I disagree but for different reasons. When I was a middle aged man, I started getting a large number of social invites from very young women. At first I was quite chuffed, even flattered. I had to ask: “Why me, and not someone younger?” The answer was not flattering. It was simply they knew I’d turn up as promised, and they were sick of being stood up by feckless young men. You have a shot at women in two phases. The first is in her 20s, preferably by 25. This is the stage when you can do the full blown family, building a life together and so on, If he is lucky he has a 10% success rate with a woman this age. The second stage is later in life (I am in my 60s) and at this stage you want a woman who has already faced reality and just wants a man to finish out life with. I am seeing a woman who is 47, widowed, maintains her own home and finances, and we get together when the mood is there. It is more about companionship and support at this stage and a woman this age is really easy to be with.

There is a cheat code. There are alot of educated and successful women in their 30+ in the big cities. Especially because the educated men get married quickly there. So there are a lot of women that miss out. Also the ratio of women in the big cities is greater. They are quality women you just need to meet their education standard and career standard normally.

This is more than true here. The few women I've talked to in their early to mid 30s that aren't club-material also aren't really wife material and typically have trauma-laced pasts. The ones in their 40s are even worse off, as it's difficult to find any that don't/didn't have kids (one way or another) or haven't been carousel riders for 20+ years.
The concept of "younger woman less experience" makes sense on paper and was more true 40-50 years ago. But girls today are sexualized at a young age, and the culture itself is hyper-sexualized. So by the time they get into college, casual sex has been built as "independence." That's why it's naive to think that a younger woman who's 22-25 in this day and age will have a low body count and less baggage. Spot on. The median age for marriage 1890-1970 was 24-26 for men and 20-23 for women. I don't know where the manosphere came up with the whole "the tradition has always been a man establishes himself first, and then marries a 22 year old when he's 35." Up to the early 1960s, a man could get a factory job or he worked on the family farm. A family could be supported on one income. It was easy to do the whole family-thing at a young age. Once we got to the 1970s, things changed and continue to this day.

I got divorced in 2007, just as the social media became mainstream. Watching women self destruct helped me avoid a full relationship again. I'm 41 too! Decent shape. I'm pretty immature myself (by that I mean I have a lot of energy and can still go out late, be silly, etc) so I vibe with girls in their mid-late 20s. If you want younger women but not immature, at 41, try to date in the 32-35 age group. They’re not all single moms. Today most women aren’t having their first child until late 30s early 40s like 37-42 years of age. There are plenty of childless women between 30-37. You just have to find them. They are out there.

For men, you reflect a lot more during mid-life about how you spend your time and getting the most value out of what you do as you realise that mortality is now facing you head-on during the back half of your life. Those in their 30s are still trying to get that last grasp out of their youth before hitting the big four-oh. There is an existential difference in how you view your experiences and where you have come from and where you are going. Depending on what you did or did not do in your 20s depends on what you will try to do in your 30s, as opposed to what you avoid doing in your 40s. There is oftentimes a huge amount of strife between those goals for people who are in a relationship at different points in their life.
Most of the good women get taken by either their high school sweetheart, college sweetheart, or from a fairly large social circle soon after college. More women go to college than men, so if you are a guy that doesn’t go to college and didn’t keep a large social circle from high school it could likely be hard for you finding dates.

We're the same age. If you look your age then your female peers probably assume you're taken or have multiple situations going on, or "baggage." Some probably assume that because your height and body type are sought after, that you have many women to choose from, so older women eliminate themselves off the bat, and often assume you'd choose younger anyway. Older women often have been there done that and don't have the desire or will to compete like some younger women do. Younger women may be impressed by your height and body type, and also may gravitate towards you if they have father issues and see you (subconsciously) as a way to fill that void.

I'm 40, and the women I work with who are students in their early 20s. I literally have nothing in common with them. They enjoy musical artists who's not really artists, they don't have the same nostalgic memories etc. We can't have much of a conversation, because we're at different stages in life. Large age gap relationships can work on some occasions. But mostly they will fail.

