I really wish this video didn't end like it did cuz I cant find anything anywhere on how the rears are put together I k how it's pretty much the same bit it doesnt show if you use the oem cup thing that sits inside the stock spring the video just cuts off
The stock struts are designed for stock shock's. With that being said lowering springs on stock struts will cause the struts to bust. Unless these are designed to compemsate for that. Or??
What brand is that Coilovers kit that you use? 🤔 did you have to cut anything on the struts? Someone told me if I do get the kit. I have to cut something. Is that true? I’m confuse.
Grinding of the shock body for clearance of the sleeve is required for installation. So I do suggest consulting professional help if you're not comfortable with doing it.

what secures the "cup" on the rear shocks ? each time i hit a small pothole the i can hear a loud knocking in the rear...
There should be screws built in to the coiled sleeve.
