    Arnold Schwarzenegger once said"consistency is the key to success" it is totally correct. If you want to change then you should be consistent in what you are doing.if you want to build body, have abs then you'll have to be consistent with your workout it might take years but it will work.i'm sharing this out of sheer experience.
    BE CONSISTENT AND BE PATIENT.

      true, but this really isn't a substitute fr a proper gym workout. I'm not trying to show off or anything but honestly my warm up is harder than this. But if you just started working out than this is ok-ish. I mean this is at least better than sitting on your ass the whole day and eating chips.

    It's so good when you don't have time. I did your 20 minutes workout for days and it felt so sooooooo good but then I didn't have that much time and so this one is perfect and definitely better than nothing. Feels so good after working out. Love this. My body aches so much and when I do workout, it feels fresh and pain also vanishes. Thank you so much!!!!

      @@mydailyartwaksh I have a hard time believing this...unless you've had an accident and in that case you need to go do some kinetotherapy to regain strength and flexibility, then you have to start by doing your best to do one, and another one next day, and the next day and so on... in time, doing them everyday you'll gain strength to start doing the normal ones.

      Do it on knees. Keep a pillow on the floor if it's still hard. You'll easily gain the strength.

    Once we go to office We normally come back after 9 PM and we dont have enough time to go to gym in morning So this is best exercises to do in limited time.

      If you're doing it daily..you should reduce it to twice a week...otherwise in a longer run your joints will get weaken..it will lead to unrecoverable injury..

    Watch his every movement accurately & do like him carefully while doing exercise for max benefits
    *Ur chest should be in b/w hands while doing push-ups not head, head should front from hands & thighs shouldn't touch ground.
    *Exhale while getting up while doing crunches
