first that wasn’t my point regarding wolverine I know that he’s a beta level mutant however, his genetics have been used to create many other powerful mutants so that’s why I suggested that should be some sort of separate category for mutants that that have created a plethora of very powerful mutants. Second , the writers can change whatever they want but if we’re looking at original cyclops he is not an alpha level mutant, and the fact that he can’t control his optic blasts because of psychological reasons is very similar to the reason why rogue couldn’t control her powers it’s still part of the defect. Another thing being an alpha level mutant is they also been said that you were also at least a global level threat cyclops powers are powerful but they can’t be said to be a global or universal threat. A plethora of mutants, including wolverine go take him out. In fact, there are several times where wolverine does just that. I think there is an issue Wolverine mills the X-men. I get that overtime They tried to make cyclops even more powerful, but he’s the least powerful one of his brothers.
@@jaymanjay3.0 So it has never once been said in this history of Marvel Comics that an Alpha level mutant must be a global level threat. Bishop, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, etc are all Alpha level. You’re thinking Omega level. That being said, Cyclops attack potency could be seen as a global level threat. His powers were stated to be strong enough to crack a planet in half, he has hurt Dormammu enough to make him retreat, and destroyed the physical form of Apocalypse. I agree with the point about rogue, hence why she is an alpha level mutant. Also when X-Men first came out in the 1960s, this power classification system didn’t exist. It was a 90s thing that didn’t become popular until the mid 2000s. I don’t think citing first appearances before a character has even had their powers fully explained really counts for anything.
@@jaymanjay3.0 Also you’re citing alternate universe stuff in your response. We are talking about main comic universe here. Wolverine would NEVER be able to take out the entire team of X-Men by himself despite what happened in the Old Man Logan universe. It’s not cannon. There are many examples of writers being given alternate universe stories where they can do whatever they want and ignore the current continuity. It doesn’t mean anything to the main 616 continuity. So no… Wolverine does not “take out” Cyclops or any other powerful X-Man like Storm, Jean, etc. He would get stomped if he tried. Also, tell me which ‘powerful’ mutants Wolverine has created?
@@Aureilius2112 some really good points here that I stand corrected on. However, every superhero has their squirrel girl moment when they beat some cosmic level being they have no business standing any chance against. For the most part cyclops has been made more Op over the year but for most of his history he has not been taken too seriously as compared to some of the other heavy hitters. I get that the ranking looking at specific powers and how they interact with the person but I think it should go a little deeper then that. Like you can have a beta level mutant be more deadly then an alpha because of the way in which they utilize their powers as well as how unkillable they truly are. Cyclops singular power is awesome but I take Wolverine in a head to head because he’s close to unkillable and just more ruthless. His tracking abilities are so good he could hunt down cyclops and kill him in sleep before he opened his eyes. For me Cyclops is just too easy to kill with almost no defensive pluses to his powers. He needs oxygen, he needs to eat, everything about him is human besides his beams making him not the most versatile character on the x-men. My opinion of course.
I think Quicksilver should be an Omega level mutant he is quicker than the eye can see he is so quick that time seems to stop around him, and also I don't get how he was defeated in X-Men apocalypse and dark Phoenix because how can you fight something you can't even see something that moves faster than you could look
@ramsay2234 Northstar is part of Alpha Flight, has yet to be introduced to the MCU, and has not got the power versatility that Pietro had. Pietro would hit you lightly with a tap and KO you with the force of the blow. Pietro also could control the abilities of others with his movements. More versatile the Quicksilver. The video never said it was MCU only and mentions folk who haven’t been in the mcu.
@ramsay2234 And that was the point. His "speed" is not structured around running, but around flight. And that was why I said what I said. You were yet again wrong, and you are still trying to portray yourself as infallible. No matter how wrong you are, you defend your mistaken belief in your absolute "correctness." Mutants are probably the most dark and fucked up idea made by marvel. Particularly the mutant kids. They can’t help it, but people just want to go hunting for them, and treat them like animals. The Mutant kids being tested on in Logan was extremely dark, and was very distressing and sad.
It's actually stupid that apocalypse is somehow considered an alpha level when there are less than 3 omega level ones that could either beat or even have a chance he's one of the most powerful beings to exist, That will always piss me off
@@katkit4281 I agree but then there either needs to be a distinction between the two or had him in two categories at once his base from is alpha and his upgraded form is way higher is a god at that point especially considering he can give himself any power or ability that's an insane level of power he can basically negate anything thrown at him because he can just give himself whatever counters the attacks done to him honestly he's one of the most powerful beings to have ever and will ever exist yes a god amongst gods, But I think the crazier thing is how powerful celestial technology is that it allows a super powerful being to become so powerful that hundreds of ultra powerful heros couldn't do any damage to him and he had to retreat due to the body he had not being able to handle his power that's actually a crazy feat right there when you think about it
@@IcePurpleX That makes zero sense. Domino is likely THE most powerful of all, next is Xavier(or any strong mind control like him). After all they can convince anybody to do their bidding for them. The adamantium claws of course being his main weapons perfect for slashing and stabbing through humans/mutants/monster, and heavy armor.
@zaynes5094 You're letting your fanboy take over reason. Wolverine doesn't have the power of Alpha levels let alone omega levels. He's a beta because he can't completely control his powers. He can't play dead because he'll heal. He can't control it. Its based off of control, impact on their lives, and power. Even in the first X-Men movie, she could imitate logans claws. and in X-Men: apocalypse she shifted Psylocke's sword with the ability to actually cut, just like how she sliced apocalypses neck. at that point, she could turn into a dragon. If her powers were upgraded by a lot, she could eventually/possibly gain the ability to shapeshift into another planet. What level would she be on?

