Great vid, thank you. I LOVE Seattle, I have cousins who live in Everett. I do feel that the 2.5 gets a bad press though, I’ll grant you that, OK, the sound isn’t quite as good as the 4.0 (but with an aftermarket exhaust nobody really knows) plus the performance is better. In addition, with Porsche (and virtually every other manufacturer these days) fitting soft limiters, who cares about the noise really anyway. People don’t mention that aspect when they talk about the Taycan. 😉I own the 2.5 and I can tell you it’s a FANTASTIC car. Keep up the great vids and thanks from the UK.

I don’t really like the prior gens before the 981s and I prefer the alcantara seats...so, the 981 GTS is perfect...I found a great one a couple of years ago that had the stage 1 tune, in Carmine Red, but a week before we sealed the deal, someone backed into the guy’s car and wrecked the rear end :(. Great review Tom! Loving the new Boxster GTS 4.0, however I am torn. I own a 2011 Miata GT trim, manual, which I absolutely love. I think a slightly used 991.2 911 coupe, impossible to find a manual transmission though with right equipment combinations.
Nice job. Drove a 2003 boxster I bought in 2006 Manual with carrera wheels. For 12 years. Replaced with the same model but with PDK a 2016. If I didn’t want to retire early, the GTS sounds perfect. The sense of freedom in a convertible is nice - I've owned a Boxster, Solstice, and Z4 - but they pale in comparison to riding a motorcycle. Riding a motorcycle or even a scooter is also an experience more people should try at least once.
