Hats off to Amedkar. He used maximium value principle of computational Ranking( A.I. level OF MATHEMATICTS) . In this way, the candidate which is mostly liked by the MLA's will be selected.
(FYI - Same sort of formula was used in Social network movie to rank girls)

See consider 100 mla in state assembly n elections 4 3 seats but 4 candidates den elections will takes place in which each mla fills prevence 1,2,3 on ballot
      Here 100 mla n 3 seats means 100÷3=33.3 + 1=34.33
It means every candidate needs at least 35 votes to get elected if 2 mp is get elected in first round by getting 35or more than 35 votes
But for 3rd seat no1 gets 35 votes in first round den counting goes in second round mp who wins more votes in second round of assembly wins elections

This preference system should also be implemented to MLA & MP (Lokshabha) elections also.
This will make party or candidates more responsible and are answerable to all voters in a constituency , relying on vote banks and communities can be avoided to some extent

Fun Fact: this is exactly how the President of India is also elected. Though the value of votes of MP is more than that of the MLA.
For MLA the formula is : total population of the state/total number of relected MLAs of the State Legislative Assembly x 1/1,000
For MP the formula is - total value of all elected MLAs of all the State Legislative Assembly/ Total number of elected MPs

The rank choice voting system should be applied to all general elections as well, with the benchmark set to 50%+1 of all votes casted. In my state, in the last 2 assembly elections, 7 out of 60 elected members and then 8 out of 60 crossed the 50% mark, which is a true majority. The rest were elected with a plural majority. I assume this happens a lot in other states as well.

Each MLA vote has a value of 100.
      Ex -
      There is a state X with 100 MLA's. Vacant Rajya Sabha seats = 10
Then a person to win needs value
      100x100/(10+1) + 1=
      910.09 value