It’s precisely because I know my shit that I’m pissed off at all this retcon bullshit, which is really just a money grab by a new generation of writers who have zero creativity so instead of creating new IP, they simply “reimagine” existing characters and distort them beyond all sanity and watch as juvenile casuals like you pee themselves silly at the mind blowing novelty of it all.
Actually, Beast's blue skin and fur are his 2ND mutation. His original mutation was having an ape like physique...possessing superhuman reflexes, agility, and above average strength.
A VARIANT OF (WOLVERINE) I IMAGINE EXISTS WHO’S AN ALPHA LEVEL ONE: I imagine in a different realm, there is a variant of Wolverine, who is a Alpha level mutant. In addition I imagine he has learned how to do meditation in order to handle his fragile mind. I imagine it took LOGAN aka Wolverine ten years to master, this type of rare type of meditation, to fully heal his wounded mind. I also imagine that after mastering the first one, he then decided to train his mind again, to learn the secondary meditation, and that one makes it possible for him to access his memories. I imagine while he was training he had decided for himself, to listen to the advice of his teachers, to not leave the building until he had mastered the learning method. But even so I imagine it wasn’t easy for LOGAN to do so, when he noticed most of the time the awful things happening, and it really got him very upset. I imagine this variant of LOGAN aka Wolverine, he has an extra mutant ability, and that is a super strong immunity. One that is able to make it possible for him to develop a total immunity to any type of sickness, illness, decease, sexually-transmitted decease and virus he gets exposed to. So once he gets exposed to whatever it might be after a few hours, or days, or weeks, or months depending on what it is, he will eventually get better, and whatever it might be will never be able to effect him again. Plus to add I imagine he has a universal blood type, so he can share his blood with others, and his blood can be used to make the perfect antidote to whatever the problem is.
Remember that Wolverine single-handedly beat the Brood by his mutant healing factor treating the Brood virus as a pathogen that it then killed off. This gave the Shi'Ar the basis for an antigen against the Brood.
Sorry, but Logan is not a beta. He's an independent man who has an attitude. He has the personality and characteristics of Jason Bourne, or John Wick--he's a sigma.
since Jean Great had the phoenix force she was omega for sure, after she had white phoenix of the crown she was beyond omega, coz if we compare her to Wanda who should be mutant too considdering her and her brothers (quicksilver) father was magneto, she was able to fight with thanos and was only one who had chance alone, Jean Grey with dark phoenix force would be able to do same (maybe more since phoenix) while white phoenix of the crown is supperior to dark one...
I hope to see some day a video comparing famous heroes/villans to the mutants level like, what level of mutant Thor, Blade, Hulk, Cpt. America, Venom, Dr. Von Doom are?
Thor and Hulk: both omega level Venom: Alpha Cap, Blade: Beta Doom? Depends on what shenanigans he’s up to, but anywhere from Alpha to beyond omega level.
Is Jean's raw telepathy (excluding Phoenix buffs) actually stronger than Xavier's? I always assumed it wasn't, especially considering Xavier has a side effect to his powerful telepathy, in that he can't walk. Was pretty surprised to see that she was listed as the Omega telepath ober Charles in the Krakoa island stories.
Hard to say it USED to be Jean's telepathy was second ONLY to Professor X. Then lazy writers get to change everything. I think she is Omega telekinetic now. Wish Marvel's writers would have to have cannon checks.
@@markhousel7936 i liked jean when they retconned her power and made her telepathy omega, but not her telekinesis. we got to see her use her telepathy for omega level feats like beating Nightmare or sending logan's consciousness throughout the past. unfortunately, it seems that her telekinesis is also omega now, which makes me hate her again. and, even worse, she also has psylocke's power to make psychic knives, but she can make six of them in the shape of wolverine's claws.🙄
I believe Jean was stranger than Charles telepathically, only less experienced as she got older and went through more she grew into her full potential. She did defeat him in a telepathic battle at least once, to my knowledge, by shattering his mind and then reforming it. That's pretty op
Wolverine is a perfect example of how the level of a mutants power isn't everything.
@@TheGamingCrowlmao no he’s pretty beta
(The point I disagree with in terms of the video is the Gamma/Beta comparison -- Gamma mutants in prior unofficial scalings (as these scalings all started as fan-creations that the comic writers eventually adapted themselves because it really made sense in context to the prior-mentioned Beta/Alpha notations) were those mutants whose powers were unstable and often a threat to themselves and/or others (beings or the environment) that the mutant couldn't readily control: it wasn't just that they appeared unusual, meaning that Beast/Nightcrawler for instance would still be Beta mutants whereas Cyclops would more contextually/credibly be categorized as a Gamma vs Beta/Alpha due to his lack of control over his dimensional aperture/energy emissions but can be managed via his visor.)
Now, having further enhancements and/or skills -- such as Logan's adamantium coated bones or his top-tier combat experience -- just makes him more dangerous/effective in the areas he excels at (laying down the whoop-ass)... but that doesn't change his relative categorization as a mutant. He's a Beta mutant.
All you truly need to succeed is constant healing factor
That awkward moment when you realize Toad is the same power level as Wolverine, Sabertooth, and Mystique.
All very dangerous in there own way but clearly limited
Toad is also one of those who kept improving every retcon. He was originally pretty much a toadie, forgive the pun. He was originally just some ugly fat guy with barely superhuman jumping ability with acrobatic ability that one of his build couldn't normally do but not quite superhuman.
He’s amphibious, can spit venom, has heightened regeneration abilities, and has superhuman leg/tongue strength. It’s definitely not surprising he’s on the same level as them.
Is it really a "power level tho"
It aint exactly dbz scouters. it's just a tier list is all. Toad would get bodied in a fight with Wolverine. He'd just get cut to pieces if he engaged him lol xD
There are plenty of worthless ass characters in omega tier.