The thing is, most men who will go for this strategy are the ones who couldn't get anything their age when they were young and think this might salvage them. So not only will settling down with a quality young woman not work for the reasons you described, but they also won't be getting laid with young women at that age. I will say, though, for guys my age, finding women to wife up is super difficult. I have dated an 18 yo when I was 35 for 3 years. Nothing wrong since we both decided to commit. But in the long run a 20 y.o lives differently from a 40 y.o. Lots of fun and sex. If you pass mid-30s, you have to do quite well in appearance and money wise, to attract young women that are sort of wife material. Yeah, looking back, I probably should have settled down with one of my girlfriends back in my 20's. They were loyal, fun and beautiful. The options in my now late 30's are NO GO. I would rather just be single then have to settle for the options available now. I wish I had almost never experienced the 20 year old women I had as it has tainted the view of the older women that are available now. It's like driving a new Ferrari in your 20's, then having to be content with a used Honda Civic in your 30's. Same with the honeymoon stage of new relationships. Everything is hot and heavy when you first start out. Everyone is on their best behavior, then over time, it simmers down a lot. I have lots of married buddies who haven't had sex with their wives in over six months. What's spooky though, is most the young girlfriends I had in my 20's are shadows of their former self now. Most are very heavy, anti-sex, anti-men, bitter attitude etc. It's tough to say what the best direction to take and when to take it is. There are no guarantees.
To be honest, it's what most men recognise or have recognised for a while. The only older men who skirt chase young women are the Chad/Tyrones who never grew up. Any man with a decent head on his shoulders knows that everything mentioned in the video above is 100% fact and usually not worth the hassle unless you want hassle in your life. I would never date a woman in her 20s, as we would have nothing in common. Interests, goals, ambitions, and life experiences would all be completely antipodes to one another. Any man worth his salt recognises this, but then he's also stuck with facing the problem where women his age he either does not find very attractive or she has way too baggage or she's incapable of providing him with a family.
Another possible thing with a really young woman's family is the suspicion... a decade and a half and you didn't get married before? Even engaged? Many families aren't like this but with a more conservative, traditional family she'll have to deal with a lot of questions. Also need to think about if they intend to pass on property, a business, etc. This is why a son in law of similar age to the daughter is so valued because it's someone who can "grow up" within their family as an adult and be primed to take over control of these as an inheritance. And you're not like that because you spent your adult life away from them. So your main option is to either deal with this as best you ca, or deal with a girl from a single parent family/blended family where this isn't as noticed or cared about. Which brings up its own issues too.
The only way to find a keeper is if you luck out and find a good one in their early 20's, and to find one that's older she is either going to be a widow and you have to deal with their grief over the loss of her ex (Understandably) and you'll always be second in her heart... or she was cheated on / dropped but she isn't jaded and doesn't blame all men for the actions of one (Very rare).

I'm going to be absolutely frank with you mate... there is no peace. You have to strive to reconcile the fact that you're not upholding the essentialism of your life: you're not siring an heir, and you're expanding your lineage. It's a harsh and uncompromising fact of life for some of us, but also something you have to consistently remind yourself to not let it get you down by occupying your time and your mind with hobbies. However, there will never truly be peace knowing you didn't fulfill your duty as a man.
My last Serious Relationship was with a 24yo and I was 37. It was amazing while it lasted. I made some mistakes and take full responsibility for my part of it ending. However, I really learned a lot from it and actually the age gap had little to do with it not working out in the end.
I can't entirely agree with the notion that "ripped abs" would be a prerequisite quality for any man in his 30s who is attracted to younger women. 36 & in good shape physically. Money decent but still not loaded yet, working on it. Relationships I'm struggling in that I had a long relationahip and kids that ended in divorce. That ended about 3 yrs ago. Since then my longest relationship is 12m (she was great looking but brought chaos not peace lol) so I struggle to find someone who is appealing but also brings peace to my life. You learn what you can and can't deal with. In a few years I really could be top 5% so reluctant to get in a relationahip again unless its the right girl. This is totally true. I got married at 38 and my wife is only 5 days older then me. The good thing is my wife is from Thailand and looks 10 years younger for her age. She was never married and had no kids. We have been married 3 years now. I tried dating girls in their 20s but could tell a big difference in maturity. If you, say, own a 🏠 outright (something not easy to do at 26) and a 🚘 (ditto), you should have ‘em lining up around the block 🧍♀️🚶♀️🏃♀️, so to speak. In my 20s, as a guy, I had a truly miserable social life, partnered 6 months in a decade. Then bought a house 🏠, paid it off by 34, and suddenly developed “charisma” (it seems to happen when you own a home 🏠). Thoroughly enjoyed my life in my 30s and 40s. Options almost unlimited. And seemed attractive to 20s women, too. I also became more confident. Learning to communicate in several foreign languages helped as well. So my advice to you is be patient, accumulate wealth, improve yourself, travel, go where you’re wanted … and if you are an average guy, you’ll then have above average opportunities … and good luck.

