    i must confess that doing your yoga and this video i have learned that I do not have "words" for how I feel after yoga, meditation and even the hand exercises. all I know is I feel my skin "tingling" and I smile more and I am aware of more with each day. And I'm changing and I'm excited about it. I only did the yoga video 3 days so far and my shoulders DONT BOTHER ME!!!! I am a critical care nurse in Rockford Illinois. Perhaps the other side of the world for many on this page but we are still affected by this pandemic. Anyhow my shoulders and upper back do A LOT of lifting and turning patients, and so I have had this chronic problem from that BUT it is better😍😍😍. I could go on and on, but truly I just want to share my testimony that this works and I am filled with gratitude and smiling heart, even thru these chaotic times!!! love and blessing to us all wherever we may be 🥰

    Wow! I have had consistent neck pain almost every morning for about a month. This morning I tried this and felt great all day! Will definitely do again tomorrow! So glad the universe led me to Ajan!

    i have RA always hold my hands in a fist bc pain also it's a comfort, hard doing these, i could fell more movement love it! still working w book

    Good morning, Ajanji! Just doing this along with you for this short time, I can feel a difference in my energy. Although I don’t truly follow Western medicine, allopathic doctors have told me that I have degenerative osteoarthritis. I wake up in the mornings feeling very stiff and especially if I’ve done any type of even light physical activity the day before. I used to be so strong and athletic and at 63 years old I am not be giving in to the “I’m just getting old” mindset. Can’t wait to try this every day and feel the new energy! This, along with your meditations and yoga, has changed my life here on earth. Much gratitude. 🙏🙏🙏 Love and light, blessings and namaste. 💖☀️✨💫🌈🕉🙏

    my spine is twisted when falling cracks POPS were spine connects w the skull horrible, my shoulders are out of alignment ones lower than the other. today one of those pop days so loud, hurts. done hands couple times Honestly did Not pop for last few hours. yayyy Thank you dear brother Ajan❤ Namaste i keep doing

    Hello sir, I found a couple of exercises very difficult to do. I couldn't do the hand rubbing exercise properly, my hands and arms got very tired, and they started trembling also. Then in the hands clapping exercise, when the palms came together, some times my correct finger tips wouldn't meet together. So what do you suggest for these things? I would welcome your advice.