Beasts experiments are what made him go blue.
@@uriel9777 That’s what Logan believed it was revealed later in the movie that processed goods had been mixed with mutant power reducing chemicals. I think his ability to take on opponents like the Hulk who we all know is notoriously busted in many continuities prove his strength.

@heinleinreader he can throw a pebble from a mile away with pinpoint accuracy, and it would hit like a bullet....? Now you're just making shit up... 🙄

Its not power based despite the title. It's mastery and control of their powers that makes them their levels. That and how their powers effect their lives. Betas like Wolverine can't choose NOT to heal for example. Kurt can't choose to look normal like Rogue can't touch people without taking their powers and lives. i would suggest that in the most general terms a power or set of powers is more advanced the more utility it has, ie a run of the mill power, like electricity generation and munipilation, sounds simple you can shock people, likely from somewhat of a distance, but thats not all such a power could be used for, it could be used to resistate recent heart falure, and could easily be exploited by the user to endlessly power all manner of on person electrical devices, ie, never paying for a ride ever again with an electric car, effecting the eletrical paterns of the brain for all manner of effect, alturing personality, copying a mind... as you can see, a powers worth cant be truly messured until it is fully explored and perfected. edit i see the topic of the video is spicificly xmen comics lore not a general idea of power ranking, ^^ kk.