36 yo here. Got a few years long relationships and a dozen short-terms. At some point in every relationship I felt trapped, disrespected and powerless, so I needed to end them one way or another. Now I am enjoying my peace, friends and hobbies. I must say dating in your 30s is quite easier than in your 20s but while in my 20s I was eager to give any good-looking woman a chance with me, now in my 30s about 90% of women that are interested in me I am willing to ignore even for a single red flag. Young men, expect a huge change in your mentality around your year of 35.
I'm now 44, When I was 41 I dated a 22 year old for 6 months. Biggest mistake of my life. It ended without warning or any issues between us due to a 3rd party interference. I disagree but for different reasons. When I was a middle aged man, I started getting a large number of social invites from very young women. At first I was quite chuffed, even flattered. I had to ask: “Why me, and not someone younger?” The answer was not flattering. It was simply they knew I’d turn up as promised, and they were sick of being stood up by feckless young men. You have a shot at women in two phases. The first is in her 20s, preferably by 25. This is the stage when you can do the full blown family, building a life together and so on, If he is lucky he has a 10% success rate with a woman this age. The second stage is later in life (I am in my 60s) and at this stage you want a woman who has already faced reality and just wants a man to finish out life with. I am seeing a woman who is 47, widowed, maintains her own home and finances, and we get together when the mood is there. It is more about companionship and support at this stage and a woman this age is really easy to be with.

This is why I like LFA. I’m 42 now and yeah finding a woman in her 30s that’s single and not messed up is unicorn country. This is more than true here. The few women I've talked to in their early to mid 30s that aren't club-material also aren't really wife material and typically have trauma-laced pasts. The ones in their 40s are even worse off, as it's difficult to find any that don't/didn't have kids (one way or another) or haven't been carousel riders for 20+ years.

I'm 41 too! Decent shape. I'm pretty immature myself (by that I mean I have a lot of energy and can still go out late, be silly, etc) so I vibe with girls in their mid-late 20s. If you want younger women but not immature, at 41, try to date in the 32-35 age group. They’re not all single moms. For men, you reflect a lot more during mid-life about how you spend your time and getting the most value out of what you do as you realise that mortality is now facing you head-on during the back half of your life. Those in their 30s are still trying to get that last grasp out of their youth before hitting the big four-oh. There is an existential difference in how you view your experiences and where you have come from and where you are going. Depending on what you did or did not do in your 20s depends on what you will try to do in your 30s, as opposed to what you avoid doing in your 40s. There is oftentimes a huge amount of strife between those goals for people who are in a relationship at different points in their life.
Most of the good women get taken by either their high school sweetheart, college sweetheart, or from a fairly large social circle soon after college. More women go to college than men, so if you are a guy that doesn’t go to college and didn’t keep a large social circle from high school it could likely be hard for you finding dates.

