Check our latest video of a family of 4 in a fully renovated Fifth Wheel RV! th-cam.com/video/ukhaNLoOk7Q/w-d-xo.html
That's a great video! It's amazing to see how families can make the most of limited space in RVs. Speaking of RVs, have you heard about the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series? It's a versatile power supply that can keep your devices and appliances running for extended periods. It's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like us! Check it out for yourself.
Hate when youtubers make a video and add every link under the sun except the youtuber they are filming?
May I ask if your insurance is very high for this kind of living!? You don’t have to answer if that is a rude question.
@@CherokezPittman😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
I can’t even imagine driving around in something that big. I don’t like that leaning feeling. I was driving a car at a dealer that was a suv and it had a lean feeling. Like a van. I got out of it right away and said not for me.
I’m so glad that you guys prioritize the kids and letting your kids choose if they want to live in the Bus. As long as your kids get a say and are happy than that’s all that matters
Of course they say they're okay with it, they want to please their parents. Also they're kids they don't actually have a real say in what the parents decide.
@@twilightqueen221no not really I’m 13 I wouldn’t have any type of problem living on a bus …and it wouldn’t be to please my parents bc that’s actually so cool to live on
@@twilightqueen221projecting much, me and my family live in an RV and it's amazing way better than being at home in the cold and going to public school
Wait til they get older lol
If they said no. They still would of been on the bus you simpleton lol
I really love the rich family values and open-mindedness of this RV family. Even though I was a classroom teacher, I have always been supportive of alternative ways of learning. Homeschooling and being on the road, collectively, is a recipe for capturing life's uniqueness in the course of pursuing unlimited adventures.
Thank you so much.
Are you not cold without curtains ?
I felt sad and a moment of understanding and bonding with this man when he said they were passing the sand dunes and not stopping to see them, just rushing home to be at a desk job when his happiness was with his family. Why is life like this! No time to be with the ones we love. I'd live this life too. Take everybody on the bus and just drive, live, ❤.
But why couldn't he just have what he's doing now but in a regular home? Dude doesn't consider that the kids are gonna grow up and the bus life isn't gonna cut it😂I'm not against this but the logic is extremely flawed
@@raijin4094cause the whole point is for them to travel all 50 states…. Didn’t you listen when he was talking?
@@raijin4094 the whole point is to bond with the kids and experience things with them before they grow up
@@raijin4094 I don't think you understood a thing that was said
@@luckythrone893 yeah you can do that in a normal home like everyone else did lol
I cannot decide which is more impressive...6 kids or building out a double decker. So awesome! Thanks for showing!
Thanks for watching.
Wow! Beautiful bus home.
I think the combination of both ist most impressiive. How to fit 6 kids in an outbuild double decker. 😄
finally an rv family where the kids arent super packed together and sleeping on the floor! this is awesome
My sister and I grew up in a modest home, working class family, cool family life. As a teenager i could not imagine not having my own bedroom. What are these people talking about?
@@effkay3691 we never had our own bedroom, seven of us, just got used to sharing, i think people nowadays expect way too much. If you re a happy family you dont need a ton of material stuff
@@effkay3691yk there’s people not privileged enough to have their own bedroom? 🙄
@@joemama-oc9mh You just wanna talk your rubbish. All working people supply a bedroom for their children. All of them. Then there’s the ones her prefer to be vloggers.
@@effkay3691 it's good that you get to have those privileges. Altho we are also a working class family, I've never had my own room. But I'm grateful for what we have. Not everyone live in the same reality.
You are giving your kids a lifetime of memories. It doesn't get any better than that.
It’s great that they’re doing this. Like they said, it’s a two year plan and likely not sustainable once the kids are older, but while they’re young like this, it’s great. They’ll have great memories and form a close bond spending that much time as a family that can hopefully carry over once they are back to “normal” life and the kids are teenagers.
Having many kids in this kind of space will definitely not be my choice but having quality time together is a gift. Congrats.
It was so great having you over and touring our double decker home. Can’t wait to meet up again!
Thank you so much, we loved the tour. ❤❤❤
Yeah, you’re a good man. Chiefs nation, all day!
How much water capacity do you have?