Everytime I hear "mutancy" my mind goes "mutation".
Wow 😲.😳 Amazing
So glad you mentioned Dazzler!

On that Sigma mutant grindset
Awesome video, thank you for the info.
I think Quicksilver should be an Omega level mutant he is quicker than the eye can see he is so quick that time seems to stop around him, and also I don't get how he was defeated in X-Men apocalypse and dark Phoenix because how can you fight something you can't even see something that moves faster than you could look
She can track the mind, not the body.
He’s not classed as a mutant anymore, and I’m pretty sure Northstar is faster.
@ramsay2234 Northstar is part of Alpha Flight, has yet to be introduced to the MCU, and has not got the power versatility that Pietro had. Pietro would hit you lightly with a tap and KO you with the force of the blow. Pietro also could control the abilities of others with his movements. Northstar had difficulty contacting others when at speed. But sure, he was more powerful because you said so from on high, and you are always right. You know everything, right?
@@heinleinreader ok no one said i was always right or am saying anything from on high dude so chill. I just keep up with the comics. In recent years Northstar has headed up X Factor and lived on Krakoa. He can move FTL, but his body can’t handle it. He can also fly, has energy projection via light and can team up with his sister.
No matter how wrong you are, you defend your mistaken belief in your absolute "correctness." It is you using the same wrong statements to "prove" how correct those wrong statements are that give cause to the opinions I expressed. Therein lies the difference. I understand that I express opinions. You feel that you are uttering natural law.
I think it might be good if all these different levels of mutation, could be both mentioned, and shown in the new Marvel cartoon shows.
Ice cream? That is the definition of a One piece devil fruit! XD
Mutants are probably the most dark and fucked up idea made by marvel. Particularly the mutant kids. They can’t help it, but people just want to go hunting for them, and treat them like animals. The Mutant kids being tested on in Logan was extremely dark, and was very distressing and sad.
11:52 Jesus is beyond omega
Jesus Christ is Omega level.... yes he was a real person in the Marvel universe's.
Rogue should be classified as an omega level mutant as she can copy and use every power of an omega level mutant.
Totally agree. And Xavier compares her to Jean a lot in terms of being difficult cause she's so powerful
Didn’t know that Iceman was Omega level and was that powerful!
It's actually stupid that apocalypse is somehow considered an alpha level when there are less than 3 omega level ones that could either beat or even have a chance he's one of the most powerful beings to exist,
That will always piss me off
But that is because of his upgrades and Celestial tech. His actual pure mutants powers does have limits.
@@katkit4281 I agree but then there either needs to be a distinction between the two or had him in two categories at once his base from is alpha and his upgraded form is way higher is a god at that point especially considering he can give himself any power or ability that's an insane level of power he can basically negate anything thrown at him because he can just give himself whatever counters the attacks done to him honestly he's one of the most powerful beings to have ever and will ever exist yes a god amongst gods,
But I think the crazier thing is how powerful celestial technology is that it allows a super powerful being to become so powerful that hundreds of ultra powerful heros couldn't do any damage to him and he had to retreat due to the body he had not being able to handle his power that's actually a crazy feat right there when you think about it
@@IcePurpleX That makes zero sense. He is an Omega level threat, which is different from being an Omega level mutant since non-mutants can be Omega level threats but his mutant power has limits so he cannot be an Omega. He is as powerful as he is because of celestial armor, not because of his mutant powers and since armor is not a mutation he cannot be classified twice.
Xmen is the best love nighycrawler
He's a loser
Domino is likely THE most powerful of all, next is Xavier(or any strong mind control like him).
After all they can convince anybody to do their bidding for them. The train example, sets probability to 100% that a portal opens or maybe kitty grabs her to let the train pass.
Xavier is the same.
And what happens if rogue touches Domino? Or any mutant? Does she accidently set the probability of the universe ending.
4:23 i like IceCream! 😁😁😆😸👍👌
Wolverine, cyclops , Rogue and. Nightcrawler are Alpha level mutants
Definitely but Rogue should be way higher
No, Wolverine and Cyclops are betas and Rogue and Nightcrawler are gammas.
@@johnnycage112 cap
@@johnnycage112 How? How could wolverine be considered a beta? I hope you're not talking about just power-level because power-level, I mean Wolverine has it ALL. Super-enhanced senses. Super strength (although not nearly as strong as Hulk or Thor or Captain America). Super durability (along with his ability to keep fighting for hours on end without having to really stop). His insane healing factor which we saw in affect in the comics when Thanos vaporized him and he came back together just from that.
Pyro and Quicksilver alphas becuase they can turn their powers off and on whenever they want without worry. They're not omega because they have limits on their powers. Wolverine has decent powers but they're not overwhelming. His skills is what sets him apart. Same as Sabertooth and Mystique. Functionally they're no more powerful than Toad or Blob.
I was today years old when I learned there’s a mutant whose only ability is turning himself into ice cream 😂😂
Gambit Beta??? WTF are you talking about 🤣🤦♂️
I know the Class 1-5 classification system was made up for the films, but it'd be cool to hv something like that in the comics & the MCU.
It depends on iteration (Xmen had many retcons). Some "variants" of Wolverine were beyond omega and single counter to Jean. Basically immortal for all intents and purposes, instant regeneration even if a shred of DNA remained.
I’m one of those Omega levels in the making right now. 😅😮😊
Was wallflower really just a delta? I thought they killed her because she was a huge threat she just didnt fully develop her powers yet?
I also feel like having obvious physical mutations doesnt necessarily equate to being gamma? Am i wrong? I thought it was more on the level of their abilities?
I LOVE mutants!😍😻
Wolverine a beta no lie. Jubilee is an alpha that the Gosh darn truth. So I’m saying Jubes is classified higher than Logan, but don’t worry kids I think with a little training and a lot of luck-maybe just maybe Wolverine can narrowly take her down. 😊