We're the same age. If you look your age then your female peers probably assume you're taken or have multiple situations going on, or "baggage." Some probably assume that because your height and body type are sought after, that you have many women to choose from, so older women eliminate themselves off the bat, and often assume you'd choose younger anyway. Older women often have been there done that and don't have the desire or will to compete like some younger women do. Younger women may be impressed by your height and body type, and also may gravitate towards you if they have father issues and see you (subconsciously) as a way to fill that void.

I'm 40, and the women I work with who are students in their early 20s. I literally have nothing in common with them. They enjoy musical artists who's not really artists, they don't have the same nostalgic memories etc. We can't have much of a conversation, because we're at different stages in life. @@HCforLife1 Nope, it's weird because there is an existential disconnect. Someone young eough to be your daughter is still learning things you've already mastered several decades ago. So you end up having to treat her like a child in many regards. If you're okay with that kind of Oedipus relationship, then that's fine, but there is no way I could ever be in a relationship with someone that much younger than myself, because it means we are not partners, it means I am her surrogate parent.

Yeah, looking back, I probably should have settled down with one of my girlfriends back in my 20's. They were loyal, fun and beautiful. The options in my now late 30's are NO GO. I would rather just be single then have to settle for the options available now. I wish I had almost never experienced the 20 year old women I had as it has tainted the view of the older women that are available now. It's like driving a new Ferrari in your 20's, then having to be content with a used Honda Civic in your 30's. Same with the honeymoon stage of new relationships. Everything is hot and heavy when you first start out. Everyone is on their best behavior, then over time, it simmers down a lot. I have lots of married buddies who haven't had sex with their wives in over six months.
What's spooky though, is most the young girlfriends I had in my 20's are shadows of their former self now. Most are very heavy, anti-sex, anti-men, bitter attitude etc. It's tough to say what the best direction to take and when to take it is. There are no guarantees.
Marriage and love is definitely for younger people (late teens to mid 20s).

To be honest, it's what most men recognise or have recognised for a while. The only older men who skirt chase young women are the Chad/Tyrones who never grew up. Any man with a decent head on his shoulders knows that everything mentioned in the video above is 100% fact and usually not worth the hassle unless you want hassle in your life. I would never date a woman in her 20s, as we would have nothing in common. Interests, goals, ambitions, and life experiences would all be completely antipodes to one another. Any man worth his salt recognises this, but then he's also stuck with facing the problem where women his age he either does not find very attractive or she has way too baggage or she's incapable of providing him with a family.
Another possible thing with a really young woman's family is the suspicion... a decade and a half and you didn't get married before? Even engaged? Many families aren't like this but with a more conservative, traditional family she'll have to deal with a lot of questions.
Also need to think about if they intend to pass on property, a business, etc. This is why a son in law of similar age to the daughter is so valued because it's someone who can "grow up" within their family as an adult and be primed to take over control of these as an inheritance. And you're not like that because you spent your adult life away from them.
So your main option is to either deal with this as best you ca, or deal with a girl from a single parent family/blended family where this isn't as noticed or cared about. Which brings up its own issues too.
The only way to find a keeper is if you luck out and find a good one in their early 20's, and to find one that's older she is either going to be a widow and you have to deal with their grief over the loss of her ex (Understandably) and you'll always be second in her heart... or she was cheated on / dropped but she isn't jaded and doesn't blame all men for the actions of one (Very rare).
I mean it's gonna suck for all ages. Younger guys struggle too. I think the idea that he thinks is easier when your younger I think he's out of touch with reality. Even younger guys today are struggling to find the girl they want. When your older it's probably not gonna be that much different to say it's harder or easier is gonna depend mostly on the guy.

