    Being a Buddhist, I can say the way he does the session is just like a Buddhist monk I met in my childhood. This made me remind of that monk. Great video vivek and congratulations for 4 million subs. Best thing of all is i was unable to connect myself with meditation and because of your previous video on meditation I felt that I should start meditating again. Thank you so much once again.

      @@anshikarathi3 we have to take few deep breaths in the beginning of meditation
      So, i am ending up meditation with deep breaths
      And i can't take normal breathing while meditating

      @@Manideep6557 that's fine. If your body tells you to breathe deeply instead of normal it's fine. You don't have to follow it to the point. Do what your body and mind feels it wants to do and don't stress about being wrong or your body reacting differently. I have trouble breathing half the time, so I don't stress on the instructions. I do what I feel is comfortable. Hope this helps

    After my first panic attack I started meditation. It’s helping me reduce the anxiety gradually. After 10 of practicing meditation I am able to control my mental health slowly. Thanks for this video🙏

      Dhruv pls stop spreading negativity i am doing meditation from last 1 year and it was never be so difficult for me to sit and thinking about my breath and there is a famous line that " If you can motivate others so don't demotivate them". Bu seeing your comment some beginners don't do they will think that it's so difficult and if you really did this meditation so express your views by saying how you feel after you had did meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

    I did meditation after a very long span and trust me I did this in the early morning time in office as I was alone.

    I have followed many guided meditation sessions, and they all suggest paying attention to the breath, which I find difficult.
    There is a huge difference in being asked to do something, and showed how to do something. This analogy of being a watchman/gatekeeper, focusing on the entrance of the nostrils and paying attention to each breath, helped me immensely. I caught myself being more focused. Thank you, Vivek.

    I felt something magical after practicing this meditation. At a point of time (just for few seconds) I felt as if my mind was been separated from my body. Really it was an amazing experience 🙏👍👍😊

    I feel shortness in breath and back portion pain slightly with gradually increase in meditation time

    I watched this video in Night and then I did this now (in the morning) ... This meditation is also best in night time... It increases your sleep quality... After I did this I wake up before the alarm ringing without feeling sleepy or tired. 😊

      @@somyashree1917 better to bath and get yourself fresh in the morning in feels good. Bathing especially with cold water in the morning will take away ur sleepiness n make u fresh, so u can meditate well after that, n feel good.

    It's 4:14 am I have insomnia and believe me before starting I was thinking 10 min is too much but I didn't realise 10 min completed too soon. Outstanding I m gonna try this regularly for sure feeling a bit relaxed

    I practiced this for a month and cleared 2 government exam back to back (IBPS PO and IBPS clerk).
    I can follow nofap journey for longer days which was not happening earlier. My anger has reduced, I have compassion for animals, plants, human beings. Earlier I never used to care for anybody.
    Trust me guys, meditation is supreme.

    I am doing meditation for last 1 year and i think it's good for beginners and after i complete my meditation i feel relaxed,calm and i am able to think about my day what to do in my whole day and negative thoughts never come in my mind

    This was relaxing! a bit too relaxing! I had some troubles keeping my back and neck straight because I was so relaxed! Also these ten mins went by real fast, I thought it would feel long but it was more like sleeping but a bit more attentive.

    A joinery started On 24april...and still Going Strong... And i think this is one of best decisions of my life so far
    Doing it still its 22 May
    Its june 4 ( started from april 24 )
    Now doing it twice a day more than 20 minutes each times... Feeling blessed...
    Its 23 june.. And doing Now Aum chant mediation and isha kriya too... It all started from this vivek's video.. So thank u so much vivek for this... It helped me to build my habit to do meditation regularly

      @@semmalara7921 then make a habit of waking up early slowly if you made a habit of waking up early in 1 or 2 months then start meditation it will be easy and you will not feel sleepy take the right amount of food as suggested by fittuber

    Your channel is the best thing that has happened to me. That I can notice that my left nostril works better at inhalation and right better at exhalation is something I never noticed. This has helped me more than all other meditation practices. 🙏❤️

    This is my first day. I came here right after 30 Min Yoga Exercise with you. I liked the part you told us to focus on the nostrils and you are like the watchman noticing every breath going in and out of the nostrils. While doing that some thoughts came in but I just smiled away and kept my mind on my nostrils. This is a good way because our mind tends to wonder around. So, much thanks to you. I liked my first guided meditation experience.🙏🙏🙏