Y'all are the coolest bunch❤ You are the epitome of what a family should be
We are at Skooliepalooza. Have you been? Lots of families living this lifestyle
My husband and I lived in our 35' 5th wheel for about 3 years until we settled in the western US and hubby built a lovely cabin in the mountains. We loved living in our 5th wheel with just the two of us and a dog and two cats, but I am awed that a couple with 6 kids makes a home in a double decker RV. Kudos to all of you.
Thank you so much.
As impressive as the bus was, what was most beautiful is how him and his family realized what they had, and decided to live in those moments with each other one way or another. I'm really not emotional, but that got me just a little bit. So many people are striving against so many burdens and distractions. It cant help but make my soul cheer to see someone reach victory.
I honestly didn't know that there was such a thing as a modern double decker bus. That's really neat.
in London they still make new double deckers for public transport
I think I"d feel claustrophobic in those small spaces, but if it works for them - great !
What a Loveable family. With LOVE you can do anything and any loving thing can become HEAVEN.
These are probably the happiest and most adjusted kids ever! What a fantastic family!❤
I love what he said about family! What's the point in chasing the dollar if you miss building relationships with your kids?! 6 kids is awesome! We have 6, and it's was so much easier to travel when they were small. Now they are teens and young adults, so we are fitting travel around their college and work schedules.
Prioritizing family and doing what makes you happy makes for the best life! I wish I was doing that right now!!
My 4 yr old son just came up to me saying he wants a double decker bus….. and then I ran into this video😆!! I think it’s a sign. 😅
😂😂😂
Absolutely brilliant conversion
Well thought out and considering there is 8 of you living in there
It's amazing how much space that you have
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us
🙏🌟💜🌟🙏
Thank you!
I met these guys and they were the nicest folks! We’re full time rv people so I really appreciated what they were doing. …and it was so cool to see that in real life!
More power to y’all, I got claustrophobic when they showed the fridge and freezer hallway!
I got terribly claustrophobic just looking, from a safe distance, at the height of those bunkers. Just imagine an older kid longing for some privacy and having to shut his “personalized” curtains!. It is like a coffin…
@@pachecodecastro2593😅😅svfr 2:26
Great job on making your family a proirty , these early years are some of the most important and no going back . love it
Yes they are!
What a lovely man. Loved that his family are a priority when making decisions. Great attitude!
This was really cool !!! Loved that this man did this for his family.
More power to famlies who can survive being cramped together. If I were single it would be perfect but with kids I could not...mama would need to be drunk daily lol
Saw them in a campground and i so wanted to go over and talk to them ... i remembering counting the kids as they came off the bus .... love it
can't lie, the kids look happy and so do you guys. Wishing you the best 🩷
So happy for this family of 8; way to go! Be blessed!
They need condom.
Thank you Nathan and Marissa for taking us through with this double decker bus. It was built really well. I love it! I love he’s a great family man. Keeping the closeness with family is a great idea and great thing to do. Love his idea on that. I love when you show other peoples homes and his built and remodeled their home. Thank you again for this video. Have a great week and happy Labor Day! See you soon!
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you.
FAMILY IS EVERYTHING ❤❤❤❤❤
The desk job is what paid for this to be possible so there is something to be thankful for there. It does look amazing and extremely fulfilling, though intimidating to drive.
This is a cool setup and all don't get me wrong. It's just hilarious to see people try and pass off hard living as elegant and cool. 6 young growing children living on a bus with no privacy. 8 people total. If you saw 8 people in a 3 bedroom apartment, most would say that's struggling and that would be waaaayyyyyy more spacious than this. Nooooo thank you lol
I basically said the same, tried to keep it respectful.
We don't think they were trying to pass off anything except traveling around the country for a couple years as a family. 😀
Different priorities I think they prefered their family time🤷🏽♀️ also what
kind of privacy a 10 years old is gonna need
@@kalkidanhailu8563 All human beings need privacy.
Did I ever miss the other two bunks for the kids I thought I only saw four bunks for the kids? I must have missed the other two somehow
That is an amazing build! Looks like they have double the fun. :)
That's good for some people, but as for me I couldn't live like that, I'd be to crambed, and feel claustrophobic
They spend a lot of time outside on adventures and exploring so that helps.