I'm going to be absolutely frank with you mate... there is no peace. You have to strive to reconcile the fact that you're not upholding the essentialism of your life: you're not siring an heir, and you're expanding your lineage. It's a harsh and uncompromising fact of life for some of us, but also something you have to consistently remind yourself to not let it get you down by occupying your time and your mind with hobbies. However, there will never truly be peace knowing you didn't fulfill your duty as a man.
My last Serious Relationship was with a 24yo and I was 37. It was amazing while it lasted. I made some mistakes and take full responsibility for my part of it ending. However, I really learned a lot from it and actually the age gap had little to do with it not working out in the end.
I can't entirely agree with the notion that "ripped abs" would be a prerequisite quality for any man in his 30s who is attracted to younger women. Brother, I had "ripped abs" and bench-pressed sets of 8 at 225 pounds for years during my twenties, yet I could not get laid to save my life because I lacked confidence, the charm, or the spontaneous humor that most women of all ages find attractive before they even notice a man's build, looks or net worth.
Now older, wiser, and a divorced father who is still attracted to women in their twenties, I learned over time that a man's personality trumps all other qualities, including looks and apparent wealth, in the eyes of most women even in the twenties age group. Suffice it to say I am making up for lost time, and having the time of my life. Mileage varies, and I only wish I knew then what I know now.

Men achieve status & gain resources later in life. Even in the looks department, most men do start understanding the importance of keeping fit and being stylish in their 30s.
So yes, for most guys that would be their mid-30's. But if you are a guy who achieved status, money and keeps fit in your early 20's, then women would prefer that version of you over the older version of you with the same features.

Women want better men to sufficiently satisfy their hypergamy which has increased because they now have jobs equal to or above those of the average guy. If you are above average you won't have trouble getting dates. The problem is that the quality is still going to suck because Western women are essentially good for nothing anyone. I date a Caucasian foreigner not because I had to but because she was one of the few women who still is one. 36 & in good shape physically. Money decent but still not loaded yet, working on it. Relationships I'm struggling in that I had a long relationahip and kids that ended in divorce. That ended about 3 yrs ago. Since then my longest relationship is 12m (she was great looking but brought chaos not peace lol) so I struggle to find someone who is appealing but also brings peace to my life. You learn what you can and can't deal with. In a few years I really could be top 5% so reluctant to get in a relationahip again unless its the right girl. Plus the way it is now, there is always other options. Maybe I'm just living out my youth for a while, having diff women, and I will settle again in the future. I guess my past makes me cautious to commit. As much as I wanted it to work with my last gf she was too much to deal with. We had some good times, but in reality I know she wasn't right for me.

This is totally true. I got married at 38 and my wife is only 5 days older then me. The good thing is my wife is from Thailand and looks 10 years younger for her age. She was never married and had no kids. We have been married 3 years now. I tried dating girls in their 20s but could tell a big difference in maturity. I have a single guy friend who is 40 and is now considering going over seas to find a wife since the chances of finding a girl roughly the same age without kids is a lot higher in the Philippines or Thailand VS the US.
There was time used to look for date, always ignored , pissed ,bit lonely just relised what waste of time putting my dependency on womenist.

In my 20s, as a guy, I had a truly miserable social life, partnered 6 months in a decade. Then bought a house 🏠, paid it off by 34, and suddenly developed “charisma” (it seems to happen when you own a home 🏠). Thoroughly enjoyed my life in my 30s and 40s. Options almost unlimited. And seemed attractive to 20s women, too. I also became more confident. Learning to communicate in several foreign languages helped as well.
So my advice to you is be patient, accumulate wealth, improve yourself, travel, go where you’re wanted … and if you are an average guy, you’ll then have above average opportunities … and good luck.

Now I am enjoying my peace, friends and hobbies. I must say dating in your 30s is quite easier than in your 20s but while in my 20s I was eager to give any good-looking woman a chance with me, now in my 30s about 90% of women that are interested in me I am willing to ignore even for a single red flag. Young men, expect a huge change in your mentality around your year of 35.
I'm now 44, When I was 41 I dated a 22 year old for 6 months. Biggest mistake of my life. It ended without warning or any issues between us due to a 3rd party interference. Months later I attempted to salvage the relationship as I hadn't seen her for a while, her response - ignore me, ghost me. It did finally end with a very vocal confrontation some months later. I later learned that I was just a pawn in her cheating game. I will never forgive her and still hate her friggin guts to this day
