Stayed at St Joseph Center about 6 weeks ago. Beautiful oasis in the middle of Metro Little Rock. Got a great history lesson about the building. We used our Jenny also. Great people. Great hosts. The best of HH.

We just got back from 2,300 mile trip through Texas using Harvest Hosts. Such a unique and wonderful way to see this land! I love the way you show your thirst for adventure and to learn new things. We have a 24 ft Winnebago View and I can’t imagine it with 2 kids. It’s just me and my hubby! You guys are amazing!
I would be curious about your favorite HH Spots as we live in TX. I get tired of the "resort" places but it's so hard to get into state parks. You either book 6 months out (and we can't do that) or take a chance on not finding a last minute.
We are learning to very much enjoy HH. We have decided no more wineries as wine is getting more and more expensive. We can see spending the $20 as a thank you we just can’t see spending $36 on wine we do not appreciate. To each his own. We are starting to LOVE casinos, however, it would be difficult to take Hensley and J. J. there. Love you guys! ❤️
I drove a school bus for 13 years and all I saw was kids so overwhelmed by peer pressure.. from 4-18 years old. To watch your kiddos so free from that is completely refreshing! Living your best life! Harvest Host is our favorite way to travel! Got 7 scheduled in our 4000k starting next month!
Little America in Flagstaff is the bomb when it comes to truck stop showers. They have huge soaking tubs in the showers. So if you're in the mood for a soak or want to give all the kids a bath at the same time try it.
@@LessJunkMoreJourney there are also free dump stations all over the place one of the chain gas stations has them at every location. But I can't remember the name.
These stops were so cool. Most other Harvest Hosts I've seen on TH-cam have been farms or wineries, so I had no idea there were such a variety of unique attractions.

We recently came up through California pretty quickly and stayed at quite a few Harvest Hosts with our custom wooden fifth wheel/tiny house on wheels. We had the most awesome, memorable and really sweet stays! A Harvest Host membership really is super special and its so cool all the people you get to meet and businesses to learn about and support. Watching your kids fly around airplanes, barnyards, and near volcano rims in *wonderment* , enthusiasm and with energetic child energy is absolutely precious! Cheers to you and safe travels!!

I Kinda like our 26 Class C but only when I go solo, I think it’s to small even for two and a small Wiener dog. I hate myself for selling our 40’ Class A. I’m Looking for a 30’ or 32’ class A for our next RV. I would also like to join the harvest host and boondockers welcome next year, right now we love our Thousand trails. Love your kids!! I don't know if you made it through yet, but Oregon has llama and alpaca farms. There's actually some alpaca here in Sacramento as well. I hope you're having fun. It's nice to have you in our neck of the woods. Everything seems to happen on the east coast! I've only been past Idaho twice!

Just love your kids energy! Such happy kids too! I laugh when you describe your accommodations - I grew up 1 of 7 kids. We camped across the United States, from Maine to CA and back in a Ford Econoline van. The first trip we ranged in age 9 months to the oldest 17. I’m sure my parents were crazy at times but every single one of us had fantastic memories of these and many other trips. Life is all about the adventure!
Ok Marissa, your crew can go to museums and the like with my wife and they can stroll through without reading anything and you and I can lollygag and educate ourselves. I don't understand hurrying through these kind of things but that's what our spouses do. Keep the good stuff coming and give the kids a hug for me.

I wanna a class C so I can do this. So no 5 th wheels only RVs? We live in west Tennessee for 16 years born and raised in Southern California, we’ve made that trip with the 5th wheel since 2010, haven’t gone in the last several years. Lol we’ve stayed in rest areas slept between big rigs over night. In Oklahoma a small camp area, Texas was in Amarillo near the big Texan. For the night. All off of the 40 interstate. You guys will love Northern California. My favorite place is Round valley lake, near Quincy Cali, lake Siskiyou near mount Shasta, the red woods,Big Sir, gotta go to Solvang California oh my can’t wait to see your adventures in California

Next time y’all go through Oklahoma, stop in a a Braum’s location. They have good burgers, but there ice cream and shakes and Sunday’s are the best! There’s milks is probably my favorite milk.

My grandparents lived in the area in the 1920’s. They used to get ice from there.
The St. Joseph Center is very nice. We love Harvest Host. We traded our 30’ Class C for our fifth wheel, (wife’s idea). Now travel is much more work.

Next time y’all go through Oklahoma, stop in a a Braum’s location. They have good burgers, but there ice cream and shakes and Sunday’s are the best! There’s milks is probably my favorite milk.
