This show molded my tiny little brain in such a positive way. It helped me grow up to be accepting of people's of all colors, but mainly blue, lol, and anyone with disfigurement or mental issues and to give all people a shot based on their character, instead of appearance

If you haven't already, you should make a video of all the non-Mutant characters that were in the show such as Ghost Rider, Punisher and Captain America. This was still a really fun watch!
Still the greatest super hero cartoon to me JUST edging out Batman the animated series.... I had always loved the Xmen best and still do despite the awful films done on them so far (Logan aside) so hoping they get the Marvel Treatment and each of the main characters gets a movie or two for the public to digest them.
I watched the animated series in the 90's... Own the series on DVD... And watch it on Disney+. I must say that the dialogue was ahead of it's time. I love watching it now more than ever as a 40 year old adult. What an incredible cartoon. The greatest superhero cartoon.

Mutant Levels make no sense. When you measure something in science you need to create a standard and control. If mutants have powers that are so vastly different from each other. There is no way you can quantify them. They become niche or situational at best. It really comes off as "That thing" that the author wanted to hype a character up, rather than anything that made sense canonically.
Thanks for the video but please check your facts/sources and be more concise/consistant with the edit (i.e. you should have grouped twins Northstar and Aurora, who share the same power set, like you did Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, who have vastly different powers.
What I loved about this series is the things they hinted at if you read the comics. Like when Jean reads Cable's mind you know that she finds out that Cable is the son of her and Cyclops and she says he is more important to our future then you know.

Yeah, I loved seeing them too. But, the video is about the bigger roles in the show, rather than quick cameos. But yeah, I'm right there with ya. I want to see a video with a comprehensive list of every identifiable character on screen, mutant or other, speaking role or background character. Some of the other quick glimpses that I recall off the top of my head were Stryfe, Rachel Summers Phoenix, Immortus, Ghost Rider, Punisher, War Machine, G.W. Bridge, Nick Fury, Garrison Kane & some other X-Force related characters, and Spider-Man's hand. lol

Love how many expert hand to hand combatants and genius’s just so happened to be mutants. A lot of the mutants in later seasons were super cheesy. I like the mutants that at least had some sort of sense about them. The dude that could make copies of himself after being hit by any physical contact makes absolutely no sense. @classicsagat Yeah that one was a weird shot. At first the "Original X-Men" appear to be kids in street clothes. With Jubilee, who shouldn't even be there in either shot, appearing older than Storm. Then everyone else except gets older and dawn their original costumes. And Jubilee is just there in both shots, and the same age.

Selene was never used in X-Men: TAS so in the universe of the cartoon Apocalypse is the oldest mutant
