No mater what type of veggies in it i like them with beans sprouts and top it with shrimps, tofu. Dip it in soysauce vinegar little sugar,lots of garlic, green onions, sesame oil and walla yummy

My moms name was Youn Ja Pak but they pronounced it to Yang cha! She hated it but she did what she had to get along. Reminded me when you mentioned your grandpas name. 😊 The jalapeños…I don’t know about you but I cannot cut into one without having a coughing/sneezing fit. The capsaicin damn near kills me every time! Love’em but I have to leave ‘em alone 😤

Self raising flour , or a touch of baking powder makes them fluffier, rather than crispy.