I always thought Cyclops hand huge potential. He emits force through his eyes, What if he could do this through every cell in his body?
So what he can just blast lazers out of his skin? xD
How about on certain parts of his body other than just his eyes. Like... his... palms... and ... his dick, his butthole and his nipples? idk LOL

@@kisaragistation5220 Not even close.
@@huntertezz There is a difference between Hope and Rogue. Hope mimics others powers. Rogues powers looks like Hope's but in actuality she absorbes, she does not mimic.
what level is mystique on? I'd assume a high level as in the comics she could grow wings, stretch her arms, and turn into something as small as a worm.
So originally she was a beta - low alpha but at some point she got her powers increased to tge point she can change even things she used to be limited by such as her scent and things
I was gonna bitxh but you kinda saved it at the end.
How do you think Psylocke (Kwannon) and Captain Britain (Betsy Braddock) would rank? Alpha?

Nahhh that train ain’t hitting Domino, it’s going off the tracks lol

A VARIANT OF (WOLVERINE) I IMAGINE EXISTS WHO’S AN ALPHA LEVEL ONE:
I imagine in a different realm, there is a variant of Wolverine, who is a Alpha level mutant.
Cypher is at least Alpha level! Jean Grey is an Omega level! Storm is Omega Level!

Isn't legion one of the strongest mutants ever? Shouldn't he be beyond omega too?
since Jean Great had the phoenix force she was omega for sure, after she had white phoenix of the crown she was beyond omega, coz if we compare her to Wanda who should be mutant too considdering her and her brothers (quicksilver) father was magneto, she was able to fight with thanos and was only one who had chance alone, Jean Grey with dark phoenix force would be able to do same (maybe more since phoenix) while white phoenix of the crown is supperior to dark one...

This video has much wrong with it. Jean is an omega because of her telekinetic powers. Her telepathy is not on the same level.
@@katkit4281 That makes more sense. Isn't Quire the omega telepath?
Hard to say it USED to be Jean's telepathy was second ONLY to Professor X. Then lazy writers get to change everything. I think she is Omega telekinetic now. Wish Marvel's writers would have to have cannon checks.