I wouldn’t want to live in there but I would live in there for maybe a month as some sort of challenge
I could not either but respect to those who can it's pretty awesome
Human are very adaptive after a few months you will be living in there and thriving. People live in the most extreme places on earth and manage to create a lifestyle in those areas.
This is my personal Dream Build! Beautifully done and with a beautiful family going along for the ride! Truly inspiring.
Thank you so much!
Being a KC Chiefs' fan I immediately fell in love with this family. I would be so intimidated trying to drive the bus. I could barely handle driving a friend's Ford Expedition!
Loving the double decker bus conversion. ❤🇬🇧
I agree with his decision. I have a 2 year old and I hate not being able to spend time with working at my job.
What a super creative RV! Thanks for the tour! - Michelle & Brian
Thanks for watching!
Im a single mom and im just so tired of the ordinary life of balancing everything out with the cost of living the educational system...my daughter is special needs. Im seriously thinking of buying a mobile home and homeschooling my daughter. I have an background in education. But i still need to educate myself on the pros and cons of living this life. Great content ❤
What if there abusing there own kids family channels aren't the best anymore
i homeschooled my son for 4 yrs; it was the best 4 yrs of my life.
That’s an impressive bus build.
It’s NOT a skoolie to bee a skoolie it must have been a school bus……..
@@joyful_tanya u😢and
❤❤ I like this. Wish I could do the same when I had 6 kids. They're all grown and have kids of their own now.
We have happiness I don't know what we are chasing. Profound realization- Awesome Bus Enjoy your family.
We saw the Double Decker Bus last year in Hoover AL. Very interesting vehicle. Really nice they found a way to make it work for the family.
Very cool!
That was actually the stop immediately following the recording of this video. We literally arrived in Hoover the same day this video was filmed, and we stayed in Hoover for a month as we renovated the primary bedroom area.
I don't like home schooling to much abuse go on .
I love how this family is just enjoying life and living together like this amazing
Thank you.
Your family will forever be blessed with a wise man as head of the household. You're defo winning in life and taking your family with you ✊🏾♥️
Your bus is better than most houses-2 bathrooms and a shower/sauna. Wow!
This is inspiring living in a double decker bus with family of 8
Thank you for the tour of this incredible build! So much inspiration and creativity.
Thank you so much!
You said it best when you said while passing the sand dunes you were mad because you had to rush to get home for work... My kids are grown now and we have grandkids and that's exactly how I would feel when going on family vacations with them so just recently I retired... What Ive learned is the system is set up for you to think you can't afford to retire early so that your heathy enough to enjoy your days with family and friends. This man and plantey of other RV'er are smart enough to figured it out early... Enjoy your life Brotha , Bravo to you... 👊👏
Thank you so much.
When I heard him talking about giving up his job for his family I teared up! ❤❤❤
The one thing i like about this, is if you don't like your neighbors you just turn the key and say AMF.
I've seen this family before because I've heard this story before. It's great they can explore and enjoy more another!!❤
Congratulations 🎊 👏 on a great lifestyle that fits your family. The bus is a beautiful build with lots of great ideas .
Great respect to this family and their choice of life to get out of the hamster wheel.
Been wanting to do something very similar for decades.. and that even though I live in Denmark.. the country that is supposed to be the happiest country on earth to live in. -Hopefully I make this leap some day!
Everyone is supposed to be some happy in Denmark 😀. Best wishes on your journey.
True wealth is being happy with your family.. thank you
So true!
This is taking camping to a whole new level! 😂
So what's the plan when the children get older and out grow the beds and space? Will they remodel or get something bigger?
Their plan was to travel like this for 2 years.
This bus is beautiful. Im glad it works for his family.
It would be interesting to try this one day.
I met the Eyerly family at Lake Louisa SP in Florida early this year. Really nice people! I would have loved to get a tour of the inside, but they were packing up and getting ready to leave so I didn't want to ask. Really glad you shared this and pointed out their TH-cam channel!
Awesome, you are so welcome.
Wow. Nice job on the RV. Happy and safe travels.
Thanks, you too!
Excellent one. Happy to see this kind of living with family. Amazing🎉. I loved it. Enjoying life every moments
Wow! What a treat. Thanks for sharing!
Such a nice family. The bus is fixed up nice. God continue to bless your family.❤❤
Thank you so much 🤗
That’s some hard work to really make bus living a luxury but of you blew it away with every little detail! Living an easy, stress free, fun life would be anybody’s dream.
Thank you.
I had a different theory and changed it with help from a kind viewer so I'll adjust to say kids will always be kids n only time will tell meanwhile this is a guy full of fun, love and time for his family. Enjoy it!!
I am certain I saw this cool bus at a campground in Wareham, MA a couple of months ago but did not get a chance to meet these nice people. Love this video!
Thank you so much.
That is fantastic! Thank you for the tour!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That is just insane wow I wished I lived there that looks so cool😂 thank you for showing us this
Glad you liked it, thank you for watching.
Yes, you are so right - we were meant to live in community and you do need to be around people -so true hugs
I'm in the process of buying a porsche r v from a good friend of mine.. And this thing is a real beauty.... And I even have a place to store my vehicle.. This double bus is cool also.. Great when you have six kids.. Happy travel....
Enjoy it
His freezer is bigger than mines. I want my money back Samsung.
It has to be hard on the kids being so confined. I don’t believe they truly enjoy it. Make no mistake. This is for the dad
You are assuming a lot with that statement. Most RV kids love to spend time outdoors exploring the area.
Unless someone adopts, having kids is ALWAYS for the parents.
It's not like they spend the majority of their time inside. They go out and explore each new area they stop at. Kids are more resilient than you think.
Great parents. They obviously know how important their kid's lives are by giving them their places. Awesome no tv.. I know your kids appreciate living like this as well as they do. I think when they are older ,they will really understand how wonderful their childhood was. I am happy for anyone who gets to live their dream life. Stay safe
You are so kind
That RV looks fabulous for a 2009! I'd love to have it!
I'm permanently 5'2, this would be perfect for me lmao I'd have so much room for me
What a great family and nice way to live seems more relaxing and less stressful type of life I want to try this life out for 2 to 4 years at least someday
All I can say is OMG ! And what a great guy .
Thank you! ❤
Finally got to watch this one! Wow, wow, wow! That's wonderful for a family!
You are so kind, thank you.
Thank you for sharing this double decker rv. Wow!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice bus. Not for me but I don't have 6 kids. Keep the good stuff coming guys and maybe I'll see you in Tampa. Give the kids a hug for me too.
That’s awesome it’s kinda of like a moving portable mansion.
Exactly.
We just saw the rig at Moody Beach in Maine in July...I would so have loved to get a tour...thanks for showing it
Wooooow!!! ABSOLUTELY 💯 love this!!! Your HOME IS BEAUTIFUL
Glad you like it, they did a great job on it.
Great video! Love the large family!!!
Thanks so much!!
Curious how much it weighs and if there's Weight limits on your axles and if you have to go threw d.o.t. scales
Great RV, great father💪🏽
This is insanely beautiful RV.
Cool, love the size for it. Can the bus fit 10 or a few people? Perfect bus home for the whole family
This dude has it going on 2 kids almost killed me wow he has 6 kids and does it on the road what a great story
They are a wonderful family.
From Kansas city, here. I love his shirt and I love their home. Lots of money, but what a cool experience for everyone. ✌️
the dad has all the right ideas and priorities!❤
imagine one of son goes on a insane growth spurt over the summer is taller than 6 feet.
No TV That is the best decision for the family.
This is one of the best RV's that I've ever seen.... Absolutely amazing! I really really love this lifestyle... One day I will have an RV
You can do it!
Nice build for a newbie and first time stepping up to the plate.
Glad you liked it! Thank you.
These used to be used for trips an camping now these are HOMES
I was trying to see where all the kids sleep, only saw the four cubbies plus mom and dads. Impressive
There are 6 bunks, four on one side and two on the other. 😀
@@LessJunkMoreJourneyThanks for answering the question about the bunks. My family was just as curious!🤗
Simply amazing, i would love to live in these type of home's! Many blessings to you and your family 🙏
